Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of financial planning and management in supporting the sustainability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), as well as examining the obstacles faced and the role of digital technology as an innovative solution in financial management. This study uses a descriptive approach by analyzing the practices of financial planning, cash flow management, financial record keeping, and the use of digital technology by MSMEs. The results show that structured financial planning plays a crucial role in maintaining financial stability and business sustainability. However, MSMEs still face various obstacles, such as low financial literacy, mixing personal and business finances, limited access to formal financing, and weak cash flow management. The use of digital technology has proven to have significant potential in improving the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of financial management, although its effectiveness is highly dependent on the readiness and understanding of business actors. This study concludes that strengthening financial planning supported by increased financial literacy, ongoing mentoring, and optimal use of digital technology is the main key to realizing the sustainability and competitiveness of MSMEs.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of liquidity, profitability, and capital structure on the share price of PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (GIAA) during the 2016–2024 period. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data sourced from annual financial statements and official publications of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research sample was determined through purposive sampling techniques, with multiple linear regression analysis methods to test the influence of Current Ratio (CR), Return on Equity (ROE), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on stock prices. The test results show that partially or simultaneously, CR, ROE, and DER have a positive and significant effect on the share price of PT. Garuda Indonesia. A determination coefficient value (R²) of .950 indicates that 95% of stock price variations can be explained by the variables of liquidity, profitability, and capital structure, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside the research model. These findings confirm that fundamental financial performance has an important role in determining the valuation of a company's shares in the capital market. Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (GIAA) selama periode 2016–2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data sekunder yang bersumber dari laporan keuangan tahunan dan publikasi resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel penelitian ditentukan melalui teknik purposive sampling, dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda untuk menguji pengaruh Current Ratio (CR), Return on Equity (ROE), dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) terhadap harga saham. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial maupun simultan, CR, ROE, dan DER berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham PT. Garuda Indonesia. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar .950 mengindikasikan bahwa 95% variasi harga saham dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel likuiditas, profitabilitas, dan struktur modal, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kinerja keuangan fundamental memiliki peran penting dalam menentukan valuasi saham perusahaan di pasar modal. Abstract

Abstract This study analyzes employee performance in CV. Asanka Wijaya, a cosmetics company, uses a SWOT analysis. The goal is to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that affect employee performance and formulate the right performance improvement strategy. A descriptive qualitative method with a single case study design was used, involving all 28 CV employees. Asanka Wijaya as a census sample. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using a qualitative descriptive approach supported by quantitative data through SWOT Analysis, including IFAS and EFAS matrices. The results of the analysis show that the company's internal conditions are in the strong category (IFAS score 3.20), and the external environment offers greater opportunities than threats (EFAS score 3.20). The SWOT quadrant position position places CV. Asanka Wijaya in Quadrant I, indicates dominant internal strength and great external opportunities. Therefore, an aggressive strategy is recommended, focusing on optimizing employee performance, competence, and loyalty to expand the market and increase competitiveness, while also addressing existing internal weaknesses. This research is expected to provide strategic recommendations to optimize the potential of human resources in CV. Asanka Wijaya. Keywords: Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats, SWOT Analysis Abstrak Penelitian ini menganalisis kinerja karyawan di CV. Asanka Wijaya, sebuah perusahaan kosmetik, menggunakan analisis SWOT. Tujuannya adalah mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman yang memengaruhi kinerja karyawan serta merumuskan strategi peningkatan kinerja yang tepat. Metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan desain studi kasus tunggal digunakan, melibatkan seluruh 28 karyawan CV. Asanka Wijaya sebagai sampel sensus. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif yang didukung data kuantitatif melalui Analisis SWOT, termasuk matriks IFAS dan EFAS. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kondisi internal perusahaan berada pada kategori kuat (skor IFAS 3,20), dan lingkungan eksternal menawarkan peluang lebih besar daripada ancaman (skor EFAS 3,20). Penentuan posisi kuadran SWOT menempatkan CV. Asanka Wijaya pada Kuadran I, mengindikasikan kekuatan internal dominan dan peluang eksternal yang besar. Oleh karena itu, strategi agresif direkomendasikan, dengan fokus pada pengoptimalan kinerja, kompetensi, dan loyalitas karyawan untuk memperluas pasar serta meningkatkan daya saing, sambil juga mengatasi kelemahan internal yang ada. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan rekomendasi strategis untuk mengoptimalkan potensi sumber daya manusia di CV. Asanka Wijaya. Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim of this study is to evaluate and assess the influence of product quality, price, and digital marketing on Aice sales volume at the Soreang Branch, Bandung Regency. The study uses a quantitative technique, including descriptive and verification methodologies. Primary Data was acquired by delivering questionnaires to 100 participants who were Aice consumers at the Soreang Branch, using purposive sampling. The data were examined with the Partial Least Square–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method to test the validity, reliability, a causal link between variables. The test findings revealed that product quality, pricing, and digital marketing all had a favorable and significant impact on sales volume. In addition, simultaneous testing findings showed that product quality, price, and digital marketing together have a substantial effect on the sales volume of Aice Soreang Branch. These data show that enhancing product quality and establishing competitive prices in line with consumer value perceptions, and optimizing effective and integrated digital marketing strategies play an important role in increasing sales volume. This study provides empirical contributions to the development of marketing management studies, particularly in the context of the food and beverage industry, and offers practical implications for companies in formulating data-driven marketing strategies to improve sales performance sustainably. ABSTRAK Pengkajian ditujukan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, dan digital marketing terhadap volume penjualan Aice pada Cabang Soreang, Kabupaten Bandung. Studi ini memanfaatkan pendekatan kuantitatif yang menggunakan teknik deskriptif dan verifikatif. Data utama diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 konsumen Aice Cabang Soreang, dengan metode pengambilan sampel purposive. Data dianalisis dengan metode ini Partial Least Square–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) untuk menguji validitas, reliabilitas, serta hubungan kausal antarvariabel. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan kualitas produk berpengaruh progresif terhadap volume penjualan, harga berpengaruh progresif terhadap volume penjualan, serta digital marketing berpengaruh progresif terhadap volume penjualan. Selain itu, hasil pengujian keseluruhan menunjukkan kualitas produk, harga, dan digital marketing secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap volume penjualan Aice Cabang Soreang. Temuan ini mengindikasikan peningkatan mutu produk, penetapan harga yang kompetitif dan sesuai dengan persepsi nilai konsumen, serta optimalisasi strategi digital marketing yang efektif dan terintegrasi berperan penting dalam meningkatkan volume penjualan. Kajian ini memberikan kontribusi empiris pada pengembangan kajian manajemen pemasaran, khususnya konteks industri makanan dan minuman, serta memberikan manfaat praktis bagi bisnis dalam mengembangkan strategi pemasaran berbasis data untuk meningkatkan penjualan secara konsisten. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational fairness, work discipline, and work motivation on employee job satisfaction at PT Multi Jasa Consultant Bandung. Using a quantitative approach with descriptive and verifiable methods, data was collected from respondents through questionnaires. The results of the partial testing showed that organizational fairness and work discipline had a positive and significant impact on improving job satisfaction. In contrast, work motivation was found to have no significant effect on job satisfaction in this research model. Simultaneously, the three independent variables were proven to affect job satisfaction with a significance value of 0.0025. A determination coefficient value (R2) of 0.418 indicates that 41.8% of the variation in job satisfaction can be explained by these three variables, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study. Keywords: Organizational Fairness, Work Discipline, Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keadilan organisasi, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT Multi Jasa Consultant Bandung. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif, data dikumpulkan dari responden melalui kuesioner. Hasil pengujian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa keadilan organisasi dan disiplin kerja memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja. Sebaliknya, motivasi kerja ditemukan tidak memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dalam model penelitian ini. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel independen tersebut terbukti memengaruhi kepuasan kerja dengan nilai signifikansi 0,0025. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,418 mengindikasikan bahwa sebesar 41,8% variasi kepuasan kerja dapat dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel tersebut, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar lingkup kajian ini.
