Abstract

Hyperemesis gravidarum is the main cause of death, currently the hyperemesis gravidarum is no longer the main cause of maternal mortality, however the hyperemesis gravidarum is still the main cause of maternal mordibility. The cause of hyperemesis gravidarum is not yet known with certainty, with an incidence of 2/1000 pregnancies. Several influences have factors, including predisposing factors (primigravida, hydatidiform mole, and multiple pregnancy). Organic factors (allergies, entry of chorial villi in the circulation, metabolic changes due to pregnancy, and the maternal resistance is decreased). Psychological factors (age, household, job loss, fear). The method used through five stages, namely identifying scoping review questions with the PEOT framework (Population, Exposure, Outcome, and Thema), identifying articles using relevant databases (PubMed, Ebsco, Wiley, Science Direct) and gray literature (Google Scholar). by using keywords, article selection, data charting, compiling, summarizing and reporting results. Five articles had the highest and lowest scores. Four themes emerged as a result of the scoping review, it consisted of the prevalence, incidence, degree and management of hyperemesis gravidarum in premarital pregnancy.

Abstract

The birth of elective Caesarean Sectio leads to a 3-fold risk than the risk of vaginal birth, whereas emergency Sectio Caesarean birth causes a 9-fold risk than the risk of vaginal delivery. This research uses analytic observational design. The data retrieval uses a retrospective time approach. The sample in this research is taken with purposive sampling technique (January 1 st 2016 to December 31 th 2016), were 195 patients. This study, using secondary data. Data analysis used Chi Square. With significance level 0,05 obtained result of P Value equal to 0,000 (P Value 0.05) and value of closeness (Phi) equal to 0,612. Therefore it can be concluded there is a relationship between the first labor with the next labor at PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Hospital in 2016 with the strong relationship.

Abstract

Construction work cannot be separated from working at heights that have a high risk of danger and accidents. The purpose of this study was to analyze the risk of work at height at a construction company in Kepulauan Riau. The method used descriptive qualitative with sampling using the snowball technique. The results of hazard identification using the HIRARC method were obtained from 2 activities with 22 potential hazards with a very high risk level of 13, priority 1 of 6 and substantial of 3. The control hierarchy that had been carried out by the company was engineering control, administrative and use of Personal Protective Equipment.

Abstract

Dismenorea is menstrual problems that is oftenexperienced adolescent and is caused by the occurence of uterine contractions due to increased prostaglandin. The content of gingerol in ginger red can overcome dysmenorrhoea by blocking prostaglandin. The purpose of this study was to know the effect of red ginger drink to the decline in the level of menstrual pain (in adolescent at Boarding school Al Husna 2 Kediri. Pre-experimental research design used by the approach of one group pretest posttest design. The population of this study was all students who experience dismenorea. Sample of adolescents who experience dismenoreawere 17 people with accidental sampling. The average pain score before treatment was 2.53, after treatment average pain score was 1, 59 based on the description, it shows that there was a decrease in pain scores of 0.94 or 37.1%. Normality test is known that the distribution of data in pain scores before being treated distribution is not normal with a p-value of 0.05 while after treated with distribution data is not normal P 0.05, making the results statistically using the Wilcoxon test showed the value of P = 0.000 (p α = 0,05). There is an influence of red ginger drink to the decline in the level of menstrual pain (dysmenorrhoea) in adolescent at Boarding school Al Husna 2 Kediri. Abstract

High-temperature treatment induces disease resistance in various plants (heat shock-induced resistance; HSIR). The role of heat shock transcriptional factors (Hsfs) was investigated in this paper. Heat shock treatment induced disease resistance and up-regulate gene expression of pathogenesis related protein; PR1a2 at 12 and 24 h after treatment. PR1a2 has putative Hsfs binding site in the upstream area. On the other hand, a heat shock transcription factor HsfA2 up-regulated at 6 h after treatment, which was 6 h earlier than salicylic acid accumulation. This time lag suggested the direct contribution of Hsfs, additionally to salicylic acid pathway in the regulation of HSIR in tomato.

Purpose: This study aims for mapping the literature, exploring information about research activities related to the topic being investigated and also investigating problems or gaps in the research area to be investigated. Method: The applied approach to review the literature was Arksey dan O’Malley framework. The applied framework to manage research questions was PEOS so the strategy of searching used 3 databases namely Science direct, Pubmed, and Whiley with the identification of relevant studies to the inclusion and exclusion. Result: Disable people are human beings who can feel the biological needs. Negative views from family, health workers, and parents as well are the obstacles for people with disabilities who should get special attention. They requires more specific information and implementation on sexual and reproductive health for disable people. The limited access or sexual and reproductive health services by PWPD in Kampala was caused by some challenging conditions like limited access of  information accepted so that they lack of understanding of biological needs  they should obtain. Keywords: disability, sexuality and reproductive health

Abstract

There are 1350 people with intellectual dissability in Yogyakarta, in which 50% of them are adolescent with age ranged from 13-18 years old. Most of adolescents with intellectual disability will have limitation on cognitive, adaptive behavior and social-personal function, which lead to some diverted behaviors such as inability to maintain cleanliness, taking care of themselves, and conducting good act of sexual behaviors. These conditions will lead to social perception as childish, inhuman, asexual, or bad sexual behavior due to lack of information and low cognitive function. This study aimed to assess the efect of six- sex education program on social skills of adolescent student with intellectual dissability in SLB N 1 Bantul, Yogyakarta. This is a pre experimental with one group pre test-post test design. Twenty (20) students with intellectual dissability were recruited using simple random sampling. Social skills were measured using KiSS-18 (Kikuchi’s Scale of Social Skills) questionnaire before and after six-sex education program for four weeks. The data were analyzed using paired t-test. There is a significant (p= 0.034) different on the social skills before and after six- sex education program. Adolescent with intellectual dissability require specific treatment, communication and skill to improve their social skills through sex education program.
