Abstract

This study discusses the practicality of the flash card learning media for environmental pollution materials for grade 7 SMP/MTs at SMP Negeri 22 Palembang. This study will reveal the level of practicality of the use of learning media by both teachers and students after using learning media in the learning process. The research subjects were carried out with 20 students and 1 teacher. The question sheet has been validated by experts and will be used as an instrument to obtain data as a response from teachers and students regarding the practicality of learning media. The data obtained were processed using a questionnaire analysis technique. The results showed that the flash card learning media had a very practical level of practicality based on the responses of teachers and students. So it can be concluded that the flash card learning media is a very practical learning media to be used in the learning process of environmental pollution by teachers and students.

Abstract

The inquiry method can be used to see student psychomotor learning outcomes on plant tissue structure material. The advantages of this method provide opportunities for students to improve critical thinking patterns to be actively involved in learning, so that they are able to find answers to the problems in question. This research aims to determine the effect of inquiry method on psychomotor learning outcomes of class XI students on the material of plant tissue structure at SMA Alkhairaat Labuha, South Halmahera district. This type of research is experimental research (quasi-experimental) with quantitative research methods. Population of the research was all students of class XI Science students Alkhairaat Labuha High School and two classes were selected as samples by purposive sampling. The class selected as the research sample was class XI IPA2, which consisted of 20 students as the experimental class, and class XI IPA3 which consisted of 20 students as the control class. The instruments used in this study were psychomotor test rubrics and observation sheets. Data collection techniques used are psychomotor tests, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed by testing the prerequisites and hypothesis testing. The results of this research indicate that based on the t-test, the tcount value is 6,905 > ttable value is 2,093, which means Ha is accepted. Thus it can be said that there is an effect of the inquiry method on the psychomotor learning outcomes of class XI science students on the material of plant tissue structure at Alkhairaat Labuha High School, South Halmahera District.

Abstract

Penggemar drama Korea kebanyakan adalah mahasiswa. Menonton drama Korea juga berdampak pada sikap dan perilaku mahasiswa salah satunya berdampak pada penyesuaian diri mahasiswa di kampus. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penyesuaian diri siswa yang gemar menonton drama Korea ditinjau dari kematangan emosi, kematangan intelektual, kematangan sosial, dan tanggung jawab. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Riau. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik snowball sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 102 orang. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data interval yang diperoleh dari responden dengan mengisi instrumen skala penyesuaian diri. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa penyesuaian siswa yang gemar menonton drama Korea terdapat 3 (tiga) aspek penyesuaian pada kategori sedang yaitu kematangan emosi, kematangan intelektual, dan tanggung jawab, kemudian 1 (satu) aspek penyesuaian pada kategori rendah. kategori, yaitu aspek kematangan sosial. Oleh karena itu, mahasiswa yang memiliki kematangan sosial kategori rendah perlu diberikan perlakuan untuk meningkatkan kematangan hubungan sosial di kampus.

Abstract

The study of spirituality in the context of guidance and counseling shows an increasing graph of progress. The late 1990s and early 2000s were the year when the issue of spirituality in the context of counseling and psychology was increasingly being discussed by various associations such as the American Counseling Association (ACA), the Association for Spiritual, Ethical, and Religious Values in Counseling (ASERVIC) American Psychology Association (APA), and The Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Program (CACREP). This paper aims to describe an idea of the application of guidance and counseling based on tadabur sirah in madrasah (Islamic School) to improve aspects of spirituality for students. Tadabur sirah is an effort to contemplate the contents of the Quran in depth as an effort to improve the spirituality. Various research results show that spirituality can give a positive influence in improving the quality of human life. One way that can be done to improve the spirituality is by learning and contemplating the historical stories that exist in the Qur'an through storytelling techniques. Various research results also show that storytelling techniques have been proven to be effective in teaching and transferring the noble values contained in the stories.

Abstract

This study purpose to determine the Capacity building of female community through coaching female on Trenggalek city. This research is including qualitative research under the case study approach. The data collection was done by doing the interview, observation, and documentation. The data analysis test used triangulation method by rechecking the credibility level of information. Entrepreneur to be implemented through female preneur program in order to capacity building with intensif choaching provide assistance that to designed in particular to give theoritis knowledge or practical in order are able to create superior human resources that able to independently and becomes female entrepreneur quality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi aktivitas penghambatan tirosinase dan antioksidan (AO) dari ekstrak kombinasi mikroemulsi (MCE) kulit batang nangka (Artocarpus heteropyllus L.) dan kulit buah delima (Punica granatum L.) memiliki efek mencerahkan kulit secara alami untuk meningkatkan depigmentasi dan menentukan mikroemulsi. Kombinasi ekstrak (MCE) dalam penghambatan tirosinase dan aktivitas antioksidan.

Abstract

Kepuasaan kerja merupakan suatu keadaan emosional seseorang yang positif atau menyenangkan dari nilai atau pengalaman orang tersebut, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa perawat membentuk sikap terhadap pekerjaan dengan memperhatikan perasaan, kepercayaan dan perilaku mereka sendiri. Kepuasan kerja perawat dibeberapa negara masih rendah, seperti di Cina 54 % dan Shanghai 60,8%. Dari fenomena yang ada, menunjukkan kepuasan kerja perawat masih rendah. Kompetensi adalah sebuah kemampuan yang dimiliki seseorang yang merupakan perpaduan antara kemampuan personal, keilmuan,teknologi, sosial maupun spritual. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengidentifikasi kompetensi yang harus dimiliki perawat dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja seorang perawat. Metode: Artikel ini menggunakan design literatur review yakni peneliti mengulas, merangkum, dan menuliskan pemikiran beberapa pustaka seperti artikel, buku. Penelusuran artikel melalui PubMed, Scincedirect, Scopus dan Google Schoolar. Hasil literatur review ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja perawat, untuk menigkatkan kepuasan kerja perawat perlu memperhatikan sepuluh hal sebagai berikut: faktor-faktor khusus untuk profesi dan kompetensi kolaboratif interprofessional, praktek profesional, etis, legal dan peka budaya, pemberian asuhan dan manajemen asuhan keperawatan, pengembangan personal dan profesional, nurse manager competency, team communication & collaboration, staf advocacy & development. change & resource management, personal mastery, quality monitoring and persuance Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah kompetensi dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja perawat.

Abstract

At first, Pati Ka Tii Sepa was a sacrificial rite for atonement for sins so that humans would avoid punishment/curse or calamity, but then with the development of the times more advanced so that in every ritual ceremony the Ende-Lio indigenous people in general and "Frozen Ngeo Mosa Ngeo" ' in particular always brings sacrifices, so the notion of ''Pati Ka Tii Sepa'' changes and then becomes broader in terms of all kinds of sacrifices and ceremonies to avoid curses, calamities, disasters and also as an expression of gratitude and gratitude for success in a business. Pati Ka Tii Sepa'' is all matter. This does not mean that Pati Ka Tii sepa is a manipulative act to get revenge from the Supreme, considering that the giving of material goods is only an expression of the sincerity of the human heart, the actions of victims and prayers of supplication. Sacrificial materials are always the best of human works or all objects that are highly valued in society. This shows how high the values ​​of kindness they uphold. Kindness is actually a state of safety. And the safety situation is not thought of as an abstract situation but very concrete. Concrete salvation concerns the state of being free from all everyday suffering or situations characterized by intimacy with one another. If it is said that real safety, a secure, peaceful, established state can only be maintained by complying with all the patterns of life that have been passed down by the ancestors from generation to generation. Through ritual sacrifices, a situation of salvation that has been lost or even extinct can be regained. According to the Beku Ngeo Mosa Ngeo indigenous people, salvation is so real that the idea of ​​salvation in any religion may complement the existing view. To him was given all other creations and the power to manage what is on earth. Dealing with Dua Lulu Wula Nggae Longgo Leja and Ata Mata Wena Tana, meaning (God above the moon, God above the sun and the dead or the Ancestors under the land of humans are still limited). Thus man finds himself in Dua Nggae as being, which is limited at the same time who has optimism because of his total dependence on "Dua Lulu Wula, Ngae Longgo Leja and Ata Mata Wena Tana".

Abstract

Batik Jambi is a local product which is one of the characteristics possessed by Jambi Province which is spread across various Jambi districts/cities. The resulting products use chemicals and natural ingredients in the coloring process. The use of chemicals will certainly have an impact on the surrounding environment if waste management is not managed properly. This impact will be very dangerous for the surrounding environment and the preservation of the earth in maintaining the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The purpose of this study was to find out the batik craftsmen's understanding of batik waste management and the application of batik waste management by conducting in-depth interviews with 14 business units, both Jambi and related agencies. The results showed that the understanding of the batik craftsmen was very good due to the socialization and education that had been given but in the implementation in the field there were still obstacles because the assistance of an IPAL machine for a group of artisans could not be used optimally, the limited capital factor to make Household IPAL, the location very small business, business is not grouped so it is very difficult to get help to make IPAL. The role played by the government has been quite optimal by providing socialization and education but still has to maximize this effort by continuing to carry out counseling and socialization about methods that can be applied to handle industrial waste, counseling on the use and maintenance of appropriate technology and green technology, making household scale IPAL, optimizing the government's budget, establishing a policy of sanctioning environmental polluters through government regulations, batik craftsmen are required to make private or group IPAL, including environmental costs charged to the batik products they produce.

Abstract

This study uses library research. Changes in the business environment are indicated by the development of communication technology as well as information technology is the main challenge faced by HR today. Rapid advances in technology provide convenience in the application of company operational activities. This condition causes workers who have low potential to be unable to compete because with technological developments, companies no longer need blue collar workers, but employees who are able to master existing technological developments and have managerial talent. IT has a specific role in managing tablespoons through innovation in HR information technology. an example of an application is through People soft or SAP using the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). As a result, rapid technological changes require new skills that can be obtained from empowerment, education and training, organizations that are increasingly complex, flatter and leaner organizations that are more flexible, demographic changes with the limited availability of manpower, the need for a more frequent response with strength. external forces such as legislation and regulations, and increasing multinational competence, multilateral cooperation and correlations (Sculler and Walker, 1990). In other words, human resources involved in company processes or activities must mean human resources who have a knowledge base (knowledge-based worker) who has a variety of skills and expertise (multi-skilling worker).
