Abstract

Indonesia highly respects traditional and culturalnorms that have existed for a long time, one of which is mutualcooperation. Gotong royong is the hallmark of Indonesia and thecapital of the Indonesian people to achieve independence and aaccurate reflection of communal values which are the breath ofIndonesian society. The value of communality is seen in variouscultures and local wisdom spread throughout the archipelago, like rewang culture, PKK collections and Siskamling habits. However, the use of digital media and COVID-19 pandemic hasshifted public gatherings from physical space to virtual or digitalspace. This pattern of interaction causes a large sense ofindividuality and is prone to conflict and division. Therefore, awareness is needed to build a stable academic community andpay attention to the spirit of togetherness and mutual cooperationto rebuild the cultural values of this communality.SMA Negeri 11 East Jakarta as the partner faced with theproblem of their lack of understanding regarding the role of theacademic community, especially for high school students in thedigital world.

Abstract

The community service carried out with the themeOptimizing Efforts to Prevent Delinquency and Crime ofChildren which was carried out at SMK Bina Karya MandiriBekasi, West Java which was aimed at students who were stillteenagers aimed to provide an understanding of juveniledelinquency and criminality that may be committed by teenagers, this is related by preventing this from happening. The methodused in this counseling is by way of lectures and discussions andthen ends with a question and answer. The results obtained fromthis community service are that students and teachers are moresensitive to legal issues, especially those related to juveniledelinquency today. In addition, it is hoped that with thiscommunity service, parents, especially those with teenagechildren, will pay more attention to and supervise activities thatare considered deviant. Because adolescence is a transitionalperiod between children and adults, at this time there is alsodoubt about the role to be played. A teenager is no longer a childand also not an adult. Teenagers begin to try to act and behavelike adults, for example smoking, drinking, using drugs, andengaging in sexual acts. This action is not in accordance with thenorms or rules that apply in society.

Abstract

Reporting on campaign funds is an order regulated inLaw No. 7 of 2017. Campaign funds come from political parties, candidates for Regency/Municipal Regional People'sRepresentative Assembly members, including contributions thatare legal under the law. There is no regulation for reportingcampaign fund contributions obtained from other parties. The2014 and 2019 elections have KPU regulations governing them.Specifically for the 2024 elections, implementing regulationshave not yet been formed. In the absence of regulation, this actionis not consistent with the previous election and will give rise tothe potential for election violations. The partner of this serviceactivity is bekasi election monitoring body. Participants inservice activity were faced with the problem of whether it wasnecessary to report campaign funds contributions from otherparties and what the legal basis was. This service activity offersa solution that the KPU should still make implementingregulations regarding reporting of campaign fund donationsobtained from other parties. The argument is that the electionsconstitutional conventions for the 2014 and 2019 electionsregulate these provisions and the consequences of Article 334paragraph 2 of Law No. 7 of 2017.
