Abstract

Maternal-fetal attachment is crucial for a mother to establish a healthy psychological relationship with her unborn baby. This relationship progresses during the week of gestation. Many studies support the evidence of the impact of maternal-fetal attachment on mothers’ mental well-being during both antenatal and postnatal. For a baby, maternal-fetal attachment is essential to determine his development. Family, particularly the husband, plays an essential role in supporting the mother to experience positive maternal-fetal attachment during pregnancy. This study was to investigate the relationship between family support with maternal-fetal attachment among expectant mother. This sample was drawn using the purposive sampling method based on criteria that include mothers in their third trimester, mothers with any age range, mothers with no complications during the current pregnancy, and mothers who stay together with their husbands and or family. Seventy-seven expectant mothers completed the Indonesian version of the Prenatal Attachment Inventory and family support questionnaires. Kendal tau was applied to calculate the statistical relationship between two variables (p0.05). The results showed that more than 50% mother obtained support from their family, and more than 50% mother have high score of maternal-fetal attachment. There were a significant relationship between family support and maternal-fetal attachment (p 0.000). The conclusion of this study was that there were a significant relationship between family support with maternal-fetal attachment. This finding provides evidence of the significant role of family support for maternal mental well-being through maternal-fetal attachment during pregnancy. Therefore, healthcare providers have to invite the husband or family to engage in support for the mother during their pregnancy.

Abstract

The students of Universitas ‘Aisyiyah Yogyakarta have been increasing including the number of students in the Faculty of Health Sciences. In 2016 the total number of UNISA students was 1851. The increasing number of students every year leads to great numbers of data stored in the university database. The data provide useful information for the university to predict student graduation or student study period whether they graduate on time with a study period of 4 years or late with a study period of more than 4 years. This can be processed by using a data mining technique that is the classification technique. Data needed in the classification technique are data of students who have graduated as training data and data of students who are still studying in the university as testing data. The training data were 501 records with 10 goals and the testing data were 428 records. Data mining process method used was the Cross-Industry Standard Prosses for Data Mining (CRISPDM). The algorithms used in this study were Naive Bayes, K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) and Decision Tree. The three algorithms were compared to see the accuracy by using Rapidminer software. Based on the accuracy, it was found that the K-NN algorithm was the best in predicting student graduation with an accuracy of 91.82%. The K-NN algorithm showed that 100% of the students of Nursing study program of Universitas Aisyiyah Yogyakarta are predicted to graduate on time.

Abstract

Elderly is a condition that will be experienced by each people, where the age range is from 45 to 75 years. The process adds up age followed also by changes that occur in body systems either physiologically or pathologically in the presence of comorbidities. One of the processes that occurs is function cerebellum descends by starting with a balance disturbance and then the brain system, resulting in the risk of falling. Elderly experiencing falls can be affected by some things such as disorders of the brain system, self it self and the environment. A part from anatomical factors, there is also a lighting environment usually the elderly always wake up at night, if the environment is less lighting then the risk of falling is higher and if the condition of waking up, the concentration and muscle power cannot be optimal, resulting in decreased balance so that the risk of falling is higher. One way to maintain and minimize the risk can be done the core stability exercise. Benefits of core stability exercise is to strengthen the core as the support of the body so that the body can be stable. This type of research is experiment, using quasi experimental design with pre test and post test group design. The statistic test using Wilcoxon test. Sample of elderly at integrated healthcare center in Ngebel, totaled are 34 elderly. Elderly sample criteria age 60-74 years, do not use assistive devices and do not experience neurological disorders. Measure morse fall skale. The results of the homogeneity test show that the significance value (p) core stability exercise of 0.323, because of the significance of p 0.05 it can be concluded that the population is from the same variant or homogeneous. The calculation of the data normality test used the Shapiro-Wilk Test and is said to be normal if p 0, 05. Data normality test results 0.085. Hypothesis Test with willcoxon test because it has a normal and homogeneous data distribution in the group. From the test results obtained with a value of P = 0.034, meaning P 0, 05, so that there is an effect of core stability training on the risk of falling in the elderly.

Since the elderly is susceptible to disease, Indonesia has Healthcare and Social Security Chronic Disease Management Program, National Health Insurance known as Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Program Pengelolaan Penyakit Kronis (BPJS Prolanis) to guarantee the health of elderly. This study aims to obtain an overview of the implementation of BPJS Prolanis in the community which located in Yogyakarta in order to give the feedback for this program. This research using qualitative method, with phenomenological research approach, which conducted in Yogyakarta during 2020. The result showed that most of the elderly, which is 221 (77.5%) elderly already have the health insurance, but only 38.9% who has BPJS Prolanis. Besides, there are more than 50% of the elderly have disease that often complained of. Hence, this study proposed suggestions for BPJS Prolanis, such as giving a continues education for the elderly through public health center. Besides, public health center can hold a promotive and preventive activities for the elderly to increase the awareness of the elderly on having the BPJS Prolanis.

This therapy aims to give calming and comforting effect that leads to the decrease of heart performance and blood pressure. To find out the impact of lemon aromatic therapy and inner breath relaxation toward blood pressure on elderly people’s hypertension. This research belongs to Quasy Experiment Research Design by implementing Non Equivalent Control Groupwith one treatment group and one controlled group. This research implemented total sampling technique with 22 respondents in total. The mann-whitneystatistical analysis showed that p value 0,000 of the diastole blood pressure was at 0,016 with trustworthiness at α 0,05. There is impact of lemon aromatic therapy and inner relaxation breath toward the decrease of blood pressure on the hypertension patient. The patient of hypertension is suggested to use lemon aromatic therapy and inner relaxation breath as one of non-pharmacological medical treatment that can reduce the high blood pressure.
