Abstract

This research basically discusses the analysis of the influence of sales, operating costs and operating profit on PT. Gudang Garam TBK. This study aims to determine the profit generated based on sales and operating costs incurred at PT. Gudang Garam TBK. Operating expenses are all costs related to operations outside the production process, including (1) selling costs and (2) general and administrative costs”. operating profit is as follows: ”Operating profit comes from transactions between revenues, expenses, gains and losses.. for 4 years starting from 2018 to 2021. The sample in this study is the income statement, namely sales, operating costs and operating profit in obtaining the author's data using data on the IDX which can be accessed through www.idx.co.id. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis method. In conclusion, Sales in 2019 amounted to Rp. 110,523,819 from 2018 the increase increased by 0.1548 to 15.5%. Operational costs in 2019 amounted to Rp. 7,993,256, from 2018 the increase increased by 0.058 to 5.58%. In 2019 operating profit From 2018 it increased by 0.351 to 35.1%. In 2020 sales of Rp. 114,477.311 from 2019 An increase of 0.0357 to 3.6%. In 2020 the operational cost is Rp. 7,581,497, from 2019 Decrease in operating costs by - 0.0515 to - 5.15%. So that the operating profit obtained in 2020 is Rp. 10,045,855 from 2019 operating profit decreased by - 0.333 to - 33.3%. In 2021, sales of Rp. 124,881,266 from 2020, an increase of 0.0908 to 9.08%. In 2021 the operational cost is Rp. 7,159.938 from 2020 decreased by 0.0556 to 5.56%. In 2021 operating profit experienced a very drastic decrease from 2020, namely a decrease of -0.2671 to -26.71%. This is due to a fairly high increase in customs duties. The population used in this study is the financial statements of PT. Gudang Garam TBK. Based on the research results, it is known that the sales and operational costs of PT. Gudang Garam TBK. in 2019-2021 will affect operating profit.

Abstract

Leadership style is the way the leader works and behaves in guiding his subordinates to do something. While work motivation is a work motivation for employees to work better and more effectively. Leadership style and work motivation will support and motivate employee performance for the better. Good employee performance will increase the productivity of the company. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Eupfin Electronics Indonesia . The sample in this study were 30 respondents. This study uses a partial test and multicollinearity test to find out how much influence the problem formulation has. From the results of the hypothesis test (t test) it shows that the leadership style variable has a Tcount value of 4,544 > 2.051 or a significant value of 0.000< 0.05. It can be concluded that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.While the work motivation variable is known to have a Tcount of 5,627>2.051 or a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. It can be concluded that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the Statistical Test (F test) show that the calculated F value of 19.258 is greater than the Ftable value of 3.35 and it is also known that the significant level is 0.000 <0.05. This proves that leadership style and work motivation simultaneously affect employee performance.

Abstract

In this modern era the development of science and technology more advanced, it encourages the rapid development of companies, so that the necessary changes - changes that must be done by the company. In this case the company has the support of human resources to promote the company, one of them is the employee, where the provision of compensation and job training is very influential on employee productivity, for that the author is interested to take the title "Analysis Influence Compensation and Job Training Employee Productivity AJB Bumiputera 1912, has a formulation of the problem of how much influence the compensation and job training on employee productivity AJB Bumiputera 1912. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and job training on employee productivity. This research uses data collection method through literature research and field research where field research is done by direct observation (observation), interview and using questionnaire (questionnaire), questionnaire tested using validity test and reliability test whether questionnaire is feasible or not used as research , the type of sample used is the sample area technique, to determine the object of research for the object of research is not too widespread where the sample used is 64 employees in the claim department. Data were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative methods using analytical tools such as classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and Goodnes of Fit test. Using SPSS Version 22. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that in the partial test (t test) through SPSS Version 22 it can be seen that the result of the sig value for the compensation variable (X1) on employee productivity shows Thitung > Ttabel 3.528 > 1,999. So the compensation effect on employee productivity. The result of testing of job training variable (X2) on employee productivity (Y) shows Thitung < Ttabel 1,854 < 1,999. So job training has no effect on employee productivity. Based on the result of thorough testing (Test f) through SPSS Version 22 seen from sig result 0.000 < 0,05. Then the independent variables of compensation and job training (independent) have a significant effect on the dependent variable of employee productivity. The overall result of data management using SPSS Version 22 can be concluded that the independent variable of compensation (X1) has positive and significant effect on employee productivity while job training variable (X2) has no positive and significant effect on employee productivity dependent variable (Y) AJB Bumiputera 1912.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain a clearer picture of the effect of product quality and price on the decision to purchase frozen food and instant noodles at PT Masuya Graha Trikencana Bekasi. The method used in this research is classical assumption test analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and goodness of fit test, using SPSS 26. To increase the level of purchase of PT Masuya Graha Trikencana Bekasi, one of the things that is done is to sell frozen food and instant noodle products which are quality and provide consistent prices. With quality products and consistent prices, it is expected to increase PT Masuya Graha Trikencana Bekasi's purchases. In analyzing the relationship between the effect of product quality and price on purchasing decisions, by knowing the strength and weakness of the relationship between the independent factor X (product quality and price) and the dependent factor Y (purchasing level), then multiple linear regression analysis is used. Based on the calculation of multiple linear regression analysis, the results obtained are Y = 1.209 + 0.489 X1 + 0.520 X2. From the results of calculating the coefficient of multiple linear regression analysis, it can be seen that it has a positive relationship, meaning that product quality and prices applied by PT Masuya Graha Trikencana Bekasi can increase purchasing decisions. From the results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination analysis shows that product quality and price have an influence on purchasing decisions of 46.3% and the remaining 53.7% is influenced by other factors. The results of the t-test hypothesis test both product quality and price have the same value: tcount > ttable, namely the product quality value is 3.461 > 2.030 and the price value is 3.000 > 2.030. It can be concluded that there is a significant influence of product quality and price variables on purchasing decisions. Based on the results of the F (simultaneous) test calculations, it was found that the Fcount value was greater than Ftable (13.813 > 3.27), so it was concluded that there was a significant influence between product quality and price on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether the placement of employees and employee training affect work productivity. The research was conducted on all employees so that this research was included in population research. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis, F test and t test, to determine simultaneously and partially the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable at the 95% confidence level (? = 0.05). The results of the research based on the F test or simultaneously, employee placement and employee training have a positive/significant influence on work productivity at the Jatimulya village office. The result of multiple linear regression analysis is Y = 9.047 + 0.583 X1 + 0.250 X2. Shows that the placement of employees has a greater influence than employee training in increasing work productivity.. We also provide suggestions and implications of the research.

Abstract

Individual characteristics and a good work environment are important factors in providing public services. Because if the service provided is not good, it will affect the level of community satisfaction. This research was conducted at the South Tambun sub-district office located on Jl. Sultan Hasanuddin No. 251, South Tambun, Bekasi Regency, West Java, with the aim of knowing the effect of individual characteristics on the level of community satisfaction, the influence of the work environment on the level of community satisfaction, and the influence of both on the level of community satisfaction in the South Tambun sub-district office. In this research, the authors conducted library and field research (observations, interviews, and questionnaires) using quantitative analysis methods and descriptive analysis using the SPSS version 26 application which included regression coefficient of determination analysis, t-test, and f-test. The results of the analysis using the multiple regression formula obtained a value of Y = -5,317 + 0,392 X1 + 0,776 X2. Thus, the coefficient of determination obtained is 0,657, which means that there is a positive relationship between individual characteristics and the work environment on community satisfaction. The results of the f-test are 0,000<0,05 and the calculated F value is 45.056>F table 3,18 so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, which means that there is an influence of X, and X simultaneously on Y so that it can be seen that individual characteristics and the work environment have significant influence on community satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze how much influence price and promotion costs have on the sales level of batik from the Bekasi Batik Community Cooperative (KOMBAS). Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, multiple linear correlation analysis, t test analysis and f test analysis. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that there is an effect of price and promotion costs on the sales level of the Bekasi batik community cooperative (KOMBAS), where the value of the regression analysis is Y = 2,071 + 8,054(X1) + 16,260(X2). That is, if there is no increase in price and promotion costs (X1 = 0 and X2 = 0) then sales will decrease by 2,071. Based on the results of calculations using the multiple linear correlation formula between the effect of price (X1) on sales (y), a result of 68% is obtained, the results show that there is an influence between price (X1) and the level of sales (y). Then based on the results of calculations using the multiple correlation coefficient formula between promotional costs (X2) and sales levels (y), the results obtained are 85%, these results show that there is a significant relationship between promotional costs (X2) and sales levels (y). Based on the results of calculations using the multiple linear correlation coefficient formula, it shows that there is a relationship between the effect of price and promotion costs on the level of batik sales at the Bekasi batik community cooperative (KOMBAS) of 85%. Then on the results of the coefficient of determination there is a result of 73%. And from the results of the hypothesis testing, it is calculated that TcountX1y = 5.3589 while TcountX2y = 13.5916 and Ttable = 2.10092 according to the above provisions, if tcount > ttable, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is a significant influence means between price and promotion costs to the level of sales. From the results of the calculation of the Fcount test 24.5333 ? Ftable 3.59 means that there is a simultaneous or simultaneous influence between the effect of price and promotion costs on the sales level of the Bekasi batik community cooperative (KOMBAS).

Abstract

At PT Vilo Gelato, it is suspected that there is a decrease in employee career development due to no promotion, while the workload is due to noise when using machines, and work performance is due to a lack of discipline. The purpose of this study was to examine how much influence career development and workload variables have on employee performance at PT. Vilo Gelato. In addition, leaders must also pay attention to their employees, by providing encouragement or motivation. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence or how much influence career development variables and workload have on employee performance at PT. Vilo Gelato. The purpose of this study is to examine how much influence career development variables and workload have on employee performance at PT. Vilo Gelato. This study used quantitative methods. Data collection techniques by giving questionnaires to respondents and interviews with related parties. The number of samples in this study was 50 respondents. The respondents are employees of PT. Vilo Gelato production parts. This sample determination uses the Solvin formula for 10% of the population of 100 employees. In proving and analyzing this, a simple linear regression test method for career development on employee work performance is used, namely Y = 13,134 + 0.660, and simple linear regression of workload to employee performance is Y = 8,815 + 0.776. So, for the multiple linear regression method, Y = 7.626 + 0.396X1 + 0.420X2. The results of data processing using SPSS version 26 found that Rsquare was 65.5%. This means that career development variables and workload can explain employee performance variables by 65.5%. The rest were influenced by other variables that were not used in the study. From the results of this study concluded that partially seen from the results of analysis on the t-count test (X1), which was 3,521 and 0.001 sig. Therefore, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that career development has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT. Vilo Gelato. Judging from the results of the t-test analysis, the count (X2) is 3,118 and the sig is 0.003. Therefore, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that the workload has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT. Vilo Gelato. simultaneously it can be proven by the calculated F test value of 44,530 and the F table of 3.20 with a sig below 0.000. In this case career development and workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Vilo Gelato.

Abstract

Jatimulya Health Center is a community health center whose performance needs to be improved. Its current performance is still not optimal. The title of this research is Analysis of the Influence of Leadership and Work Facilities on the Performance of Jatimulya Health Center Employees, Bekasi Regency. This study aims to determine whether leadership and work facilities have an influence on employee performance at the Jatimulya Health Center. Research data comes from library research, field research, data from questionnaires. The theoretical basis used is leadership theory, work facility theory and performance theory. Methods of data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination, t test and F test using the SPSS 23 application. Based on the results of the data analysis carried out (Y = 9.244 + 0.267 X1 + 0.453 X2), it is concluded that the leadership variable (X1) has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The work facility variable (X2) also has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The test results for the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.503 means that the employee performance variable is influenced by the leadership and work facilities variable by 50.3% and the remaining 49.7% is influenced by other factors that are not examined. The results of the F test show Fcount 13.467 > Ftable 3.35, leadership and work facilities together have a significant influence on employee performance.
