Abstract

As competition in the processed food industry becomes increasingly fierce, it is important for producers to determine the optimal production combination to maximize profits. This study aims to determine whether the products produced can provide maximum profit from noodle sales and to determine what variables inhibit the optimum value in the noodle processed product business so that mathematical modeling can be made using the simplex method linear program. Processed noodle products are businesses engaged in the culinary field, namely food made from various ingredients, with the main ingredients of tapioca flour and wheat flour. only the basic ingredients are different. As for complementary ingredients such as sauces and spices, it becomes a problem if one of these ingredients is not met, then production in the noodle business will be hampered. The results of the study show that the strategy that can be applied by producers is to ensure a sustainable supply of complementary ingredients, optimize the use of main raw materials, and prioritize products with the highest profit margins.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate performance at PT Nikomas Gemilang, one of the largest footwear manufacturers in Indonesia, using Critical Incident Technique (CIT). This method is used to identify critical incidents that have a significant impact on the success or failure of the company's operations. Data was obtained through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and document analysis such as performance and work incident reports.The results showed that the most frequent critical incidents included production errors (40%), logistics delays (27%), and work accidents (20%). The main causes include a lack of technical training, weak coordination between departments, and minimal attention to safety standards. These incidents negatively impacted the company's productivity, product quality, and operational efficiency.Through the implementation of CIT, PT Nikomas Gemilang was able to identify the root causes of the problem and develop strategic measures, such as employee training programs, strengthening coordination with ERP technology, and improving work safety standards. With this data-driven evaluation, the company is expected to reduce the risk of similar incidents in the future, improve operational efficiency, and maintain competitiveness in the global market.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of strategic leadership and organizational culture on student performance, particularly in preparing them to address global challenges and capitalize on future opportunities. The research adopts a quantitative approach, utilizing data collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 undergraduate students aged 17–27 years. The data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, as well as descriptive analysis, with the assistance of Microsoft Excel. The findings reveal that strategic leadership significantly and positively influences student performance, especially in enhancing strategic decision-making and problem-solving skills. Moreover, a robust organizational culture substantially contributes to the development of students' character, including attributes such as collaboration, accountability, and innovation. The synergy between these two factors fosters improved student performance both academically and non-academically, equipping them to become competitive and impactful individuals in the professional world. The study recommends that higher education institutions incorporate strategic leadership elements and organizational culture values into their curricula and extracurricular activities. Future research is encouraged to broaden the sample scope and investigate additional variables, such as the role of technology in influencing student performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the results of the effect of implementing AM (Autonomous Maintenance) on the AZ7 and T2D machine slitting process at the PT factory. Lami Packaging Indonesia addresses production downtime by setting new cleaning standards and standard inspections. The method used in solving problems using the Autonomous Maintenance (AM) method aims to increase the knowledge, responsibility and skills of production operators related to machines, so that productivity will increase overall.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the planning, implementation, and evaluation processes in the admission of new students at MDTA AL IRFAN, including factors that support and inhibit the process. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of the study revealed that the management of new student admissions at MDTA AL IRFAN has shown positive performance. This was achieved through structured planning, efficient implementation, and continuous evaluation. Factors such as visionary leadership, collaboration with external parties, and community support are important aspects in the success of new student admissions. However, obstacles such as limited resources and the dynamics of changes in the external environment need to be addressed strategically so that MDTA AL IRFAN can continue to develop as an excellent Islamic educational institution that is in demand by the community.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the holistic marketing strategy implemented by Starbucks, focusing on the approach from "cup to community." Starbucks not only markets its products as drinks, but also as a holistic life experience through the integration of product, service and community aspects. This holistic approach involves multiple dimensions of marketing, including relationship marketing, internal marketing, and social marketing, combined with technological innovation and desire. Starbucks builds emotional connections with consumers through loyalty programs, social initiatives and culturally relevant campaigns. This study provides insight into how a holistic strategy can create added value for brands, strengthen customer loyalty and increase social impact.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the influence of brand awareness on partial purchase decisions, the impact of brand image on partial purchase decisions, and the simultaneous influence of brand awareness and brand image on Gen Z purchase decisions on Samsung smartphone products in North Kedoya. The sampling technique is cluster sampling with a total sample of 312 Gen Z respondents domiciled in North Kedoya, and the data collection technique uses a questionnaire distributed online. The research used statistical test instruments, namely, validity test, multicollinearity test, and heterodynes test. The data analysis technique uses Multiple Linear Regression, Classical Assumption Test, T test, F Test, and Coefficient of Determination. The research variables were Brand Awareness (X1), Brand Image (X2), and Purchase Decision (Y). The partial test results showed that brand awareness had a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, and brand image had a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. The simultaneous test results showed a simultaneous and significant influence between brand awareness and brand image on Gen Z's purchase decisions on Samsung smartphone products in North Kedoya.

Abstract

The Influence of Tax Literacy. Tax Morale and Tax Incentives on MSME Taxpayer Compliance in Tana Toraja Regency. The aim of this research is to find out whether tax literacy. Tax morale and tax incentives influence MSME taxpayer compliance in Tana Toraja Regency. The data collection procedures for this research are: Questionnaire. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression tests. The partial test results (t test) show that the tax literacy variable influences the mandatory compliance of MSMEs in Tana Toraja Regency, the tax moral variable influences the compliance of MSME taxpayers in Tana Toraja Regency and tax incentives influence the compliance of MSME taxpayers in Tana Toraja Regency. Meanwhile, the results of simultaneous testing (F test) show that the variables of tax literacy, tax morale and tax incentives influence MSME taxpayer compliance in Tana Toraja Regency

Abstract

This research was conducted in cooperatives in the North Cimahi region. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of sophistication of information technology and management knowledge on the effectiveness of accounting information systems in cooperatives in the North Cimahi region. The population in this study were customers of cooperative management in the North Cimahi region, with a sample of 63 administrators. The sampling technique used was the census sampling method or the saturated sample. The research design used descriptive and associative methods. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that the average score of the information technology sophistication variable (X1) was 196 categorized as "enough", and the management knowledge variable (X2) was 190 categorized as "enough", and the accounting information sistem effectiveness variable (Y) was equal to 198 were categorized as “enough”. For associative analysis using, multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the calculation of the influence of the passive can be seen that the variable sophistication of information technology on the effectiveness of the accounting information system is 14.5% and the knowledge of the management variable is 52.3%. The results of the calculation of the influence of the variable sophistication of information technology and management knowledge on the effectiveness of the accounting information system simultaneously can be seen that the value of R square (R2) is 0.669, then the coefficient of determination (KD) is 0.669 x 100% = 66.9%, this means the effect of sophistication of information technology and management knowledge on the effectiveness of accounting information system effectiveness is 66.9%, while the remaining 33.1% is influenced by other factors not involved in this study.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has brought significant changes in the business world, requiring companies to innovate and improve operational efficiency in order to maintain competitive advantage. One technology that plays a central role in this transformation is Artificial Intelligence (AI). This article aims to examine the role of AI in business through a comprehensive literature review, exploring the benefits, challenges, and strategies for implementing AI in facing competition in the digital era. AI makes a major contribution to improving operational efficiency through the automation of repetitive tasks (Duan et al., 2019), analyzing large amounts of data for more accurate decision making (Chui et al., 2016), and improving the personalization of customer experiences (Haenlein & Kaplan, 2019). However, the implementation of AI also faces a number of challenges, such as high investment costs, limited expertise, and ethical issues related to data privacy. Recommendations from this study include the importance of investing in workforce training, developing an AI implementation strategy that is aligned with business goals (Bughin et al., 2018), and improving data security to maintain customer trust. This study is expected to provide useful insights for academics and business practitioners in optimizing the use of AI to maintain competitive advantage amidst increasingly tight competition.
