Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises using internet media for online marketing to gain satisfactory market share. Currently, the Internet is very easily accessed by everyone around the world, including UMKM’s businessmen using the Internet as giving and sharing the information for customers about their products offered online. This paper aims to determine how the Effect of Online Marketing Strategy to increase the profit income of SMEs. Respondents in this research are the Owners / Marketing Managers / staff of SMEs in Sumba Barat Daya. The results of this study seeks to answer the hypothesis. H1 is accepted whereas Ho is rejected, stating that online marketing strategy is a positive influence on increasing the Profit Income of SMEs. Keyword: online marketing, strategy, profit, internet, SMEs.

Abstract

This research examines the implementation of leadership in improving teacher performance at Alfonsus Weetebula Catholic High School. The main focus of the research is to understand how the leadership style applied by school principals can influence teacher motivation, professionalism and work effectiveness. This research uses a quantitative method with a case study approach, where data is collected through in-depth interviews, observation and analysis of related documents. The research results show that transformational and participative leadership have a significant impact on improving teacher performance. School principals who are able to provide a clear vision, emotional support, as well as recognition and appreciation for teacher achievements, can create a more positive and productive work environment. In addition, training and continuous professional development were also found to be important factors in supporting improved teacher performance. This research concludes that the implementation of effective leadership in high schools is the main key in improving the quality of education through improving teacher performance.

Abstract

This reseach aims to determine the effect of financial compensation on the performance of savings and loan cooperative employees. The population studied was 32 employees who worked in the coopertive.The data collection technique used is by distributing questionnaires to all cooperative employees. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that financia compensation influences the performance of savings and loan cooperative employees.

Abstract

Robot Sortir Buah Apel merupakan inovasi teknologi dalam pengolahan dan pemilihan buah apel secara efisien. Penelitian ini mengusulkan penggunaan mikrokontroller Arduino dan sensor warna TCS3200 untuk mengidentifikasi dan memisahkan buah apel berdasarkan perbedaan warna. Sistem ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dalam proses menyortir buah apel di tingkat produksi. Sensor warna TCS3200 digunakan untuk mengukur intensitas cahaya pada berbagai panjang gelombang, memungkinkan mengidentifikasi perbedaan warna pada permukaan buah apel. Mikrokontroler Arduino bertindak sebagai otak sistem, menerima data sensor dan mengambil keputusan untuk memisahkan buah berdasarkan kriteria warna yang telah ditentukan. Metode pengembangan sistem ini memastikan melibatkan sensor kalibrasi untuk akurasi pengukuran warna. Selanjutnya, program kontrol mikrokontroler disusun untuk mengelola data sensor dan mengatur aksi mekanis dalam proses sortir. Sistem ini dapat diintegrasikan ke dalam saluran produksi buah apel secara otomatis, mengurangi keterlibatan manusia dan meningkatkan efisiensi waktu. Penelitian ini menghasilkan prototipe Robot Sortir Buah Apel yang mampu mengidentifikasi dan memisahkan buah apel berdasarkan perbedaan warna dengan tingkat akurasi yang tinggi. Implementasi teknologi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan kualitas dalam industri pertanian.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how data communication uses tree topology in studying network and telecommunications systems. Computer networks have a very important role in communication and data sharing needs in this modern era. Communication network also means the connection of two or more separate computer systems, through this communication media the general public can communicate with each other using various resources. Data communication is the process of sending information between two points using binary code by passing through transmission channels and also switching or network equipment on computers between other computers, computers and terminals or other equipment. Communication occurs when there is a source and a goal. The data sent is information in the form of bits (0 and 1). Data are facts or parts of facts that contain meaning, which are connected to reality, symbols.

Abstract

The provision of drinking water for the community must meet quality standards that include physical, chemical and bacteriological aspects. The use of chlorine gas as a disinfectant can affect the quality of drinking water in an installation. One method to reduce bacteria in the water treatment process is to use disinfectants, among which chlorine is often used. The use of chlorine as a disinfectant in water treatment plays an important role in eliminating bacteria in water. This research aims to evaluate the quality of water treated by PDAM Surya Sembada, with the hope of providing an understanding to the public about the impact of residual chlorine on distributed water

Abstract

Sidenreng Rappang Regency - South Sulawesi is one of the largest contributors of laying chicken commodities and is distributed to various regions. This research aims to determine the characteristics and choice of transportation modes. This research uses a descriptive quantitative method based on surveys and interviews with 170 respondents using AHP analysis. The results of the research show that the characteristics of the transportation used are pick-up trucks (2 tons), single-wheel trucks (5 tons), 2-axle trucks (8 tons). The dominant departure time during the day is 12.00-14.00 WITA, at night 22.00-00.00 WITA, while the arrival time at the distribution point during the day is predominantly 14.00-16.00 WITA, and at night 00.00-02.00 WITA. The dominant spread is to Makassar City, while outside the province, namely West Sulawesi Province. The choice of efficient transportation mode used in the process of distributing laying hens is the Pick Up mode with a priority weight percentage of 0.61%.

Abstract

This research was conducted at an andesite mining industry company in Ponorogo district. This research is based on the mining industry in Indonesia which is very developed and also produces a large impact. The aim of this research is that we can find out the impacts produced by the andesite mining industry. This research uses qualitative methods so that it can be seen before the forest is mined and after the forest is mined. This research produces impact analysis data produced by the andesite mining industry, namely a decrease in air quality, water quality, soil quality and increased noise due to mobilization and mining equipment.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the performance of TCP and UDP protocols using Cisco Packet Tracer in a ring network topology. This simulation examines parameters such as latency, throughput, and packet loss for both protocols, and compares their effectiveness in different network scenarios. Simulation results show significant performance differences between TCP and UDP in a ring topology, with TCP showing higher reliability while UDP offers higher speed.

Abstract

Biopellets can be used as a heat generator in private homes and small businesses. Biopellets are made by compressing and molding with adhesive. Based on this composition, it shows that coconut fiber has the potential to be used as biopellet charcoal fuel. However, the calorific value of coconut fiber is still relatively low. The way to increase the calorific value of coconut fiber is through the pyrolysis process. The advantage is also that it reduces the water content of the product, making it less likely to absorb moisture from the air. One use of charcoal produced from the pyrolysis process of coconut fiber as household or industrial fuel is as biopellets. The method used in this research is an experimental method on the effect of variations in the temperature of the pyrolysis process made from coconut fiber in making biopellets to determine the effect of variations in pyrolysis temperature, namely 300°C, 350°C and 400°C on the calorific value, the effect of variations on fixed carbon, and burning rate of coconut fiber biopellets which can be used as an alternative energy source.
