Abstract

Wadi is a sort of the local wisdom of Dayak ethnic at Central Borneo as the effort of food warranty when fish could be found easily or when others  sources of protein, i.e.meat is difficult to be found. Wadi is a fermentation food made from fish or meat processed traditionally by mixing the fish or the meat with salt and “lumu” (fried rice without oil),  then preserved for several days until a special aroma and taste were formed,with salty and acid taste with strong aroma. The changes of the taste and aroma of the wadi is caused by fermentation process  formed during the preservation. The effort to create the wadi as a local wisdom is need to be continued.Keywords: food warranty; local wisdom; traditional food Wadi

Abstract

Formalin is a dangerous food preservative which has been banned to be used. Formalin is often used because it is relatively cheap and simple to use. This study aimed to analyze the effect of formalin to damage liver histology of male mice. Mice used were male mice Balb/C strain aged 4 weeks and weighted 20 to 22 grams. The extract of formalin-added-tofu, which were the concentration of: 0.1%, 1.68%, and 3.35%, 5.1%, 6.7%, were given orally per day for 12 weeks. At the end of 12th week, the mice were dissected and the liver were taken which then made preparations. The liver histological preparations were observed under a dino lite microscope in five different visual field, with a magnification of 800 times. For each of field of views, 20 cells were randomly counted. The average of weighted score of histopathological liver of five field of views then were randomly calculated for each mice. The scoring model used was Histopathology Manja Roenigk. The total of damage percentage occurred was recorded and calculated. The results showed that oral exposure to formaldehyde increases the amount of damage significantly in male mice strain Balb/C. The research results were presented in the form of booklets as a means of communication to the public media to broaden the danger of formalin-added-tofu. The booklet was made in order to perform the role of education as an agent of society renewal insight and knowledge. Abstract

Melung Tourism Village has natural, agricultural, social, and cultural potential which can be developed in support of the concept of sustainable tourism. One of the efforts is to explore the local potential that becomes the Melung Tourism Village, a uniqueness that is valueable in the minds of community. The Brand Hexagon Model is model formulated by Simon Anholt which aims to find brand values based on perceptions of the public/tourist. The research method uses descriptive qualititative research. This research found the brand values of Melung Tourism Village, robusta coffee, the beauty of its scenery, and the friendliness of local people who are still closely carriying out the tradition Key Words: Brand Value; Melung Tourism Village; Local Identity

Abstract

The main problems in this study were students who were not active in learning, students who were unable to solve problems independently, students who were unable to analyze learning material in depth, and teachers who had not used the right learning model so that it had an impact on student learning processes and outcomes. This research was conducted on fourth-grade students at SDN 217/II Bangun Harjo Pelepat Ilir Bungo, Jambi, Indonesia. The method used is classroom action research (CAR). The subjects in this study consisted of 18 students, 10 girls, and 8 boys. The technique used for data collection is an interview, observation, tests, and documentation techniques. The research instrument uses test sheets and observation sheets. The results of the study are that by using the Analysis, Findings, Development, Organizing the Material and Learning model in PKN learning it can improve the process and results of PKN learning for class IV students at SDN 217/II Bangun Harjo.

Abstract

Fenomena penggunaan media sosial mempengaruhi gaya hidup masyarakat, khususnya generasi Z yang melek akan teknologi karena mereka lahir dan tumbuh di tengah perkembangan teknologi yang begitu pesat. Sayangnya, tidak sedikit generasi Z Indonesia gemar mengadopsi tren di media sosial yang kurang bermanfaat sehingga karya yang disebarkan di ruang publik masih belum terkonsep dengan baik dan tidak memiliki nilai positif di dalamnya. Oleh karena itu, tim melaksanakan Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) berupa pelatihan digital content creative yang bertujuan untuk membantu meningkatkan akselerasi paham teknologi digital bagi siswa SMP khususnya dalam bidang digital content creator serta melatih rasa percaya diri dan kreativitas siswa dalam membuat konten di media digital. Pelatihan ini diselenggarakan oleh mahasiswa Program Studi Ilmu Komunikasi Universitas Amikom Purwokerto pada tanggal 7 dan 13 bulan Januari 2022 yang diikuti 32 peserta dari siswa kelas 9 SMP Negeri 2 Puwokerto. Metode pelatihan yaitu perkenalan, pengenalan story telling, media sosial dan videografi, praktik mengoperasikan kamera, praktik video kreatif dan evaluasi. Semua kegiatan pelatihan dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 2 Purwokerto. Hasil dari kegiatan menunjukkan adanya antusiasme para peserta pelatihan dan minat peserta untuk membuat konten yang kreatif meningkat.

Abstract

Model pembelajaran role playing berbantuan media audio visual merupakan proses pembelajaran dengan mencontohkan hasil karya yang diharapkan dapat mendorong siswa belajar, meningkatkan kemampuan mengorganisir kelompok serta meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan agar memperoleh analisis keefektifan model pembelajaran role playing melalui media audio visual untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa SMKN Mojoagung. Penelitian menggunakan eksperimen semu. Siswa kelas X Bisnis Digital SMKN Mojoagung merupakan populasi. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan tes, angket, lembar observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji paired samples t test serta uji N-Gain score. Penelitian memperoleh hasil bahwa model pembelajaran role playing dengan bantuan media audio visual efekif meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa ditunjukkan dengan nilai sig. uji paired samples t test sebesar 0,000 > 0,05. Nilai N- Gain score kelas eksperimen sebesar 0,30 ≤ 0,37 < 0,70 dengan kategori sedang. Rata- rata hasil post- test sebesar 75,83 dengan ketuntasan pembelajaran 67%. Motivasi belajar pada kelas eksperimen mengalami kenaikan 85% dengan kriteria sangat tinggi didukung dengan aktivitas belajar yang baik sehingga hasil belajar siswa meningkat.

Abstract

Usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) memainkan peran penting dalam ekonomi Indonesia karena mereka menyediakan stabilitas nasional dan menyediakan lapangan kerja. UMKM perlu menggunakan teknologi di era digital. Salah satu contohnya adal ah digital marketing melalui media sosial seperti affiliasi TikTok, yang membantu UMKM menjangkau pasar dengan biaya yang lebih murah. Menurut kegiatan sosialisasi di Desa Jelok, afiliasi TikTok dapat meningkatkan penjualan, kesadaran merek, dan daya saing UMKM. UMKM harus mengadopsi strategi ini untuk menghadapi tantangan di era digital.
