Abstract

The role of the teacher is that of a professional educator with the main task of educating, teaching, guiding, directing, training, assessing and evaluating students in early childhood education in formal channels, basic education, and secondary education. Discipline in children can include teaching, guidance or encouragement carried out teacher to his son. Applying discipline to children aims to make children study well and children achieve optimal growth and development. The research used is using qualitative methods on the grounds that this qualitative research is able to capture the symptoms that accompany a problem in detail and as it is. Qualitative research is a research aimed at describing and analyzing phenomena, events, social activities, and attitudes of people individually the principles and explanations that lead to conclusions. The teacher guides children during habituation in activities. The teacher gives guidance to children who do not take part in the line, the teacher demands the children to line up with their friends and tidy up the children in the line, after that the teacher gives praise to the children who have joined the line in the school yard. the teacher as a trainer in developing discipline, namely the teacher practices through daily learning activities. the role of the teacher in developing the discipline of children aged 4-5 years in Kindergarten Kasih Bunda Baros is that by developing the character of discipline seen from the teacher's role as a guide and coach towards children can instill positive disciplinary character values that will stick in the future until the child is an adult.

Abstract

The coordination function of Terminal Inspection Service (TIS) officers is determined by officers within the organization who have the same goals. Terminal Inspection Service (TIS) officers work with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) provided by PT Angkasa Pura II, with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) officers coordinate with other officers so as to achieve optimal work goals. The performance of Terminal Inspection Service officers in a facility maintenance, supervision is very influential on customer satisfaction at the airport. The good condition of the airport terminal will get its own assessment by passengers, the good condition of the airport terminal is of course caused by the coordination of Terminal Inspection Service (TIS) officers. This study used a qualitative research method design, in which data collection was carried out through interviews, observation, documentation, and literature studies in the work area of the Terminal Inspection Service (TIS) officer at Sultan Thaha Syarifuddin Airport, Jambi. This research was conducted to determine the coordination function of the Terminal Inspection Service (TIS) at PT Angkasa Pura II Sultan Thaha Syarifuddin Airport, Jambi. The results of this study are the coordination function of Terminal Inspection Service (TIS) officers, coordination of officers according to SOP, officers resolving obstacles that occur at the airport terminal swiftly and precisely. Terminal Inspection Service (TIS) officers coordinate well between colleagues and superiors in overcoming all existing problems in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Abstract

Apron Movement Control (AMC) is an airport personnel who has a license and rating to carry out the duties of being in charge of flight operations, monitoring vehicle traffic, aircraft movement, cleanliness in the airside area, passenger supervision and recording of flight data on the apron. The AMC Unit carries out supervision with the aim of creating work order and safety as well as creating a sense of discipline for airport service users, including discipline for ground handling personnel and GSE officers. The purpose of this research is to find out how the AMC unit supervises Ground Support Equipment (GSE) personnel and to find out what efforts are made by AMC officers in disciplining GSE personnel when they commit violations. This research is a descriptive qualitative research using primary and secondary data. Primary data includes results of observations during research and results of interviews with AMC officers, while secondary data includes Apron Movement Control (AMC) Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) documents. The results of this research can be concluded that the supervision and role of the AMC unit in disciplining GSE officers has been carried out properly and with strict actions in accordance with applicable procedures. This can be proven that almost all work procedures and indicators of work guidelines for the AMC unit have been implemented properly. The AMC unit also gives direct warnings and directions to ground handling officers and GSE officers when they commit a violation. AMC personnel apply sanctions in the form of freezing their driver's license (TIM) or cutting airport passes in the event of a major violation.

Abstract

Classroom management is a picture carried out by the person in charge of teaching and learning activities who share with the aim of achieving idealistic conditions so that good and correct teaching and learning activities are carried out. This research method uses qualitative methods with in-depth interview methods. The results of the study showed that the combined classroom management approach, namely the teaching approach and the socio-emotional approach, has been effective in classroom management in PAI class 7 SMPN 1 Cikarang Utara. Judging from the arrangement of the classroom, anticipating class conditions, setting rules in the classroom, the teacher ensures that students remain focused, serious but relaxed, enthusiastic in learning activities. And the obstacles faced are the activeness of students when in class, the diverse understanding of students in receiving the material presented and students in collecting assignments given by the teacher. Then the solution to these obstacles is that the teacher must know each student's understanding ability in receiving material, always evaluate student learning outcomes, give assignments by adjusting students' understanding abilities, the teacher must be more interactive in class so that students can also be active in class, but those obstacles it must be enjoyed and we accept it with an open heart and we as teachers must know how to overcome these problems.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to Form Character Through Buying and Selling Economic Activities in Grade 4 Elementary School Students at Jali Gayamharjo Public Elementary School, Prambanan, Sleman Yogyakarta Academic Year 2022/2023. The conclusion shows that buying and selling activities can strengthen the character of grade 4 students at SD Negeri Jali, Prambanan, Sleman, Yogyakarta for the 2022/2023 academic year.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the effectiveness of visual learning media on economic learning outcomes across interests of class X students at SMAN 1 Kampar Kiri. The method used in this study is a correlational method with a quantitative approach. The sample used in the study was 73 people. The data collection method used in this study used questionnaires and tests, test instruments to determine learning outcomes and questionnaires to determine student responses to the use of visual power point media. The analytical techniques used were descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests and simple linear regression. The research results obtained showed that the effectiveness of visual learning media had a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes with the regression equation Y = 4,272 + 0.813 (X)X1 + e and contributed 48% and the rest was influenced by other factors not examined.

Abstract

This study aims (1) to find out the implementation of character education, the obstacles to the implementation process and the solutions to the process of implementing character education through Pancasila education subjects at SDN Taman Rahayu 04 Setu. This type of research is descriptive qualitative at SDN Taman Rahayu 04 Setu with school heads and homeroom teachers as well as grade VI students at SDN Taman Rahayu 04 Setu. The research focus is on the character of discipline, courtesy, hard work, responsibility and honesty in class VI at SDN Taman Rahayu 04 Setu. The data sources used are primary data sources in the form of interview results and secondary data sources in the form of documents. Data collection techniques used are interview techniques, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that (1) the implementation of character education through Pancasila education subjects at SDN Taman Rahayu 04 Setu is carried out by the teacher through three stages, namely the planning, implementation and assessment stages (2) as for the inhibiting factors experienced by the teacher in implementing character education, namely: , lack of student awareness in: complying with regulations, student motivation to learn and student awareness of duties and responsibilities (3) efforts made by teachers to overcome these obstacles, namely by setting an example for time discipline and obeying rules, paying equal attention to all students and give punishment to students who break the rules.

Abstract

We developed a Web Application-based Ordering and Sales System within the campus environment to facilitate the ordering and sales process. Our goal is to provide convenience to admins, users and customers with guaranteed access rights. The food menu list is clearly displayed to make it easier for users to place orders online. Customers can easily order food online without having to come to the location, and transactions can be made anytime and anywhere. Our Web Application development uses programming languages such as CSS, HTML, and PHP. Direct surveys were also conducted for research development. Our hope is to provide a better experience for users, admins and customers and keep customer data secure. The development of a Web Application-based Ordering and Sales System aims to provide convenience and comfort to admins, users and customers in making the process of ordering food online and ensuring data security from users.

Abstract

Juanda International Airport in Surabaya is the largest airport in East Java serving domestic and international flights. How is the performance of Apron Movement Control (AMC) officers in supervising vehicle traffic in order to achieve 3S + 1C at Juanda International Airport What are the efforts of Apron Movement Control (AMC) officers in supervising vehicle traffic in order to achieve 3S + 1C at Juanda International Airport The performance of Apron Movement Control (AMC) officers to supervise vehicle traffic in order to achieve 3S + 1C at Juanda International Airport. The performance of Apron Movement Control (AMC) officers in supervising vehicle traffic in order to achieve 3S + 1C at Juanda International Airport. This research was conducted using qualitative methods. by collecting primary data, secondary. The primary data in this study used interviews, observation, and data collection in the form of pictures or documentation during the activity. for secondary data in the form of data documentation of vehicle traffic control activities. After being collected, data processing was carried out using triangulation techniques. The results of this study are that Apron Movement Control Officers must carry out strict and optimal supervision of vehicle traffic by conducting Apron Patrols, Random Checks and periodic inspections of Officers, Operators, vehicles and facilities. As well as carrying out work in accordance with SOPs and other applicable rules so that operations run smoothly in accordance with regulations and perform optimal service and be responsive to conditions or potential that may occur.

Abstract

Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is a progressive and irreversible global public health problem that causes functional/structural abnormalities of the kidneys for 3 months. Hemodialysis is a kidney replacement therapy that can cause physical and psychological stress that will affect the quality of life. Aims to determine the relationship between HLC and self-management in CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis at Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau Province. This study uses a correlational description design with a cross-sectional study approach. The results of the analysis using the Pearson test found that there was a relationship between internal HLC and partnership, problem-solving, and emotional management, but no relationship was found with self-care in CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis. There is no relationship between chance HLC and powerful others HLC with self-management indicators, namely partnership, problem-solving, self-care, and emotional management of CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis.
