Abstract

The background of this research is because of the low learning process and learning outcomes in mathematics by fifth-grade students at SDN 81/II Muara Bungo. This research aims to improve it by using guided discovery learning models. This type of research is classroom action research with two cycles. Each cycle is divided into two meetings. Each meeting is divided into four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. This research targets the fifth-grade students of SDN 81/II Muara Bungo in the second semester of the 2020/2021 academic year. The results of this research data analysis indicate that the use of guided discovery learning models can improve the process and learning outcomes of fifth-grade mathematics at SD 81/II Muara Bungo. The details of observations made by the teacher in the first cycle resulted in an average score of 85.4%. Then in the second cycle, it produced 93.5% as the excellent category. Then the results of observations made by students in the first cycle obtained the percentage value of 68.2% and 87.4% in the second cycle. And classical completeness in the first cycle, the average value of student learning outcomes was 68.2%, increasing to 90.9% in the second cycle. The conclusion is, using guided discovery learning models can improve the process and results of learning mathematics.

Abstract

Regional languages often interfere with the use of Indonesian in the learning process. Whereas the use of language in the classroom is a kind of official situation. Teachers and students who are language users are requir to use standard language during the teaching and learning process in class. The purpose of this study was to describe the language attitudes of elementary school students in thematic learning in the digital era 5.0. This research uses a phenomenological study approach. Researchers describe the language attitudes of elementary school students in thematic learning in the digital era 5.0. The language attitude of elementary school students in Pesawaran Regency includes feeling pride in being mastered and accepting a language for a language. A sense of pride in Indonesian is also shown by the use of Indonesian in learning, Javanese vocabulary appears. positive attitude towards the Indonesian language by using Indonesian to ask the teacher, answer questions from the teacher, how to learn with friends in learning.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low physical ability of the Berkah United Merangin Futsal players, this study aims to determine whether or not there is an effect of Fartlek training to increase VO2Max, There is or not the effect of Interval training increase VO2Max, and see whether there is a difference between Fartlek and Interval training on increasing VO2Max in Futsal Players in Merangin District. This research was conducted using an experimental method with a two-group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study was 12 Futsal Players at Berkah United Merangin The sampling technique was total sampling. The sample in this study was 12 Berkah United Merangin Futsal Players with 16 treatments. The research instrument uses a multi-stage fitness test. The data analysis technique used in this study was the t-test to determine the comparison between Fartlek and Interval exercises in increasing VO2Max. Based on the results of the study that there is an effect of Fartlek training to increase VO2Max in Berkah United Merangin Futsal Players, as evidenced by the value of count (5.291) > table (2.705). There is an effect of increasing VO2Max on Berkah United Merangin Futsal Players with Interval training, as evidenced by the value of count (9.231) > table (2.705). There is no significant difference between Fartlek Training and Interval Training to increase VO2Max on Berkah United Merangin Futsal Players because there is no significant difference in results, as evidenced by the value of count (0.622) < table (2.228).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of waist flexibility, Body Mass Index (BMI), and confidence on the accuracy of volleyball smashes. This type of research is quantitative associative with a path analysis approach. A total of 25 male volleyball athletes at UKM STKIP Muhammadiyah Muaro Bungo were used as research samples, who were recruited using purposive sampling. The waist flexibility instrument uses a flexiometer, BMI uses anthropometry, self-confidence uses a questionnaire, and the volleyball smash accuracy test. Data were analyzed using path analysis through structural model testing. The results showed: (1) there was a direct effect of waist flexibility on the accuracy of volleyball smashes (py1 = 0.285 or 8.12%), (2) there was a direct effect of BMI on the accuracy of volleyball smashes (py2 = 0.216 or 4.67%), (3) there was a direct effect of self-confidence on the accuracy of volleyball smashes (py3 = ​​0.622 or 38.69%), (4) there is an indirect effect of waist flexibility on the accuracy of smash through self-confidence (p31.py3 = ​​0.312 > py1 = 0.285 or the total effect 35.60%), (5) there is an indirect effect of BMI on the accuracy of smash through self-confidence (p32.py3 = ​​0.242 > py2 = 0.216 or the total effect 20.97%), and (6) there is an effect of waist flexibility, BMI, and self-confident simultaneously on the accuracy of volleyball smashes (Rsquare = 0.891 or 89.10%).

Abstract

The main problems in this study were students who were not active in learning, students who were unable to solve problems independently, students who were unable to analyze learning material in depth, and teachers who had not used the right learning model so that it had an impact on student learning processes and outcomes. This research was conducted on fourth-grade students at SDN 217/II Bangun Harjo Pelepat Ilir Bungo, Jambi, Indonesia. The method used is classroom action research (CAR). The subjects in this study consisted of 18 students, 10 girls, and 8 boys. The technique used for data collection is an interview, observation, tests, and documentation techniques. The research instrument uses test sheets and observation sheets. The results of the study are that by using the Analysis, Findings, Development, Organizing the Material and Learning model in PKN learning it can improve the process and results of PKN learning for class IV students at SDN 217/II Bangun Harjo.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the intensity of social interaction of students on the level of religiosity of students at the Harapan Mulia Integrated Islamic Junior High School Palembang and to determine the influence of the intensity of social interaction of students on the level of religiosity of students at the Harapan Mulia Integrated Islamic Junior High School Palembang. This type of research is quantitative. The instrument used in collecting data is a Likert scale model questionnaire. The population of the study, namely the students of Harapan Mulia Palembang Integrated Islamic Middle School as many as 299 people with a sample of 70 people through a proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The results of the study found that there was a significant influence between the intensity of social interaction on the level of religiosity of SMP IT Harapan Mulia Palembang students. This can be proven by the results of hypothesis testing using Linear Regression Analysis. This test obtained a sig value of 0.000 and an α value (0.000 <0.05), then Hₒ was rejected and Hₐ was accepted. By accepting Hₐ as a result of the analysis, it means that there is a significant effect of the intensity of social interaction on the level of religiosity of SMP IT Harapan Mulia Palembang students. The test results for the coefficient of determination R Square is 0.874, indicating that the variable intensity of social interaction is able to explain the variable level of religiosity of 87.4% in other words, 87.4% of the level of religiosity is determined by the intensity of social interaction carried out by students, while the rest is 12. 6% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study

Abstract

A very basic concept in the traditional Toba Batak kinship organization is the clan. Marga is a group of people who come from the same grandfather and follow the lineage from the father which is called patrilineal. Toba Batak customs are connected by a red thread that is tied in a kinship relationship "Dalihan natolu ". This study aims to analyze multidimensional science education in the ethnoscience of Dalihan Na Tolu in the perspective of ontology, epistemology, and axiology. This study is a literature study (library research) with data sources from previous research articles on topics related to science education, science concepts, ethnoscience, and Dalihan natolu .The literature review method is by searching for Discopus literature for the 2017-2022 year using keywords or the keywords Dalihan natolu . The stages of literature are carried out in a simple manner, namely: (1) Searching and presenting literature, (2) Literacy analysis process, (3) Article preparation. The results of the study show that (1) the nature of learning science can be classified into three dimensions, namely science as a product, science as a process, and science as an attitude; (2) Dalihan Na Tolu Dalihan Na Tolu is a philosophy that is an integral part of the life of the Toba Batak people (3) ethnoscience Dalihan Na Tolu contains the concept of kinship and can be integrated into the concept of science such as Biology, Mathematics and Physics (4) several learning models with an ethnoscience approach can improve conceptual understanding, science process skills, conservation attitudes, and students' creative thinking abilities.

Abstract

Understanding the concept is one of the fundamental goals in learning mathematics. This study aims to determine the effect of learning motivation on students' understanding of mathematical concepts in class XI MIPA at a public high school in Pariaman. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative. Sampling was done by simple random sampling technique. The research instruments used were motivational questionnaires and tests of understanding mathematical concepts that have been tested valid and reliable. The results of the study, learning motivation is in the medium and high categories, affecting the level of understanding of students' mathematical concepts.

Abstract

Evaluasi pembelajaran penting untuk menentukan keberhasilan, pertumbuhan, dan kemajuan peserta didik setelah menyelesaikan proses pembelajaran dalam jangka waktu tertentu. Evaluasi kurikulum juga sama pentingnya dengan evaluasi pembelajaran yaitu kurikulum sekolah pengerak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana paradigma evaluasi Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP) digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kurikulum sekolah penggerak. Penelitian ini dalam pengumplulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumen. Pengawas sekolah, perwakilan kurikulum, dan kepala sekolah berperan sebagai peserta penelitian. Pemilihan peserta studi dilakukan dengan purposive sampling. Statistik deskriptif digunakan dalam analisis data dan pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi.Temuan penelitian dengan menggunakan Context, Input, Process and Product (CIPP) dilihat dari aspek Context, Input, Process dan Product bahwa penerapan kurikulum sekolah penggerak telah sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kualitas hasil pembelajaran, kualitas kompetensi kepala sekolah, kualitas guru, percepatan digitalisasi sekolah dan profil pelajar pancasila.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the values of Islamic religious education in the animated film series Hafiz Hafizah and to relate them to Islamic education material for grade V SD. This study uses qualitative methods and the type of research is Library research by randomly selecting 5 episodes by the researcher. The results of this study indicate that the values of Islamic religious education in this film are as follows: 1) having faith in the Apostle by behaving tabligh in the episode "Bazaar for Goodness part 1" is relevant to the material of chapter 3 Faith in the apostles of Allah SWT. 2) having faith in Allah's book in the episode "I want to know part 2" is relevant to the material in chapter 4 Faith in Allah's books. 3) Pray in the episode "Hafiz hiccups part 2" relevant to the material for chapter 2 Asma'ul Husna. 4) Sincerity in the episode "Let's go to Mecca part 2" is relevant to the material in chapter 6 respecting opinions, simplicity, and sincerity. 5) Please help in the episode "Greed is a problem part 1" relevant to the material in chapter 1 of At-tin and Al-ma'un letters.
