Abstract

This study aimsto explore culinary business strategy planning in Pasir Pangaraianby identifying consumer preferences that influence business decisions. The research method used was in-depth interviewswith 30 culinary business owners, which produced rich and relevant qualitative data. The findings show that understanding customer needsthrough continuous market research is very important inbusiness strategy planning. Factors such as product quality, competitive prices,and the atmosphere of the business premises have been proven to have a significant effect oncustomer satisfaction and loyalty. Additionally, menu innovation that respondsto trends and customer feedback, as well as staff training in customer service,are effective strategies for attracting and retaining customers.The implications of this research suggest that culinary business owners in PasirPangaraian focus on improving product quality and customer experiencethrough various innovative efforts. Thus, adaptive business strategiesthat are responsive to market dynamics can strengthen the competitiveness andsustainability of the culinary business in the region. This research providespractical insights for business actors in formulating the right strategies toface challenges in the culinary industry.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh jiwa kewirausahaan dan risiko bisnis terhadap keputusan berinovasi pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kota Pekanbaru. Inovasi menjadi faktor kunci dalam mempertahankan daya saing UMKM di tengah perubahan lingkungan bisnis yang cepat dan penuh ketidakpastian. Pendekatan penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif asosiatif, dengan sampel sebanyak 150 UMKM yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 27. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model regresi yang dihasilkan layak digunakan dengan nilai F = 96,589 dan Sig. = 0,000, yang berarti jiwa kewirausahaan dan risiko bisnis secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan berinovasi. Secara parsial, jiwa kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan berinovasi dengan nilai t = 5,767 dan Sig. = 0,000, sedangkan risiko bisnis juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan nilai t = 8,682 dan Sig. = 0,000. Nilai R Square sebesar 0,568 menunjukkan bahwa 56,8% variasi keputusan berinovasi dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel independen tersebut. Dengan demikian, semakin tinggi jiwa kewirausahaan dan kemampuan mengelola risiko bisnis, semakin besar pula kecenderungan pelaku UMKM untuk mengambil keputusan inovatif. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan karakter kewirausahaan dan kemampuan manajemen risiko sebagai strategi utama mendorong inovasi berkelanjutan di sektor UMKM.

Abstract

Waqf land must have a clear legal status through the waqf land certification process to avoid potential disputes. In fact, in Bukit Raya District, there are still many waqf lands that have not been certified. The objectives of this study are first, how is the implementation of waqf land registration for uncertified land in Bukit Raya District. Second, what are the obstacles in registering waqf land for uncertified land in Bukit Raya District. Third, how are the efforts to overcome obstacles in registering waqf land for uncertified land. This type of research is classified as a sociological research type. This study uses data sources in the form of primary data and secondary data, and data collection techniques are carried out by interviews and literature reviews. The results of this study indicate that the Implementation of Waqf Land Registration for Uncertified Land in Bukit Raya District has been in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency Number 2 of 2017, Obstacles in registering waqf land for uncertified land are the lack of public understanding and limited resources at the KUA Bukit Raya District and the Pekanbaru City Land Office. Efforts to overcome obstacles in registering waqf land are to increase socialization to the community, appoint a PIC, and improve the quality of resources at the KUA Bukit Raya District and the Pekanbaru City Land Office. Abstract

This study was motivated by the increasing interest of the millennial generation in gold investment, but the low level of Islamic financial literacy and the absence of in-depth empirical studies in Pekanbaru City. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Islamic financial literacy, income, risk perception, and financial behavior on investment decisions for Antam precious metal gold in the millennial generation. This study uses the Theory of Planned Behavior, Decision Theory, and Prospect Theory as theoretical foundations. The method used is a quantitative approach with a survey technique by distributing questionnaires to 100 millennial generation respondents in Pekanbaru City. Data analysis was carried out using validity, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 30. The results of the study showed that partially, income and financial behavior had a positive and significant effect on gold investment decisions, while Islamic financial literacy and risk perception did not have a significant effect. Simultaneously, the four independent variables had a significant effect on investment decisions. These findings indicate that healthy financial behavior and sufficient income levels are dominant factors in driving gold investment decisions. This study provides recommendations for financial institutions and providers of sharia gold products to be more active in educating sharia financial literacy, as well as developing marketing strategies that are adaptive to the preferences of the millennial generation. For academics, this study is expected to be a reference in developing studies on sharia investment and the financial behavior of the younger generation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the right marketing strategy so as to increase sales and win the retail business competition. This research was conducted at the Skechers Shop Ciputra Mall Pekanbaru which is located on Riau Street No.58 1st Floor, Kampung Baru, Senapelan District, Pekanbaru City which was conducted for two months from May to June 2024. The data source of this research is from the leadership and employees, especially the marketing department, while the data analysis technique is SWOT analysis. The results showed that the company's strength map is located in quadrant I, based on the Average Total Weighted Value (TNB). TNB strength variable 1.30, weakness variable 0.79, opportunity variable 1.35 and threat variable 0.84. The company's strength position map is located in quadrant I. The strategy used by Strenghts Opportunities (SO) shows a very favorable situation for the company that must be applied is to support an aggressive growth policy (growth oriented strategy) showing the number of opportunities that must be taken as much as possible with the strengths the company has

Abstract

The digital economic transformation is driving university graduates to possess competitive edge as adaptive and innovative entrepreneurs. This study aims to examine the role of digital financial technology (Fintech) in empowering university graduates in Indonesia to become resilient entrepreneurs in the digital era. Based on literature analysis and empirical data, it was found that graduates require techno-financial, entrepreneurial, and socio-business competencies to compete and thrive in the Fintech ecosystem. Fintech has been proven to strengthen entrepreneurship through democratizing access to capital, enhancing techno-financial literacy, adaptive market and product validation, strengthening business collaboration and networking, and promoting inclusive entrepreneurship. Although Indonesia has a large digital market potential, including a projected e-commerce market value of USD 130 billion, challenges in digital literacy and complex regulations remain major barriers. Abstract

This research was carried out with the aim of promotion, quality and product availability having a simultaneous and partial effect on Sari Roti customer satisfaction at Indomaret in Bangkinang. Sampling in this research was using the Lemeshow formula, which is used to calculate the number of samples because the population is unlimited, the research sample is 96 respondents. The data collection method used was distributing questionnaires. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The research results concluded that partially Product Quality and Availability had a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, while Promotion had no significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. The Adjusted R Square value is 0.848. This means that the contribution of the Promotion, Quality and Product Availability variables to the Customer Satisfaction variable is 84.8%

Abstract

Secara empiris pengaruh modal fisik, modal finansial, dan leverage terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2014–2016. Kinerja keuangan diukur menggunakan indikator Return on Equity (ROE). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Sampel terdiri dari 87 perusahaan yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linear berganda yang didahului oleh pengujian asumsi klasik untuk memastikan validitas model. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa modal fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ROE dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,130 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Modal finansial juga menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan koefisien sebesar 0,304 dan signifikansi 0,001. Sebaliknya, leverage tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROE, dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar –0,071 dan signifikansi 0,446. Uji simultan menghasilkan nilai F sebesar 10,845 dengan signifikansi 0,000, yang mengindikasikan bahwa ketiga variabel independen secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,283 menunjukkan bahwa 28,3% variabilitas ROE dapat dijelaskan oleh model, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya pengelolaan modal fisik dan finansial yang efektif dalam meningkatkan profitabilitas perusahaan, serta perlunya manajemen kehati-hatian dalam penggunaan leverage sebagai bagian dari struktur pembiayaan. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of incentives on the performance of promoter employees at PT. Sharp Electronics Pekanbaru Branch. Method: The research employs a quantitative approach with descriptive methods and simple linear regression analysis. The sample consists of 44 promoter employees selected through saturated sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using validity, reliability, normality tests, and hypothesis testing (t-test and coefficient of determination). Results: The results indicate that incentives have a significant effect on employee performance, with the regression equation Y = 3.768 + 0.633X. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.727 shows that 72.7% of the variation in employee performance is influenced by incentives, while the remaining percentage is attributed to other factors. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of occupational safety and health on the productivity of employees of PT. ABC. To achieve these objectives, research was conducted using a sample of 63 people, using the census method. The method of data analysis uses simple linear regression. Then it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that occupational health and safety has a significant effect on the productivity of employees of PT. ABC. Based on the calculation results to see how much the percentage of independent variables contributed to the dependent variablethen the percentage of contribution or contribution of independent variables to the dependent variable. The recommendation that can be submitted is that it is expected that occupational health and safety for employees must be tightened again as prohibited from making irregularities on dangerous goods, so employees maintain health and safety at work
