Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between customer experience, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty at PT Bank Permata Tbk. In an increasingly competitive banking industry, customer experience has become a critical factor influencing customers' perceptions of bank services. A positive experience can enhance customer satisfaction, which ultimately contributes to their loyalty to the banking institution. This research employs a quantitative method using a survey of 100 customers of PT Bank Permata Tbk. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4. The findings reveal that customer experience has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction also positively and significantly affects customer loyalty. However, no mediating effect was found of customer satisfaction on the relationship between customer experience and customer loyalty.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to have an overview of servant leadership, organizational commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at the Regional Secretariat of West Tanjung Jabung Regency and to analyze the influence of servant leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) mediated by organizational commitment at the Regional Secretariat of West Tanjung Jabung Regency. The analysis tool used is PLS. The research results show that the leadership in this agency shows good leadership attitudes. Organizational commitment at the Regional Secretariat of West Tanjung Jabung Regency, it can be seen that the level of employee commitment to the organization as a whole is relatively high. Meanwhile, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at the Regional Secretariat of West Tanjung Jabung Regency, overall it can be concluded that the OCB of employees in this agency is in the Fairly High category. Servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior through the organizational commitment of employees at the Regional Secretariat of West Tanjung Jabung Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze consumer behavior in purchasing decision-making, focusing on the factors influencing the process. The factors examined include perception, attitude, and social influence. A quantitative approach was employed, using a survey method involving 100 respondents. Data were analyzed using linear regression analysis to measure the impact of each variable on purchasing decisions. The results indicate that social influence significantly affect purchasing decisions, while perception and lifestyle have a moderate impact. The implications of this study highlight the importance for companies to understand consumer needs that align with consumer preferences and values. This research is expected to serve as a reference for business managers in designing effective and data-driven marketing strategies.

Abstract

Handling crew sign on and sign off starts from the moment the crew arrives at the PT office. Seroja Jaya Agensi Kuala Tanjung branch to sign Maritime Work Agreement (PKL) for seafarers who will join Indonesian flag ships and agreements for seafarers who will join foreign flag ships.This paper aims to determine the handling of crew sign on and sign off at the Harbor Master's office by PT. Seroja Jaya Agensi Kuala Tanjung branch which was started after a direction from the owner that there would be a crew change activity, after that the crew sign on and sign off process was carried out at the Harbor Master's office.This research was carried out at PT. Seroja Jaya Agensi Kuala Tanjung branch while carrying out Land Practice (PRADA) from January 2024 to July 2024. The problems faced in handling crew sign on and sign off at the Harbormaster's office were late notification given by the ship owner to the agent and intentional communication between the agent and the ship's crew who will sign on the seafarer's book.

Abstract

This exploration plans to decide and break down the impact of item quality on the fulfillment of Oppo Reno Cell phone clients in Maiwa Area, Enrekang Regime. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of trust and risk perception on cryptocurrency purchase decisions in Tapos District. The research uses a descriptive quantitative method, with primary data collected through online and direct questionnaires. The sample consists of 122 respondents selected using the Slovin formula from a population of 177 people. Data were analyzed using SPSS 25 with multiple linear regression techniques. The results show that both trust and risk perception partially have a significant influence on cryptocurrency purchase decisions. Simultaneously, trust and risk perception also significantly affect purchase decisions. These findings indicate that trust in platforms and perceived risk levels are critical factors influencing cryptocurrency purchase decisions among the Tapos District community.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of the internal control system and individual morality on the prevention of fraud in the financial management of the village in South Central Timor District. The population in this study is the village chief, village secretary, village finance chief and village finance and wealth management department at the PMD department of South Central Timor District. This study employed a quantitative research methodology, which makes use of survey techniques. The scope of this research includes two independent variables, namely the internal control system and individual morality, and one dependent variable, namely fraud prevention. The data source used is the primary data source. The data collection is done by spreading the questionnaire. 69 questionnaires are distributed and 59 are processed. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistical analysis, data quality tests, classical assumption tests, double linear regression analysis and hypothesis tests. The results of the research show that (1) the internal control system has a positive influence on the prevention of fraud in village financial management (2) the morality of individuals has a positive impact on fraud prevention in village finance management (3) the system of internal control and individual morality have simultaneously influenced on the preventing of frauds in village financing management.

Abstract

This study was suppose to determine the influence of tax amnesty and tax sanctions on individual tax-payers compliance at KPP Pratama Kupang. This research type is quntitive research with incidental sampling as the sampling technique. The sample in this research are the 100 individual tax payers registered in KPP Pratama Kupang. The method of collecting data in this study is using a questionnaire. The research instrument is analyzed using validity and reliability tests. Data analysis technique used in this study are classical assumptions test and multiple linear regression analysis. The analytical tool used is the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences 26 (SPSS 26). The results of this study indicate that: tax amnesty and tax sanctions influence both partially and simltaneously on induvidual tax-payers compliance registered in KPP Pratama Kupang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze students' preferences toward the appeal of Megacoan from a societal perspective. A descriptive approach using a survey method was employed to collect data from university students across various institutions. The findings reveal that factors such as product innovation, marketing strategies, service quality, and brand image play a significant role in shaping students' preferences for Megacoan. Moreover, the influence of societal opinion is a crucial element that enhances the appeal of Megacoan among students. This study provides valuable insights for business practitioners to understand the preferences of the younger generation and to design more effective and relevant marketing strategies.

Abstract

The rapid growth of the coffee business in Indonesia, especially in the city of Serang, has led to very fierce competition among coffee entrepreneurs. This requires coffee business owners to have the right strategy to be able to compete effectively. This study aims to analyze the influence of opportunities and challenges faced by Kopi Kenangan on the lifestyle of Gen Z in Serang City compared to other coffee shops. This research was conducted using a qualitative method to explore the perception of Gen Z towards the influence of opportunities and challenges offered by Kopi Kenangan compared to other coffee shops in Serang City. This study concludes that although Kopi Kenangan offers various competitive advantages, the existence of other coffee shops with their distinctive characteristics contributes to the diverse lifestyle choices of Gen Z in Serang City. These results are expected to provide input for coffee entrepreneurs in developing marketing strategies that are relevant to the needs and consumption trends of Gen Z.
