Abstract

In today's business landscape, profit pursuit is closely tied to customer satisfaction. This is especially true in the restaurant industry, where contented customers lead to loyalty, revisits, and enhanced revenue. Selaras Restaurant in Bandung, Indonesia aims to attract Generation Z (ages 13-28) as loyal patrons. Initial interviews with Generation Z patrons revealed that dissatisfaction with the outdated restaurant interior discouraged their return. This gap between Selaras' desired ambiance and Generation Z's preferences, known as Servicescape, impacts revisit intentions. This study employs a quantitative approach using questionnaires to assess Selaras' Gen Z customers. Results show that the physical aspect of Servicescape, like Signs/Symbols/Artifacts, positively influences customer satisfaction and, consequently, revisit intentions. Customer satisfaction also partially mediates the relationship between signs/symbols/artifacts and revisit intentions. These insights should help Selaras Restaurant improve their Servicescape strategy. Future research should consider more factors and samples to better understand restaurant revisit intentions.

Abstract

Work discipline is an intuitive individual initiative following all the rules determined by the organization and various applicable social norms. Work discipline can be seen from the level of attendance, work procedures, commitment to superiors, work awareness and responsibility. Supervision is the act of monitoring the activities of an intuitive organization to ensure that every work proceeds in accordance with the plans that have been set. The expert's objective in carrying out this research is the intuitive knowledge of the influence of discipline and motivation on the performance of employees of PT RnR A INDONESIA Beikasi City, both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this research is quantitative research method with data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination. Data processing in this research uses SPSS (Statistics Package for Social Sciences) software. The population size in this research is 100 people and the sample size is 103 people. The sampling technique in this research uses random sampling technique using Ruimuis Slovin. The results of this research indicate that work discipline has a significant impact on work effectiveness. Partially, work supervision also has a significant impact on work effectiveness. Simultaneously, discipline and motivation have a significant impact on employee performance.

Abstract

Tupkies is a small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) operating in the food and beverages industry, specifically as a cookies shop. The company aims to expand its business from an existing online store to establish a physical retail outlet. To raise the necessary capital for this expansion, Tupkies has prepared an investment proposal targeted at potential investors. The proposal includes financial projections with the ultimate focus on Return on Investment (ROI) to attract investors to participate in the Tupkies project. This paper's objective is to re-evaluate Tupkies from the author's perspective as an investor, assessing whether it presents a worthwhile investment opportunity or not. The analysis process encompasses several stages, commencing with an overview of the company and its investment proposal. Subsequently, financial projections are scrutinized, followed by a comprehensive feasibility analysis, business assessment, and concluding with a risk assessment conducted through scenario analysis. Through this examination, the paper seeks to determine Tupkies' true potential and ascertain its attractiveness as an investment prospect from the author's point of view. By applying rigorous financial tools and analysis, this study provides insights into Tupkies' viability and risk exposure, ultimately guiding the author's decision on whether to invest in the Tupkies project or explore other investment opportunities.

Abstract

This research explores which elements of guerrilla marketing that affect advertisement likability among Generation Z consumers in Jabodetabek and Bandung. Despite the growing interest in guerrilla marketing strategies worldwide, there is limited academic research focused specifically on its elements among Generation Z, particularly within the Jabodetabek and Bandung context. This qualitative study aimed to fill this research gap, investigating the role of guerrilla marketing elements in shaping advertisement likability within this demographic group. A triangulated approach was employed for data collection and validation, involving 20 semi-structured, exploratory interviews conducted via Zoom with Generation Z individuals, a comprehensive literature review, and a focus group discussion. Visual elicitation was used during the interviews, utilizing real-world examples of successful guerrilla marketing campaigns to provoke discussion and capture rich, nuanced data. The findings revealed a positive correlation between guerrilla marketing elements and advertisement likability among Jabodetabek and Bandung Generation Z consumers. The results showed a preference for ads that are creative, unexpected, emotionally engaging, aesthetic, and relevant. This research thus provides valuable insights for marketers especially SMEs aiming to connect with Generation Z consumers in Jabodetabek and Bandung. It demonstrates the potential of guerrilla marketing strategies in increasing ad likability and suggests that understanding these tactics could be integral to successfully reaching this influential demographic group. Further research is recommended to validate these findings in other cultural contexts and across different consumer groups.

Abstract

Tengkes menjadi salah satu tantangan global. Kondisi tengkes pada anak memiliki korelasi positif terhadap terganggunya perkembangan otak, menyebabkan rendahnya keterampilan kognitif dan sosio-emosional. Pada jangka panjang, kondisi ini bahkan dapat memengaruhi pendapatan di masa mendatang. Menggunakan Root Cause Analysis (RCA), peneliti mengidentifikasi perihal tengkes, termasuk menjelaskan perihal yang terjadi, mengidentifikasi faktor penyebab, mengidentifikasi akar penyebab, merancang dan menentukan rencana perbaikan, dan mengukur hasil evaluasi perbaikan. Berdasarkan proses yang terjadi diketahui sejumlah faktor penyebab tengkes. Sebagai upaya perbaikan atas kondisi yang terjadi, sejak tahun 2023, PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (PGN) bersama para pihak di tingkat pemerintahan dan masyarakat menginisiasi collaborative governance melalui program penanganan tengkes. Komitmen pelaksanaan program bersama ini muncul karena kesadaran para pihak akan sumber daya yang dimiliki masing-masing. Beragam aktivitas diinisiasi dalam “Rembug Stunting”. Meski dampaknya belum dapat dirasakan saat ini, diharapkan program tersebut dapat menghasilkan nilai positif.

Abstract

The Indent Home Ownership Financing (PPR Indent) is a financing product for the development of unfinished houses provided by Islamic banks to housing developers and financing customers. Due to the lack of research that can assist housing developers in creating optimal portfolios and housing development projects to facilitate the approval of Indent Home Ownership Financing (PPR Indent) financing, this study aims to identify the factors influencing Indonesian Islamic banks in approving such financing and how these factors affect the decision-making process. The study employed an Exploratory-Descriptive Qualitative (EDQ) approach, using interview methods with one Islamic Commercial Bank (BUS) and one Islamic Business Unit (UUS) through purposive sampling, with data analysis conducted using Interpretative Data Analysis. The research findings reveal that Islamic banks in Indonesia approve PPR Indent financing by considering the probability of Non-Performing Financing (NPF) risks, thus implementing Prudential Banking Principles. This is done through the analysis of the 5C (Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, and Condition of Economic) of financing customers and the ability, experience, and willingness of housing developers to bear moral hazard through buyback agreements. Each Islamic bank in Indonesia has different prioritization processes and decision-making processes for these factors.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are: 1) To determine the influence of Muslim Fashion Trends and Social Media simultaneously on female students' consumer behavior. 2) To determine the partial influence of Muslim Fashion Trends on the Consumer Behavior of Female Students. 3) To determine the influence of Social Media on Female Students' Consumptive Behavior. This research uses Quantitative Research methods. The population in this study were all female students at Merdeka Pasuruan University who wore the hijab. The number of samples in this study was 53 respondents. The data collection technique uses the observation method through distributing questionnaires and processing using SPSS. The analysis technique used uses descriptive statistical analysis. The research results show that: 1) Muslim Fashion Trends and Social Media simultaneously have a significant influence on female students' consumer behavior by 47% and the remaining 53% is influenced by other variables. 2) Muslim Fashion Trends partially have a significant influence on Female Students' Consumptive Behavior. 3) Social Media partially has a significant effect on the consumer behavior of female students.

Abstract

Keputusan tentang penentuan pasar sasaran merupakan keputusan slrategi bisnis yang paling menentukan. Strategi penetapan pasar sasaran adalah tentang bagaimana bersaing dalam setiap pasar yang diminati dimulai dengan analisis strategi penetapan pasar sasaran dan bagaimana pasar sasaran dipilih. Banyak perusahaan yang memanfaatkan pasar sasaran. Pemasaran sasaran diharuskan melakukan langkah utama yaitu mengindentifikasi dan memilah – milah kelompok pembeli ( segmentasi pasar) dan analisis target konsumen.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengelolaan sarana dan prasaraa kantor pada LKPP Jakarta yang meliputi siklus pengelolaan, penjadawalan dan upaya dalam mencegah kerusakan sarana prasarana. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Subjek Penelitian ini yaitu Kepala Biro Hubungan Masyarakat dan Umum dan Karyawan Pengelola BMN pada kantor LKPP Jakarta. Pengumpulan data data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, data display, dan menarik kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengelolaan sarsana dan prasarana dilakukan perencanaan untuk jangka waktu dua tahun kedepan, pengadaan terjadi dari adanya proses perencanaan, Ditribusi sarana dan prasarana terjadi dengan penyerahan berita acara, Pemeliharaan sarana dan prasarana bersifat incidental dan rutin. Inventarisasi sebagai bentuk data arsip sarana dan prasana. Penghapusan Sarana dan Prasarana dilakukan untuk kondisi barang yang sudah tidak layak pakai. Pengelolaan dilakukan untuk memberikan dampak yang optimal terhadap pekerjaan karyawan.

Abstract

Analisis pengaruh Kerjasama tim dan lingkungan kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan UMKM di Kota Baubau. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Kerjasama tim dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 178 Karyawan UMKM di Kota Baubau. Teknik sampel adalah sensus sampling dan data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa (1) Kerjasama tim secara langsung berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas karyawan UMKM di Kota Baubau, (2) lingkungan kerja secara langsung berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas karyawan UMKM di Kota Baubau. (3) kerjasama tim dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas karyawan UMKM di Kota Baubau sebesar 23,1% dan sisanya 76,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.
