Setiap artikel Jurnal Abdi Bhara bersifat open access dan memiliki nomor unik Digital Object Identifier (DOI) dengan frekuensi penerbitan dilakukan sebanyak dua kali dalam setahun yakni bulan Juni dan Desember.

Abstract

Sriamur Tambun Utara Bekasi Village, which is ourpartner in the location of the real work college, is one of thevillages with the status of an advanced village. So, governance isgood. However, geographically, Sriamur Village, which isincluded in the Bekasi Regency Region, is a buffer zone to theCity of Jakarta with the characteristics of an industrial area thatis closely related to labor issues, low public education under thenational human development index, which has an impact on thenumber of early marriages, rampant domestic violence, victimsof online loans and human trafficking. Besides that, the otherimpact is the high level of brawls and narcotics abuse among theyounger generation, all of which are daily threats faced by thepeople of Sriamur Village in their lives. The real work lectureprogram for UBJ Faculty of Law students has been going on forone month at the end of 2022 the 2022/2023 academic year bycarrying out physical and non-physical activity programs as aneffort to avoid human security with a community satisfactionlevel above 90%..

Abstract

The development of information technology also has animpact on the economic sector, as a result of which there arecompanies in the e-commerce business and non-banking financecompanies that develop their business based on technology andthe internet. The method used in this community service activityis carried out by providing socialization and counseling toFamily Welfare Movement in RW 01 Harapan Mulya Village,Medan Satria District, Bekasi City. This community serviceactivity is carried out by referring to the Civil Code andFinancial Services Authority Regulation Number77/POJK.01/2016 concerning Information Technology-BasedMoney Lending Services. The purpose of this community serviceactivity is to provide legal education about buying and sellingactivities and the existence of Fintech financial services. FamilyWelfare Movement were introduced to the existence of standardagreements in e-commerce agreements and online loanagreements. This community service activity explains a billingsystem that is in accordance with norms and decency, protectionof consumers' personal data, and accommodates developmentsand economic relations between Fintech companies andconsumers.

Abstract

In order to seek acceleration and ease of businesslicensing for the business world, especially Micro, Small andMedium Enterprises (IUMK), the Indonesian government, in thiscase, made a breakthrough by launching an online integratedbusiness licensing scheme or Online Single Submission (OSS).This system greatly facilitates UMKM in managing businesslicensing because UMKM actors only need to access the OSSpage via website www.oss.go.id. to get an account. The accountis used to register by filling in the business actor's data. After thedata is completely filled in, the business actor will get an outputin the form of a Business Identification Number (NIB) and aMicro Small Business Permit (IUMK) in the form of softcopy.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that is often oscillated byrepeated large-scale political changes. Democracy in thisbeloved country has also experienced significant ups and downs.Not unlike the general trend in many countries, political changesand the ups and downs in the quality of democracy in this countryalso had implications for (and therefore can be observed itsmanifestations in) in the administration of elections, the maincomplaints about the quality of democracy during the New Ordergovernment, among others, were addressed in the holding ofintimidating and fraudulent elections. On the other hand, pridein the reform era has always been attributed to our nation'sability to hold free, honest and fair multi-party elections since1999. Even so, elections in Indonesia are not always easilyunderstood by the public and voters. The ever-changingregulations have greatly contributed to the confusion over ourelectoral systems and procedures. Meanwhile, completeinformation about elections in Indonesia is not always easy tofind. Election contestants can be individuals or political parties,but most importantly political parties. Political parties submitcandidates in elections to be elected by the people.

Abstract

The partner in this program is the Jakarta Class IISpecial Child Development Institute (LPKA) located at JalanRaya Gandul, Cinere, South Jakarta, which is a place forchildren who are undergoing the justice process or serving acriminal term. Prisoners in the correctional process need to payattention to their rights, and need to be given legal protection.Article 85 of the SPPA Law states that Special ChildDevelopment Institutions (LPKA) are obliged to provideeducation, training, skills, guidance and fulfilment of otherrights, in accordance with the provisions of statutory regulations.LPKA students have the same information needs, because LPKAstudents or child prisoners are part of society who will return tosociety after serving their sentence. By providing the informationthey need, it will help them to socialize it back into society,becoming better citizens for themselves and the widercommunity. To overcome these problems, it is necessary to planfun learning media that can improve the soft skills of LPKAstudents, create a pleasant learning atmosphere, therebyincreasing the quality of students' knowledge and insight. Apartfrom that, it is necessary to carry out training in developingdiverse learning resources in the form of simple learning media,so that with this training, LPKA students can continue to innovatein creating a pleasant learning atmosphere.

Abstract

The Indonesia National Police as a state tool in the field of publicsecurity and order has the duty and authority in order to maintainpublic security and order, including the holding of footballcompetitions where today there are often riots between footballsuppoter caused by excessive fanaticism that can cause securitydisturbances and casualties. To overcome fan riots, the IndonesiaNational Police has issued Indonesia National Police RegulationNumber 10 of 2022 concerning Security for the Implementationof Sports Competitions, as a guideline for members of theIndonesia National Police in carrying out security duties to runsafely, orderly and smoothly, but in fact the provisions in thePolice Regulation are not yet known and understood by membersof the National Police serving in the sector police. The targets ofthis community service activity are members of the IndonesiaNational Police who serve in Ciracas Sector Police, East JakartaMetro Police, Metro Jaya Regional Police. The implementationof community service activities consists of the preparation stage,implementation stage, evaluation stage, and reporting the resultsof the activity output. The results of this community serviceactivity, first, that the activity runs in an orderly and smoothmanner from beginning to end in accordance with the plan thathas been made by the Implementation Team, second, this activityhas increased the knowledge and understanding of members ofthe Ciracas Sector Police, East Jakarta Metro Police, Metro JayaRegional Police regarding the substance of Indonesia NationalPolice Regulation Number 10 of 2022 concerning Security for theImplementation of Sports Competitions.

Abstract

Drugs are needed for treatment and health services.However, if it is misused or used not in accordance with thestandard of treatment, especially if it is accompanied by illicitdrug trafficking, it will have very detrimental consequences forindividuals or society, especially the younger generation. Abstract

The drug problem in Indonesia is still something thatis urgent and complex. In the last decade this problem hasbecome widespread. Evidenced by the significant increase in thenumber of drug abusers or addicts, along with the increasingdisclosure of drug crime cases, the pattern of which isincreasingly diverse and the syndicate network is getting moremassive. The Indonesian people, and even the world community,in general, are currently facing a very worrying situation due tothe widespread illegal use of various types of drugs. This concernis getting sharpened due to the rampant illicit trafficking ofnarcotics which has spread to all levels of society, includingamong the younger generation. This will greatly affect the life ofthe nation and state in the future. The behavior of some teenagerswho have clearly ignored the values, norms and laws that applyin people's lives is one of the causes of the rise of drug use amongthe younger generation. In everyday life in the midst of societythere are still many teenagers who still abuse drugs.The purpose of this service activity is to increase the knowledgeof adolescents by educating them about the dangers of juveniledelinquency which will impact their future, one of the negativeeffects of which is the dangers of narcotics among adolescents.The implementation method that we do is the Communication,Information, and Education counseling method using PowerPoint media. And the results of the counseling that we did tostudents of SMK Negeri 2 Setu, Bekasi, namely being able tounderstand well and also look interactive and be able to answerquestions that our group asked about the influence of juveniledelinquency and narcotics.

Abstract

This community service aims to organize training onthe operation and processing of magnetometer data in theoffshore area of Jakarta. This training is designed to providepractical knowledge and skills to the community in usingmagnetometers and processing magnetic data to supportresearch and applications in the field of offshore geology. Thepractical field session will involve operating the magnetometerin the area off the coast of Jakarta. Participants will learn abouttool operating procedures, magnetic data collection, and dataprocessing techniques to generate useful information. They willalso learn how to interpret magnetic data and analyze subsurfacegeological structures. This training aims to empower thecommunity in the use of magnetometers and magnetic dataprocessing. With the understanding and skills acquired throughthis training, participants are expected to be able to carry outmagnetic surveys in the offshore areas of Jakarta independently.This will increase understanding of the potential naturalresources and geological conditions in the area. Apart fromproviding direct benefits to the trainees, this community servicealso has the potential to make a wider contribution. Researchresults based on magnetic data collected by participants canprovide new insights about the offshore geological structure ofJakarta and the potential contained therein. This information canbe used in making decisions related to natural resourcemanagement and disaster risk mitigation in the area.

Abstract

Drug abuse is currently a serious concern, involvingvarious groups of society such as students, students, teachers,lecturers, TNI/POLRI, DPR, and even state officials. IndonesianPresident Joko Widodo even called this situation a "DrugEmergency Status." This crime can be categorized as anextraordinary crime. Especially among students and universitystudents, drug abuse is very concerning because they are the nextgeneration of the nation. To prevent this, counseling was held tothe community at RW 08 located in Marga Mulya, North Bekasi.This service activity offers solutions in the form of seminars andeducation on drug-related concepts and rules, as well as anunderstanding of the dangers of drug abuse and early preventionefforts especially among adolescents.
