Abstract

Abstract: Advertising is a highly effective promotional tool in influencing consumer decisions. However, not all advertisements are delivered honestly. Misleading advertising practices are common, including advertisements containing false or exaggerated information or concealing important facts, thus harming consumers. In the context of consumer protection, Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection, specifically Article 17, expressly prohibits misleading advertising practices. This research uses a normative juridical method with a statutory approach based on regulations, doctrine, court decisions, and other legal sources. The results show that misleading advertising takes various forms, such as false information regarding the quality, quantity, use, price, and guarantees of goods and services. Article 17 of the Consumer Protection Law prohibits businesses from distributing advertisements that have the potential to deceive consumers and provides a legal basis for imposing administrative, criminal, and civil sanctions on businesses that violate this law.Keywords: Misleading Advertising, Consumer Protection, Article 17 of the Consumer Protection Law, Legal Sanctions, Business Actors.

Abstract

Drug abuse is a complex issue that encompasses health, mental health, and legal aspects. It is an act that not only physically damages an individual but also robs them of their future and social awareness. Rehabilitation is one way to save addicts from dependence. Abstract

To date, the incidence of anemia in Indonesia remains one of the public health issues that requires serious and sustained attention. Adolescence is a period of rapid growth, during which iron requirements increase to support tissue growth, an increase in blood volume, and the development of reproductive organs. The purpose of this study was to identify the factors contributing to the incidence of anemia among adolescents from the perspective of dietary patterns. A cross-sectional study design was used in this research. The study was conducted at a high school in Banjarmasin. The sample consisted of 85 female students. Simple random sampling was used. A questionnaire was employed as the research instrument. Data analysis was performed using univariate and bivariate methods. The results showed an association between dietary patterns (p-value: 0.037) and sleep duration (p-value: 0.002) with the incidence of anemia in adolescent girls. It is recommended that school officials and local health workers conduct educational and awareness campaigns about anemia in adolescents, as well as provide regular health checkups and iron supplements.Keywords: Anemia, Sleep Duration, Eating Habits, Adolescents

Abstract

The prevalence of pregnancy anemia in Indonesia remains high, primarily driven by iron deficiency. At PMB Dince Syafrina within the Rumbai Public Health Center working area, an average of 62.5% out of 40 pregnant women visiting monthly suffer from anemia. Adherence to iron supplementation is a key factor in preventing anemia, highlighting the need for effective information media such as leaflets and WhatsApp reminders.To improve adherence to iron supplementation and increase hemoglobin (Hb) levels in third-trimester pregnant women.This study utilized a quasi-experimental approach with a randomized pretest-posttest group design, comparing two groups of third-trimester pregnant women. The control group received education via leaflets, while the intervention group received education via leaflets accompanied by WhatsApp reminders. Each group was provided with 30 iron tablets. Adherence was monitored for one month, and Hb levels were measured before and after the intervention. Data were analyzed bivariately using the parametric paired t-test and the non-parametric Wilcoxon test.The WhatsApp reminder group demonstrated a significantly higher adherence rate (86.7%) compared to the leaflet group (46.7%) with a -value of 0.021. Furthermore, the average increase in hemoglobin levels in the WhatsApp reminder group ( ) was also significantly greater than that in the leaflet group ( ) with a -value of 0.001. Integrating WhatsApp reminders into antenatal care services is proven to be more effective in increasing iron supplementation adherence and hemoglobin levels among third-trimester pregnant women, making it a practical, effective, and sustainable health promotion strategy.Keywords: Pregnancy anemia, Compliance, Iron supplementation, WhatsApp reminder, Leaflet

Abstract

Abstract: Learning achievement in vocational education remains a persistent concern, as conventional teacher-centred instruction often fails to engage students or to build cognitive, affective, and psychomotor competence in technical subjects. Game-Based Learning (GBL) is increasingly proposed as an innovative model to raise motivation and achievement; however, syntheses that map how GBL affects learning achievement specifically in vocational and technical education remain scarce. This Systematic Literature Review (SLR) synthesises Scopus-indexed studies (2021–2026) on the effect of Game-Based Learning and gamification on student learning achievement, motivation, and engagement in vocational and technical education. Following PRISMA 2020 guidelines, an initial Scopus search via Publish or Perish (PoP) version 8 was conducted; records were screened for the 2021–2026 window and topical relevance, and the core studies were retained for qualitative thematic synthesis, complemented by VOSviewer keyword co-occurrence mapping. This article reports the introduction, literature review, research questions, and method; results and discussion will be completed after metadata retrieval in PoP. The review is expected to clarify the magnitude and direction of GBL effects across cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains, the dominant game platforms (including Kahoot), and the research gap regarding GBL in vocational practical subjects.Keywords: Game-Based Learning; Gamification; Learning Achievement; Vocational Education; Kahoot; Systematic Literature Review; PRISMA 2020.

Abstract

Abstract: The Comprehensive Systematic Land Registration Program (PTSL) is a government policy aimed at providing legal certainty regarding land ownership through systematic and comprehensive land registration activities. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the PTSL Program at the National Land Agency (BPN) in Samarinda City based on David C. Korten’s theory of policy implementation, which emphasizes alignment between the program, the implementing organization, and the beneficiary community. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review. The results indicate that the implementation of the PTSL Program in Samarinda City has proceeded fairly well and has yielded benefits such as legal certainty regarding land ownership, an increased sense of security, and support for the appreciation of land’s economic value. From a program perspective, the implementation of PTSL has aligned with the program’s primary objectives. From the perspective of the implementing organization, the Samarinda City BPN has carried out its duties and functions well, although it still faces limitations in human resources and technical constraints. From the community’s perspective, the program has received a positive response and a fairly high level of participation. However, there are still obstacles, such as the community’s limited understanding of program procedures, incomplete administrative documents, and issues related to land measurement and boundaries.Keywords: Policy Implementation, PTSL, BPN, Land Legal Certainty

Abstract

Abstract: Color is one of the most immediately perceived visual elements in graphic design, yet its application in educational infographics for early childhood is often treated intuitively rather than systematically. This study focuses on how color is applied in an educational infographic designed for early childhood, using a plastic waste management campaign infographic at Bunda Ganesa Kindergarten Bandung as the case study. Using a qualitative approach grounded in color theory and color psychology, this study analyzes how hue, contrast, and color schemes are applied across an infographic's visual hierarchy, typography, iconography, and background, and how these applications influence children's attention, comprehension, and retention. Data were examined through descriptive analysis and a color-comparison matrix applied to the infographic's elements. The findings indicate that warm, high-contrast colors applied consistently across visual hierarchy and a semantically consistent color-coding system for icons improve legibility and support faster recognition among children aged 4-6 years. This study contributes a practical framework for applying color in visual communication design for early-childhood educational infographics in general, beyond the specific campaign context used as its case study.Keywords: Color, Infographic, Early Childhood, Education, Plastic Waste.

Abstract

This community service initiative aims to analyze the implementation of environmental cost recording in school waste management, assess students' awareness of sustainability accounting, and develop an environmental accounting-based learning model. The activity was conducted at SMAN 1 Kramatwatu using a descriptive-qualitative approach supported by quantitative data gathered through observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The results indicate that environmental cost recording has not yet been carried out systematically and remains bundled with general school operational costs. Student awareness regarding sustainability falls into the moderate category. Based on these findings, a waste management-based learning model was developed, integrating environmental cost recording through Project-Based Learning and Contextual Teaching and Learning approaches. This model proved effective in enhancing students' understanding of accounting and environmental awareness in a more contextual and practical manner.Keywords: environmental accounting, environmental costs, waste management, sustainability accounting.

Abstract

Active participation of pregnant women in maternal class programs plays a crucial role in improving knowledge, preparedness for childbirth, and overall maternal and neonatal health. However, participation rates remain varied and are influenced by multiple factors. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the participation of pregnant women in maternal class programs at Polindes Tasik Serai, within the working area of Puskesmas Serai Wangi in 2025. This research utilized a correlational analytic design with a cross-sectional approach. The study sample consisted of 50 pregnant women selected through purposive sampling. Bivariate analysis was conducted using the Chi-Square test with a significance level of p 0.05. The results revealed a significant relationship between maternal knowledge and class participation (p = 0.000), with 88.9% of mothers with low knowledge being inactive in the class. Husband support also showed a significant relationship (p = 0.001), where 83.3% of mothers without husband support tended to be inactive. Furthermore, support from healthcare providers was significantly associated with participation (p = 0.000), with 88.5% of mothers who did not receive support from health workers being inactive in the class. In conclusion, maternal class participation is influenced by maternal knowledge, husband support, healthcare provider support, accessibility, and employment status. Therefore, improving education, increasing family involvement, and enhancing service accessibility should be prioritized to boost participation in maternal class programs.Keywords: Maternal Class Participation, Pregnant Women, Assoscated Factors

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this st  udy is about the Regional Inspectorate for Supervision, one of the strategic work units under the West South Papua Regional Police, which is tasked with conducting supervision and internal control within the police environment. As part of the police internal supervision system, Itwasda plays an important role in maintaining performance quality, discipline, accountability, as well as compliance with laws and operational standards within the regional police. With Itwasda in place, it is hoped that the handling process of criminal acts in the West South Papua Regional Police can run more transparently and professionally, thereby increasing public trust in the police. The Regional Supervision Inspectorate (Itwasda) of the West South Papua Police acts as an internal oversight body that conducts audits, reviews, evaluations, monitoring, and handles public complaints. This oversight function isn’t just about punishing violations; it’s also preventive and educational, aimed at guiding police officers to be more disciplined, professional, and have integrity. Normative-empirical research is used to analyze or find out how far regulations or laws are running effectively. This research was carried out at the Southwest Papua Regional Police. Data obtained directly from interviews with the community is called primary data, while data coming from library materials is called secondary data. Literature studies are conducted to get the latest information that’s related to the research problem, and in interviews, the researcher will have a dialogue or talk directly with informants about the research topic. The research findings show that the regional supervisory inspectorate is capable of carrying out its duties and functions in overseeing the actions of police officers. As the coordinator for handling all public complaints, the regional supervisory inspectorate has performed its role well, even though there is a main issue, which is the quite unpredictable and long time required to resolve public complaints. The handling of public complaints by the regional supervisory inspectorate has been done properly; however, there is a need to expand the authority of the regional supervisory inspectorate in carrying out its supervisory function regarding members suspected or alleged to have violated KEPP and/or the law. The obstacles found in the research are: mechanisms that are not streamlined, bureaucratic errors from the relevant units, the number of subbag dumasan members is insufficient compared to the overall tasks they have, discomfort in handling and taking action against colleagues, the public who do not understand the dumas mechanism, and the complicated process from investigation to making a decision.Keywords: Itwasda, Police Members, Southwest Papua.
