Abstract

Mendaulat hokum sebagai salah satu instrument recovery perekonomian satu negara adalah sesuatu yang niscaya. Pengalaman dibeberapa negara barat, Afrika, Amerika Latin maupun di kawasan Asia membuktikan bahwa pendayagunaan hokum secara valid dan efektif mempunyai kontribusi positif bagi pembangunan ekonomi. Di Indonesia sendiri, kendali memiliki sistem hukum dengan karakter modern dan berbagai produk legislasi yang sengaja disiapkan untuk mengatisipasi praktek ekonomi yang inefesien dan unfair, sejauh ini masih dipertanyakan validitas peran dan kontribusinya bagi recovery perekonomian nasional yang terbatak dihantam badai krisis justru hukum dan apparatus serta kaum prefesional hukum saat ini tengah bermasalah. Tulisan berikut mencoba mencari celah-celah ruang alternative bagi pembenahan hokum sekaligus memfungsikan sebagai instrumen recovery ekomoni di Indonesia

Abstract

Hasan Bashri is a pioneer or, a little further, a figure of change between common and sufic ascetic. Besides, he was still in the pattern of common 'zuhud', that is only motivated by al-khauf wa al-raja', the fear (anxiety) of Allah's anger through His tortures and overcome by the hope of God's favor and heavenly reward.

Abstract

An increasing number of population is related to the increasing number of need of food. It is actually followed by farmland being residence. The demand of food production also adds, on the contrary, the facility does not support it. Once, pest and plant disease, environmental flaw, and pollution might obscure. Thus as proof, biotechnology can assist the food production progress and others above the former product rate through an assembly technology of GMOs and GMMs. This technology is dependant on potency of biological varieties that are source of various genes. Abstract

Culture as a unique characteristic of a nation has capital function in creating sustainability of economic development. In the culture, capital function can be seen from two aspects; as an instrument and constituent. Furthermore, culture contains physical (tangible) and non-physical (intangible) aspects that are useful in building nation's competitive and advantageous competence, as well as a source of national income.

Diskursus mengenai pencabutan Tap MPRS No.XXV/1996 harus diikuti dengan membuka cakrawala generasi muda terhadap berbagai ideologi yang ada, sehingga mereka dapat melakukan pemahaman tentang ideologi tersebut tidak dengan cara sembunyi-sembunyi termasuk memahami apa sebenarnya Marxisme, Leninisme, dan Komunisme, sehingga tidak terjadi kesalahan pemahaman atau pemahaman yang terpotong, oleh karena itu perlu perhatian serius dari pemerintah dalam menggagas pencabutan Tap MPRS tersebut.

Abstract

In general, press has four functions, namely education, information, social control, and entertainment. In Indonesia knowing the history of women's press is rather difficult because we are lack of the data. In early of 20 th century there were some women megazines namely, poetri Hindia, soenting Melayu, doenia isteri, poetri merdeka etc. Those women megazines, however, seem that they not given much meaningfulness to the women yet.

Abstract

Suharyadi, the general secretary of the Consultative Board of Private Universities, said that the quality of education would be better if teachers' and lecturers' welfare were improved. The statement seems logical. In Practice, however, is not so simple as that. Because there are many factors in the practice of teaching and learning process which affect the lecturers to achieve the instructional goals such as the background of lecturers, the background fo students, and the condition of campus as a place to transfer knowledge and technology.

Abstract

Ther is a special Interdependence between man and technology as the product of his mind and engineering. The Hardest mind's survival and  struggle, the Excellent technology he produces. In other words, the education is the base of scientific and technoligical products of his long life struggle. Science and technology, therefore, should be grown up from estabilished education. the best curriculum, methodology and other educational framework, however, cannot be applied without the main principle: ethic.
