Abstract

The large number of types of shallot seeds makes it difficult for farmers to choose quality seeds that are in accordance with land conditions, which causes crop yields to be less than optimal. The purpose of the research is to create an application that can help farmers select optimally superior seeds according to agricultural land conditions. The research uses a type of quantitative research based on data obtained at the Anggeraja Agricultural Extension Agency, which will be carried out for three months in 2024 using web technology and the SAW method. The research produced a WEB based application that can determine superior seeds and evaluate the quality of seedlings based on factors such as land height, harvest age, soil pH, tuber size, moisture content, disease resistance, and variety purity. The results of the test show that this application is able to identify the seeds that have the best characteristics.

Abstract

This research focuses on energy-saving solutions through IoT-based smart homes. Telegram-based multi-point control system is designed to optimize the use of electronic devices. The purpose of this research is to design and develop a Telegram-based on/off multi-point control system on automatic lights to optimize the use of electronic devices, improve energy efficiency, and adapt to technological developments and modern lifestyle needs. The method used in this study is qualitative based on RND, which aims to develop and test new or improved products with a focus on numerical measurements. The test results were analyzed to assess the performance of the system in responding to commands at various distances and conditions, both with and without obstacles.

Abstract

Currently PDAM 3-phase water pump voltage monitoring is still manual, handling problems such as damage, loss of phase voltage, is difficult to detect quickly. However, this research aims to make it easier and save time in monitoring the voltage and current on the panel, especially when the voltage on one of the phases does not match the specified parameters. This research uses an experimental method, by testing the function of a series of tools using ESP32, PZEM 004T Sensor, I2C LCD Module, SSR Module, Buzzer, and the Telegram Bot application as data receivers. The research results show that this tool can identify problems that occur on the panel. The results of the measurement data for voltage readings on measuring instruments and sensors show an error rate in the R phase = 0.34%, S phase = 0.32%, T phase = 0.52% and comparison results in the current phase R = 6.7%, S phase = 2.3% T phase=3.56%. The sensors used to read voltage and current have a low error rate and are good to use.

Abstract

Technology in vehicle helmets has developed rapidly to improve safety, comfort, and the driving experience for users. Development research using the Research and Development method. The system designed uses an ESP32, voice recognition module, servo motor, and lithium-ion battery. The aim of this research is to design a helmet visor opening and closing system using a microcontroller-based voice recognition module. The results of testing several human voices were not detected, of the 5 (five) people who carried out commands, only 3 (three) people received a response from the module. Noise levels also affect the module's ability to receive commands. Testing the entire system shows that the system created can run well and as designed.

Abstract

This research aims to design a microcontroller-based multisensor fire warning system. The main objective of this microcontroller-based fire warning system is to increase the speed and accuracy of early fire detection. Using quantitative research methods based on research and deployment by testing the function of a series of tools as expected and referring to previous literature studies that have been collected. The test results are analyzed to see the accuracy and speed of the sensor responding when there is a fire and providing a warning via speaker.

Abstract

The lack of understanding of the farming community in making quality and affordable organic fertilizer is a problem among the community. The aim of the research is to create an application to provide the public with an understanding of the procedures for making and using organic fertilizer. The research method used was experimental, conducted through a literature study. Located on Lia'e Jl. Lappa Anging in Parepare City, research time was three months. A tool that helps in analyzing and designing applications using the Kotlin programming language with Android Studio tools. The resulting application, called AgrismartApp, has several menus that show two main menus, namely: a catalog menu containing text on tips for making organic fertilizer, tools and materials, and the use of organic fertilizer; and a video menu containing procedures for making eleven types of organic fertilizer

Abstract

In line with the rapid advancement of technology, mobile devices like smartphones have become an inseparable part of daily life. This potential can be optimally utilized as an educational medium, especially for early childhood. This research aims to design and implement an Android-based educational application that focuses on guiding children in the prayer (shalat) ritual. The research methods used include a literature review, data collection through observation, system design, and application implementation. The application is designed with an appealing, interactive, and child-friendly interface. The main features provided include a complete prayer guide. The test results show that the application runs well on the Android operating system and is suitable for use as a learning medium. With this application, it is hoped that children's interest in learning prayer will increase, allowing them to perform it correctly from an early age.

Abstract

Pond farmers in Pinrang district generally provide feed that is still traditional, such as when to give it and the amount of feed, so that each harvest yields less than optimal results. This research was designed to create a vaname shrimp feed guide application to make it easier for farmers to obtain information on ideal feed. This research uses quantitative methods with Android Studio as a text editor and Java as a programming language. Research shows that the application makes it easier for pond farmers to get information and guidance on shrimp cultivation. The results showed that on the 10th day the first pond had an average body weight of 1.65 grams using 104 kg of feed, the second pond had an average body weight of 1.55 grams using 62 kg of feed with an average increase of 0.1 gram every day

Abstract

In the digital era, the use of mobile applications is increasing, so it is important to understand user satisfaction and dissatisfaction with the applications used. One of the popularmobile games in Indonesia is eFootball 2026, which has a lot of reviews from players on the Google Play Store. The large number of reviews allows sentiment analysis to be carried out to find out user opinions on the quality of the application. This study aims to analyze the sentiment of eFootball application user reviews using the Multinomial Naive Bayes method and Support Vector Machine. Review data is processed through the stages of text preprocessing, feature extraction using TF-IDF, and class imbalance handling with SMOTE. Model evaluation was carried out using accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score metrics. The results showed that the Multinomial Naive Bayes method produced an accuracy of 76.72%, while the Support Vector Machine obtained an accuracy 74.92%, with relatively balanced precision, recall, and F1-score values. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the Multinomial Naive Bayes method has a better performance in analyzing the sentiment of eFootball app reviews on the Google Play Store and can be used as a basis for evaluation for future app development.

Abstract

Obstacles in efficient data documentation and limited interaction between guidance and counseling teachers and students are the main obstacles in providing guidance and counseling services in schools. This research focuses on the design and implementation of a website-based guidance and counseling application at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Kotabumi to optimize data management and consultation services. The development of this system applies the (RAD) method, which prioritizes speed and flexibility through the stages of planning, iterative development (design, development, testing, and user review), and deployment. The system architecture is modeled using Unified Modeling Language (UML), including use case diagrams and activity diagrams that detail the operational flow from the login process to systematically accessing guidance reports. This application was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results of the study indicate that this centralized platform successfully integrates counseling history, achievement data, and student violations in real-time. Based on Black Box testing, all navigation functions and application features are declared to run well without technical problems. The implementation of this system is expected to improve the effectiveness of guidance and counseling services, facilitate monitoring of student behavior, and ensure the security of counseling data at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Kotabumi.
