Abstract

Obat merupakan komponen penting dari pelayanan kesehatan yang merupakan kebutuhan masyarakat. Masih kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat akan obat dan pengelolaannya terutama bagi anggota keluarga, maka diperlukan suatu usaha edukasi serta peningkatan kualitas pengelolaan obat di rumah tangga  melalui program pelatihan dan pendampingan oleh apoteker. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengetahuan dan sikap masyarakat dalam mengelola obat di rumah tangga serta meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan obat oleh masyarakat di rumah tangga. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuasi eksperimental.  Penelitian  dilakukan di Dusun Sidasari Wetan, Desa Kubangkangkung, Kawunganten, Cilacap. Workshop pengelolaan obat di rumah tangga oleh apoteker dilakukan kepada 33 orang peserta.  Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuisioner dan observasi lapangan melalui kunjungan (home visit). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap masyarakat dalam mengelola obat di rumah tangga sebesar masing-masing 10% dan 7 %. Kegiatan workshop dan pendampingan oleh apoteker dapat memberikan manfaat dan perubahan perilaku dalam pengelolaan obat di rumah tangga bagi masyarakat.

Abstract

Drugs are an important component of health services that are the needs of the community. There is still a lack ofcommunity knowledge of medicines and management especially for family members, hence an educational effort as well asimprovement of quality of drug management in family through training program and mentoring by pharmacist. Thiscommunity service activity aims to determine the knowledge and attitude of the community in managing drugs in the familyand improve the quality of drug management by the community in the family. The activity was conducted in SidasariWetanKubangkangkung Village Kawunganten Cilacap. The workshop on drug management in family was conducted by pharmaciststo the 33 participants. Data collection was done by using questionnaire and observation through home visit. The result of theactivity shows that the increase of knowledge and attitude of the society in managing drugs in the familywere 10% and 7%,respectively. Workshop activities and mentoring by pharmacists can provide benefits and behavioral changes in family drugsmanagement.

Abstract

Kewirausahaan adalah suatu proses membelai bisnis baru, mengorganisasikan sumberdaya-sumberdaya seperti; sumberdaya manusia (tenga kerja), sumberdaya alam (bahan baku) yang diperlukan untuk kegiatan pemberian nilai tambah ekonomis yang akan menghasilkan produk, baik barang maupun jasa dengan mempertimbangkan risiko yang terkait. Secara sederhana digital marketing adalah terminologi yang mencoba mendeskripsikan jasa pemasaran terintegrasi yang digunakan untuk menarik perhatian, serta pelibatan konsumen secara online. Tujuan dari program pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah mengembangkan program sebelumnya dimana belum ada penyampaian ilmu tentang strategi kewirausahaan dan pemasaran dengan teknik digital marketing agar masyarakat dapat berwirausaha dan memasarkan produk teh binahong ke masyarakat luas. Sasaran utama program PKM ini adalah warga Kelurahan Lengkongsari Kecamatan Tawang Kota Tasikmalaya yang mendapat bantuan Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) yang merupakan masyarakat tidak produktif secara ekonomis. Metode yang digunakan meliputi ceramah, praktik langsung, dan diskusi. Hasil kegiatan memyimpulkan bahwa: 1) Pengetahuan peserta tentang strategi kewirausahaan dan digital marketing meningkat; 2) Masyarakat dapat membuat dan mengemas teh binahong; dan 3) Kegiatan ini telah memberi manfaat bagi masyarakat Sidorejo, khususnya ibu-ibu PKK dengan meningkatnya keinginan peserta menjual produk the binahong pada salah satu akun digital marketing.

Abstract

As UD. Logam Utama’s business grow, trigger the need of fast and accurate information in order to improve performance, efficiency, control and company’s values. The company needs a system that can integrate each functional area. ERP has centralized database and able to be configured, according to company’s business processes.First phase of application development is analysis and design the company’s business processes. The design phase produce a number of models that will be used to created application.The final result of application development is an ERP application that can be configured with the company’s business process. The ERP application consist of warehouse or production module, purchasing module, sales module, and accounting module.

Abstract

Abstrak: Secara umum permasalahan yang dihadapi saat pandemi Covid 19 yaitu  masyarakat memerlukan sebuah peluang usaha yang dapat memberikan manfaat materi. Pemulihkan perekonomian masa pandemi covid-19 di desa  dapat dilakukan oleh kader PKK dengan membuka peluang usaha keripik kaca. Pembuatan keripik kaca bertujuan  untuk memberikan pengetahuan  pembuatan keripik kaca kepada kader PKK Desa Tulusrejo  Kecamatan Butuh kabupaten Purworejo. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan dengan  3 tahapan yaitu : pra pelaksaan pelatihan, pelaksaan  pelatihan, dan evaluasi dan monitoring pelatihan pembuatan keripik kaca. Hasil  praktik pembuatan keripik kaca  yaitu prakegiatan pelatihan pembuatan kripik kaca dilakukan survei  tentang pelatihan yang dibutuhkan.  Pelatihan yang dipilih adalah pembutan kripik kaca. Pelaksanaan  pelatihan pembuatan keripik kaca dilakukan  pengarahan terlebih dahulu tentang  alat, bahan dan cara pembuatan. Setelah pengenalan, maka dilanjutkan dengan praktik membuat kripik kaca. Monitoring  dan evaluasi menunjukkan  sebagian besar peserta sudah mengetahui cara pembuatan keripik kaca yaitu 88,89%,  namun sebagian kecil yaitu 44%,  yang telah mempraktikannya.  Bahan pembuatan keripik kaca mudah didapatkan yaitu sebesar 100%. Pembuatan keripik kaca juga mudah dilakukan yaitu sebesar 100%. Kesimpula bahwa pembuatan keripik kaca berjalan lancar dan sukses. Peserta sangat antusias selama kegiatan dilaksanakan. Saran  adalah pembuatan keripik kaca tetap  dipraktikkan dan diusahakan secara komersil.  Abstract: In general, the problem faced during the Covid 19 pandemic was that people need a business opportunity that can provide material benefits. Economic recovery during the COVID-19 pandemic in the village can be done by PKK cadres by opening up glass chip business opportunities. The manufacture of glass chips aims to provide knowledge on making glass chips for PKK cadres, Tulusrejo Village, Need District, Purworejo Regency. The method used was training with 3 stages: pre-implementation of training, implementation of training, and evaluation and monitoring of training in making glass chips. The results of the practice of making glass chips, namely the pre-activity of training on making glass chips, a survey was carried out about what was needed. The chosen training was glass chip making. The implementation of training on making glass chips was carried out first about the tools, materials, and manufacturing methods. After the introduction, it was continued with the practice of making glass chips. Monitoring and evaluation showed that most of the participants already knew how to make glass chips, namely 88.89%, but a small proportion, namely 44%, had practiced it. The material for making glass chips was easy to obtain, which was 100%. Making glass chips was also easy to do, which was 100%. The conclusion was that the manufacture of glass chips was running smoothly and successfully. Participants were very enthusiastic during the activity. Suggestions  were that the manufacture of glass chips was still practiced and commercialized.

Abstract

This study aims to understand and analyze the school's strategy in increasing institutional profitability through strengthening Quality Service at SMA Nurul Jadid Paiton, Probolinggo. This research uses a qualitative case study approach. The results show that SMA Nurul Jadid seeks to increase school profitability by continuously strengthening Quality Service through five things: Crost-Interest Curriculum, namely cross-interest subjects that exist in each specialization; Performance, namely prioritizing the appearance of all components of the institution; Improving the quality of human resources, namely forming good and religious characters for all students and teachers; Excellent Service, namely excellent service for all school components; Infrastructure, namely as the effectiveness of student learning. This study implies the importance of institutions strengthening Quality Service to impact the profitability of institutions.

Abstract

SMK NU Purworejo is a vocational school with an Islamic background under the auspices of the Nahdlatul Ulama organization. Over the past few years, the school has experienced ups and downs in the number of new students. This study examines the marketing strategy of education at SMK NU Bener Purworejo. This research aimed to find out the marketing strategies and results of the SMK NU Bener Purworejo in recruiting new students. This research used a qualitative descriptive design. Research results showed that marketing strategies and results carried out by SMK NU Bener varied greatly, including visiting community leaders, advertising media through distributing brochures and installation of 'banners' at strategic locations, school sports competitions, word of mouth, and socializing with junior high school (MTs/SMP). However, the marketing results are still far from expectations. Therefore the school is necessary to rebrand educational marketing strategies relevant to the current era to achieve the expected targets and combine offline and online marketing strategies that align with the digital era.

Abstract

AbstrakPenerapan Algoritma Decision Tree (C4.5) dan Eksperimen proses klasifikasi dilakukan menggunakan data nilai mahasiswa program studi S1 Universitas Dian Nuswantoro dengan 120.232 dataset menggunakan metode klasifikasi dengan Algoritma Decision Tree menghasilkan 99,99 % dan menghasilkan 7 klasifikasi  dengan rekomendasi ntuk pelatihan dan uji sertifikasi di Lembaga sertifikasi profesi UDINUS pada  5 klasifikasi yaitu klasifikasi  pred C sejumlah 2.355 data, pred BC sejumlah 4.633, pred B sejumlah 38.420 , pred AB sejumlah  33.414  dan pred A  sejumlah 37.230 dan 2  klasifikasi  yang tidak direkomendasikan yaitu klasifikasi pred D 1.440 dan pred E sejumlah 2.784 yang memberikan penyesuaian kurikulum pendidikan di Universitas Dian Nuswantoro dengan lembaga Sertifikasi dan Kebutuhan pekerjan. Kata Kunci: Sertifikasi, klasifikasi, mahasiswa, Tree Algorithm, rekomendasi

Abstract

Schools have their own strategies as a center for implementing strategic management to compete. It has become a demand that must be carried out to improve and increase the quality of education. This research aims to explore how schools can improve the quality of education through effective management strategies. The method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach, where data is collected through observation, interviews, and documentation to get a comprehensive picture of the strategies implemented by the school. The research results show that the quality of education is not only determined by schools as educational resource teaching institutions but is also adjusted to the expectations and views of society, which continue to develop. Quality is an important part of institutional strategy and must be approached systematically using a strategic planning process to defend schools from increasingly fierce competition. In conclusion, school quality in education must meet the needs, hopes, and desires of all stakeholders, with the main focus on students through the leadership of the school principal, the quality of the school itself, learning programs, teaching staff, and students. The target of the principal in the current era as a learning leader is to create school policies that are more focused on student-centered learning services.
