Abstract

Society of Semendo tribe follows matrilineal kinship system within major legacy. It means that the elder daughter is the only heir in legacy practice which is called Tunggu Tubang. It is a significant case for studies on Islamic law, especially the legacy law system of Islam. In Islamic legacy system, the distribution always sets out justice principle, equivalence, and prosperity in its implementation. Therefore, the focus of this study is the analysis of Islamic law toward the legacy in society of Semendo at West Lampung in contemporary era. This research is field research by using qualitative approach. The finding shows that philosophically the legacy system of Semendo tradition in perspective of Islamic law (the legacy law of Islam) is not in contradictory with the basics of prosperity and ushul fiqh of “urf” (tradition). Furthermore, in the contemporary era at West Lampung regency, it indicates displacement of existing values in Semendo society. The major legacy system gradually changes into individual legacy system that is parental as an effect of modernization and wider society network.

Abstract

Environmental damage is a national issue at a time of global issues that become a very urgent problem that needs to be resolved given that the environment is part of the sustainability of human life in advance. Environmental degradation has an impact which is very crucial, namely drought, landslides, floods, coastal erosion, seawater intrusion, the uncertain climate change and others. The impact of the above will greatly affect the living conditions of the communities, either on the region's economic, social and cultural. Then the State has responsibility for rational and ethical responsibility to save the environment for sustainability of public life, including through the development of the role of the da'i as construction of extension officers in an attempt to damage control of the environment. This type of research is qualitative research using normative approaches. Its object is the extension officers of development of religion (Da'i) and ecological development. The methods used in this study is the study of librarianship.

Abstract

Background. The emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic and the presence of this fatwa has become a phenomenon appearing recently. If all this time research on the use of zakat in normal situations, then a research is needed to see how the realization and implementation of the fatwa of MUI regarding the use of assets during the Covid-19 pandemic. Aim. Describing of implementation of fatwa MUI Number 23 year of 2020 about utilizing of zakat, infaq and shadaqah to cope with impact of the spread Covid-19 Methods. This research was a field research with a phenomenological approach. This research was a qualitative research using descriptive analysis of the MUI Fatwa Number 23 of 2020 and its implementation in LazisNU, Metro City. Results. The result of this research was that the implementation of the MUI fatwa Number 23 of 2020 concerning the use of zakat, infaq and shadaqah was carried out using the fatwa determination methodology with various legal considerations and based on clear legal aspects. As for the Covid-19 Outbreak management implemented by LazisNU, Metro City in the first two important aspects, fatwas was implemented conceptually through several emergency response programs implemented by the Covid-19 outbreak response officer unit. Second, the fatwa was implemented constructively, where the fatwa still paid attention to the social aspects of society by sorting out two aspects, including the distribution of zakat specifically for Moeslim communities affected by Covid-19 while for the wider non-Moeslim community affected by Covid-19, it was taken from infaq, shadaqah and other donations funds.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the social, cultural, and religious values in the story of Radin Djambat and their implications. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive method. The source of data in this study is Radin Djambat story book. The results showed that the story of Radin Djambat contains social , cultural, and religious values. Social values in the story Radin Djambat include devotion among human, unity in life, mutual cooperation, deliberative process, and justice for others. Cultural values in the story of Radin Djambat include theoretical , economics, art, power, and solidarity values. Religious value include implementation of the pillars of Islam and worship. Implications based on research results is literature learning with Radin Djambat story in basic 2.2 Appreciating Indonesian literatures to find the values of life and apply them to refine the manners.Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan nilai sosial, budaya, dan agama dalam cerita Radin Djambat serta implikasinya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah buku cerita Radin Djambat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa cerita Radin Djambat mengandung nilai sosial, budaya, dan agama. Nilai sosial dalam cerita Radin Djambat meliputi kebaktian antarmanusia, kebersatuan hidup, kegotongroyongan, kemusyawarahan, dan keadilan terhadap sesama. Nilai budaya dalam cerita Radin Djambat meliputi nilai teori, ekonomi, seni, kuasa, dan solidaritas. Nilai agama meliputi pelaksanaan rukun Islam dan ibadah. Implikasi hasil penelitian ini berupa pembelajaran sastra menggunakan cerita Radin Djambat dalam kompetensi dasar 2.2 Mengapresiasi sastra Indonesia untuk menemukan nilai-nilai kehidupan dan menerapkannya untuk memperhalus budi pekerti.Kata kunci: nilai agama, nilai budaya, nilai sosial.

Abstract

Regional languages often interfere with the use of Indonesian in the learning process. Whereas the use of language in the classroom is a kind of official situation. Teachers and students who are language users are requir to use standard language during the teaching and learning process in class. The purpose of this study was to describe the language attitudes of elementary school students in thematic learning in the digital era 5.0. This research uses a phenomenological study approach. Researchers describe the language attitudes of elementary school students in thematic learning in the digital era 5.0. The language attitude of elementary school students in Pesawaran Regency includes feeling pride in being mastered and accepting a language for a language. A sense of pride in Indonesian is also shown by the use of Indonesian in learning, Javanese vocabulary appears. positive attitude towards the Indonesian language by using Indonesian to ask the teacher, answer questions from the teacher, how to learn with friends in learning.

Abstract

Learning to write fairy tales boldly has limitations and challenges. Lecturers must organize creative and innovative learning to provide stimulus to students so they can take part in lectures optimally. The stimulus given with anyflip and the Merdeka Campus SPADA platform. The purpose of this study was to describe virtualization learning to write fairy tales based on anyflip products through SPADA Merdeka Campus. The research method used is qualitative. Data collection techniques using observation and interviews. Interviews were conducted with three people: one lecturer in the Appreciation of Indonesian Literature course, one student in the Appreciation of Indonesian Literature course, and one media colleague. The results of the study explain that learning to write fairy tales is carried out boldly. The platform chosen was SPADA Kampus Merdeka. There are several stages that must be passed in learning to write, including the pre-writing stage, the writing stage, and the post-writing stage. The product of this lecture is an anyflip based fable collection book.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbantuan software Maple pada materi grafik fungsi trigonometri dan mengetahui bagaimana respon siswa terhadap media pembelajaran yang dihasilkan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Research and Development (R&D). Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode penelitian pengembangan perangkat 4D (Four D Model) namun dibatasi hanya sampai tahap development dengan subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas X Excellent di MA Ma’arif Roudlotut Tholibin Metro Utara. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh kualitas kevalidan media dari aspek materi memperoleh persentase 85% dengan kriteria sangat layak dan aspek media memperoleh persentase 83,50% dengan kriteria sangat    layak. Sedangkan respon peserta didik memperoleh nilai 83% dengan kriteria sangat menarik, hal ini menunjukkan media yang dikembangkan mempunyai kriteria sangat menarik dan layak digunakan sebagai media dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar pada materi grafik fungsi Trigonometri di MA Ma’arif Roudlotut Tholibin Metro Utara di kelas X Excellent.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu dengan media coin bilangan mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar pengurangan bilangan bulat pada siswa kelas VI SDN Darurejo II. Rendahnya nilai siswa kelas VI SDN Darurejo II pada materi pengurangan bilangan bulat menjadi dasar penelitian ini dilakukan. Pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru masih menggunakan metode ceramah yang berakibat hasil belajar siswa tidak maksimal sehingga perlu adanya media pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa tersebut. Dengan menggunakan media, konsep dan simbol matematika yang tadinya bersifat abstrak menjadi konkret. Sehingga seorang guru dapat memberikan pengenalan konsep dan simbol matematika, disesuaikan dengan taraf berfikir anak. Metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas PTK dengan pendekatan campuran yakni kantitatif dan kualitatif. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VI SDN Darurejo II yang berjumlah lima siswa. Penelitian tindakan dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Pada setiap siklus terdapat kegiatan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Instrumen nya adalah lembar observasi, angket dan lembar tes. Sebelum diberi tindakan menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa masih rendah. hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Penggunaan media coin bilangan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar pengurangan bilangan bulat siswa kelas VI SDN Darurejo II.

Abstract

Piil pesenggiri is a philosophy of life for Lampungnese people that is firmly held by Lampungnese people, as an ancestral heritage which can be said that Lampungnese people are predominantly Muslim, meaning that the philosophy of life then becomes closely related to the way of religion of Lampungnese people from time to time by maintaining a balance between local religious traditions themselves. This study is quite interesting to be discussed further, especially regarding the position of the piil pesenggiri philosophy of life in the moderate religious pattern of Lampungnese people. The method used is a descriptive method with a socio-philosophical approach, while drawing conclusions is by using a deductive thinking. The results of the study indicate that the values contained in the piil pesenggiri philosophy of life have a considerable influence on the Islamic style for Lampungnese people who are moderate and can maintain the values of balance between reason and morality on an ongoing basis.

Abstract

Wujud Da’i Kamtibmas adalah upaya merangkul masyarakat untuk dapat berpikir yang moderat. Pola pemikiran yang moderat, akan dapat menjadi filter masuknya paham radikal di wilayah Lampung, sebagai juru dakwah kamtibmas polda Lampung, tentunya harus dapat melakukan bentuk-bentuk perubahan yang akan membawa rahmatan lil alamin, untuk mewujudkan semua itu tentunya membutuhkan kerja keras, diantara upaya itu adalah melakukan bentuk-bentuk pendekatan kepada masyarakat di wilayah tersebut, agar aktivitas dakwah senantiasa dapat menyentuh dan diterima. Yang menjadi menarik adalah bagaimana peran Da’i Kamtibmas Polda Lampung dalam upaya menanamkan nilai-nilai moderasi dalam berdakwah? Kajian ini akan melihat pada peran Da’i Kamtibmas Polda Lampung sebagai Mitra Polri dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai moderasi pada masyarakat dalam bentuk dakwah. Penelitian ini adalah bersifat kualitatif dengan bentuk (fild research) dengan cara wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi terhadap kejadian empirik yang terjadi dengan pendekatan sosiologis-kultural dengan memanfaatkan nilai nilai falsafat masyarakat Lampung, yaitu Piil Pasenggiri. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sangat besar peran Da’i Kamtibmas Polda Lampung dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai moderasi di tengah masyarakat, baik melaui media radio Andalas dan RBK, melalui saluran televisi Tegar maupun melalui pembinaan, baik secara internal yaitu kepada para da’i itu sendiri maupun pada masyarakat melaui pembinaan secara eksternal yaitu masyarakat yang telah terindikasi paham radikal atau dalam hal pencegahannya.
