<![CDATA[The world of aviation is currently experiencing quite rapid development with many requests for passengers to travel for leisure and business purposes. With this demand, Lion Air will increase its aviation market share strategy. This researcher aims. 1) To find out how to implement Lion Air's marketing strategy in increasing the aviation market share at Sultan Hasanuddin Makassar International Airport. 2) To find out what obstacles Lion Air is facing in increasing its market share at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport. 3) To find out how the solution will be carried out by Lion Air in increasing the market share of domestic flights at Sultan Hasanuddin Makassar International Airport. This researcher uses a mixed method (mix method) with descriptive techniques. The instruments used to collect research data were the researchers themselves, observations, interviews, documentation to answer the research questions. Researchers conducted data analysis using qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the method of implementing Lion Air's marketing strategy in increasing the share of the aviation market provides information that there is Lion Air as a private airline that provides low-cost flight services while still prioritizing the best service and prioritizing safety. The obstacles faced in implementing this MPR strategy are HR who must be able to understand developments in IT technology, as well as HR who must be able to process research data that has been carried out in the field to observe the market. The solution that will be carried out is to choose human resources who are very competent in that field. Providing training, especially in the field of IT which is a means of communicating and providing information to the public.]]>

<![CDATA[The low ability of students to read the Koran fluently and accurately, in the subjects of the Koran and Hadith. One of the causes of low reading ability is the lack of variety of methods used in learning. The purpose of this study is to use the drill method to overcome difficulties in reading the Koran in learning the Koran and hadith at MDA Miftahul Huda Cilamaya Wetan Karawang. This research uses descriptive qualitative research, and the type of research used is library research, which collects data or scientific papers related to research objects or data collection that is of a literary nature or study carried out to solve a problem that is basically based on a critical and in-depth study of the relevant library materials. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study found that by utilizing the drill method students could overcome difficulties in reading the Koran in learning the Koran and hadith at MDA Miftahul Huda Cilamaya Wetan Karawang, this can be seen from the planning and implementation of learning the Koran and hadith well planned and implemented, and seen from the assessment that most students using the drill method can overcome difficulties in reading the Koran.]]>

<![CDATA[As the times progress, more and more means of transportation are needed to meet the needs of humans. Mobility in traffic becomes an obstacle in dealing with vital error problems in traffic accidents. Indeed, such things cannot be denied in traffic, in intentional or even unintentional arrangements. Road traffic violations are actions or actions that are contrary to the provisions of traffic laws and regulations. In the Criminal Code (KUHP) criminal acts are divided into crimes (misdrijven) and violations (overtredingen). Cases of negligence that result in the death of other people are urgent matters to be discussed in a legal perspective, therefore the purpose of this paper is to find out the application of Article 359 of the Criminal Code so that people who commit criminal acts because their negligence causes people to die can be punished. In this study using normative legal research methods, which examines the law which is conceptualized as a norm or rule that applies in society and becomes a role model for everyone's behavior. The conclusion is that mistakes in criminal law are very important because a person cannot be convicted if he has no mistakes. And someone can be said to be guilty if he commits a crime, in a state of being able to take responsibility for what he has done intentionally or by negligence and there is no excuse for forgiveness.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of family ownership and institutional ownership on agency costs in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research was conducted at manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 2018-2022 which had complete data (family ownership, institutional ownership and SGA) of 9 companies with 45 years of observation. This research used a descriptive approach quantitative and non-parametric statistical tests with the Spearman approach. Data processing using SPSS software version 16.0. The results show that family ownership and institutional ownership are not significant to agency costs. Family Ownership has a very weak correlation to agency costs. Meanwhile, family ownership has a very high correlation with agency costs. Family ownership has a negative relationship direction. Meanwhile, institutional ownership has a positive relationship direction. With reference to the results of this study, companies need to increase the activities of institutional investors in carrying out supervision in carrying out collective actions so that agency costs can be reduced because low agency costs are very important for companies to attract investors and are considered to provide satisfactory feedback. for investors.]]>

<![CDATA[Leadership style is a way to improve work discipline towards follower performance more than just transactional. With this leadership, officers can feel admiration, trust, and respect for the leader to do more than what is expected. Therefore, the work discipline factor must be considered by a company, because performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by an officer in the achievement of carrying out tasks according to the responsibilities given to him. The purpose of this study (1) To determine the effect of leadership style on the performance of Avsec officers, (2) To determine the effect of work discipline on the performance of Avsec officers, (3) To determine the effect of leadership style and work discipline on the performance of Avsec officers at Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Airport in Bima. This research was conducted in August and September 2022 using quantitative methods with saturated sampling techniques on 43 respondents of Avsec unit officers at Muhammad Salahuddin Bima Airport. Analysis using multiple linear regression tests, t tests, f tests, coefficient of determination (R2) tests. The results showed that (1) Leadership style has no significant effect on the performance of Avsec officers, (2) Work discipline has a significant effect on the performance of Avsec officers, (3) Leadership style and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Avsec officers at Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Airport Bima. In this case, the variable of leadership style and work discipline on officers is 70.8% and the remaining 29.2% is influenced by variables outside the variable model in this study.]]>

<![CDATA[Vaginal discharge is still one of the main burdens of disease in developing countries and a classic problem for women. Many women in Indonesia do not know about vaginal discharge so they consider vaginal discharge as common and trivial. Based on BKKBN data, 45% of adolescent girls aged 15-24 years in Yogyakarta have experienced vaginal discharge (Shadine in Masyaroh, 2021). Adequate knowledge about vaginal discharge is very important so that they know how to deal with vaginal discharge. This study aims to determine the description of knowledge about vaginal discharge and Personal Hygiene attitudes in adolescent girls at SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Yogyakarta. This type of research is quantitative with descriptive design. The population of this study were adolescent girls at SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Yogyakarta, grades VII and VIII. The sample amounted to 116 people, the sampling technique in the study using accidental sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire. Data analysis using univariate. The results showed the level of knowledge of adolescent girls about vaginal discharge with a good category of 84 people (72.4%), enough 26 people (22.4%), less 6 people (5.2%), and. Personal hygiene attitudes with good categories 21 people (18.1%) enough 93 people (80.2%), and less 2 people (1.7%), so it can be concluded that the picture of knowledge about vaginal discharge is dominated by good categories. While the attitude of adolescent girls about personal hygiene is dominated by enough.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to formulate blended learning lecture activities based on lecturer assessments and student assessments of the Economics Education Study Program, FKIP, University of Riau. The background of this research is the use of blended learning models that will be used in lecture activities. This study uses a type of quantitative research. This research was conducted at the Economics Education Study Program, FKIP, University of Riau. The size of the population is 92 respondents, with a sample of 19 lecturers and 73 students of the Economics Education Study Program, FKIP, University of Riau. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results of the study show that face-to-face lecture activities and structured assignment lecture activities are effectively formulated into blended learning while independent learning lecture activities cannot be formulated into blended learning, because the results of lecturer and student assessments show differences in assessment of independent learning lecture activities.]]>

<![CDATA[Policewomen are not only on duty in the general section, but some are part of the special forces in the Police Mobile Brigade Unit. In this study, researchers will focus more on discussing the Women's Mobile Brigade in Pekanbaru City by taking the subject of female members of the Riau Police Mobile Brigade Unit. The purpose and objective of this research is to find out how the profile of the Mobile Brigade of the Mobile Brigade of the Riau Police Mobile Brigade Unit in the context of action theory uses a descriptive qualitative method. The location of the research was carried out at the Mobile Brigade Headquarters of the Riau Police. There were 4 people who became informants in this study according to predetermined criteria (purposive sampling). Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The conclusion from this research is that the Polwan of the Riau Brimobda Unit are divided into different work units, so they have different goals according to their respective divisions. Polwan Brimob as the perpetrators of the action has many ways to achieve its goals. The first way is that they have to take the Polwan test, undergo initial non-commissioned officer education, then take part in Bina Tradition activities. Officially becoming Brimob, the policewomen have other ways that are adjusted to their position in the Riau Mobile Brigade Work Unit. There is special treatment for Polwan Brimob because they face conditions that come from their biology, namely as a woman. Within the Riau Police Mobile Brigade Unit, where the majority are male, Polwan Brimob continue to position themselves as women in speech and behavior. Polwan can adapt to the environment of the Riau Mobile Brigade Unit, this creates a different work experience for every woman who works as a Mobile Brigade special force.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the role of INPEX Masela in the study of children's education in Tanimbar Islands Regency (KKT) in Higher Education. KKT students, what are the views of the parents of KKT students in receiving the Inpex Masela scholarship. The technique used in this research is snowball sampling. The results of the interviews showed that the INPEX Masela company, which collaborated with Pattimura University, held a scholarship program and had it handed over to students from KKT at Unpatti College. INPEX Masela is a multinational company engaged in the upstream oil and gas (oil and gas) industry. The assistance program is in two categories, namely the Tuition Fee Scholarship and Thesis Preparation Assistance Scholarship. The role and function of INPEX Masela is very important in providing educational assistance (scholarships), but seen from the operation of this program, the average KKT student did not experience the INPEX Masela scholarship assistance. Parents' point of view regarding the problem above is how INPEX is able to realize assistance by prioritizing children in KKT areas.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to study; (1) What are the roles of AMC officers inhandling the movement of cargo aircraft on apron Bandar Udara Tjilik Riwut Palangkaraya? ; (2) What are the obstacles faced and solutions for AMC officers in handling the movement of cargo aircraft on apron Bandar Udara Tjilik Riwut Palangkaraya? . The research method used is a qualitative method with an interview and observation approach. The results showed that; (1) The role of AMC officers inhandling the movement of cargo aircraft on apron Bandar Udara Tjilik Riwut Palangkaraya as  follows: (a) Regulate the movement and placement of aircraft so as not to collide with other aircraft.  (b) Regulate the movement and placement of aircraft so that they do not collide or be obstructed by obstacles in the apron and its surroundings.   (c) Regulate the placement of aircraft on the parking stand based on the type and size of the aircraft.  (d) Regulate the entry and exit of aircraft from the apron (parking stand) to the manoeuvring area or vice versa. In this case, coordination must be carried out with the Aerodrome Control Tower unit in advance. (e) Ensure the safety and smooth movement of vehicles and the regularity of other activities on the apron. (2) Obstacles faced by AMC officers in handling the movement of cargo aircraft on the apron of Tjilik Riwut Airport Palangkaraya include; (a) Lack of personnel or human resources, (b) Lack of Quality and Quantity of CCTV compared to the apron area, (c) Does not have a remote area for all types of aircraft, (d) Parking stand Constraints for unscheduled flights, (e) Lack of Communication in AMC Officer Shift Changes. Solutions to the obstacles faced by AMC officers in handling the movement of cargo aircraft on apron Bandar Udara Tjilik Riwut Palangkaraya, including; (a) Addition of personnel or human resources, (b) Improvement of Quality and Quantity of CCTV in proportion to the area of ap ron, (c) Determination of remote areas for all types of aircraft, (d) Increase Officer Readiness in facing unscheduled flights, (e) Improve coordination and communication of AMC units.]]>
