Abstract

This study aims to determine the use of powerpoint-based spingame media for the even semester of the 2022/2023 academic year. The urgency of the background of this research is the lack of student learning materials in creating appropriate, practical, and effective learning. The aspect observed in the development of this media is the use of powerpoint-based spingame media in science learning material energy sources to increase student interest in learning for class V SDN Asemrowo II Surabaya. This type of research uses the ADDIE model development method with the steps of analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation. The research subjects were students of V-A SDN Asemrowo II Surabaya. Data collection techniques in this study in the form of tests, questionnaires, interviews. Data were obtained and analyzed from learning outcomes test sheets, questionnaire sheets, and interviews. The results showed that the development of powerpoint-based spingame media could increase students' interest in learning as evidenced by the percentage of material experts by 97.5%, media experts by 92.5%, student responses with a percentage of 91.62%, and the results of the interviews were categorized as very good. Furthermore, the post-test showed an increase in student interest in learning compared to the pre-test by 60%.

Abstract

Natural Sciences (IPA) is the result of human activities in the form of organized ideas and concepts, about the natural surroundings obtained from experience through scientific processes. In learning science, students must be active so that what is learned becomes meaningful. In the initial observation of science lessons at SDN Sukamaju 3, it was found that learning outcomes did not meet the predetermined KKM standard, namely 65, students who finished studying <30%, and student activities were less than optimal because the learning process was boring. This research is a classroom action research that aims to determine the improvement of science learning outcomes at SDN Sukamaju using the inquiry learning method. The subject of this research is the third-grade student number 23, this research is conducted in three cycles in each cycle an objective test is held. In the results of the research cycle I the percentage of student activity results is 69.56% and the average grade is 63.91, then in the second cycle the percentage of student activity is 78.26%, and the average value increases to 64.13, and in the third cycle the percentage student activity is 95.65%, and the average values reach 77.17. Based on the results of this study, it can be said that the application of the inquiry learning model in science lessons on the subject of changing objects can improve the learning outcomes of third-grade students at SDN Sukamaju 3, Tapos District, Depok City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an influence of the family environment on the learning achievement of grade IV A students at SD Inpres Mangga Dua Merauke. This type of research is quantitative research. Respondents taken were 36 students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The questionnaire was used to obtain data on family environment variables and documentation was used to obtain data on student achievement. The data analysis technique used correlation test, hypothesis test (t test), and determination test. Correlation test to determine the relationship of the family environment to student achievement. Hypothesis test (t test) to determine whether there is an influence of the family environment on student achievement. Determination test to determine the influence of the family environment on student achievement. The results showed that there was a significant influence of the family environment on the learning achievement of grade IV A students at SD Inpres Mangga Dua Merauke. This is evidenced by the results of the t test where the value of t count> t table (5,299> 2,032). The family environment has a strong positive contribution to student achievement with a correlation value of 0.673. The magnitude of the influence of the family environment on student achievement is 45.2%.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the concept of light concept misconceptions through the CRI method in the fifth grade students of SDK St. Theresia Ende 3. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data were collected by diagnostic tests, interviews and documentation. The results showed that most of the students had misunderstood the material properties of light. Of the many students who experience misconceptions that occur in the VD class at the St.Theresia Ende 3 SDK, they come from the students themselves, from the teacher conveying the wrong concept, and the teaching method is not appropriate.

Abstract

Cooperative learning with numbered head together strategy is interest because the teacher can control the group also each member of group. The objective of this study is to find out the implementation of cooperative learning with Numbered Head Together strategy in teaching speaking at Grade VII of SMPN 3 Poso. The type of the research was a qualitative research. The finding of research obtained that the implementation of Numbered head together strategy itself: first, teacher explained the material to the students. Second, teacher divided the students in to groups and gave serial number of groups. Third, students sat with the member of group and discussed and answered the task or questions. Fourth, the English teacher called one number from each group to answer or to do the task in front of the class, and the last, the other member gave support to their friends who answered or did the task. Students highest score was 93,3 and the lowest scored was 53,3. Most of the student score category was good.

Abstract

Education that is carried out remotely results in a decrease in students' interest in learning. This study aims to develop and produce learning video media that can be used remotely. Media development uses a 4D development model to the third stage, namely defining, planning, and developing. The results of the research are 1) Animaker-based Animated Learning Video Media is declared quite valid with an average assessment result by the validator of 79.52%. 2) Animaker-Based Animation Learning Video Media is declared practical based on the average value obtained from the student response questionnaire sheet of 89.26%. 3) Animaker-based Animation Learning Video Media is declared to be effective in learning with the average results obtained from student learning outcomes tests of 84.95%. mathematics on Lines and Angles.

Abstract

During the pandemic Covid- 19, parent of many student who helped their children do the tests at home. As a result, the pros and cons of other students’ parents emerge against the teacher’s assessment tecniques. This problem must be analyzed and revealed based on the correct assessment technique. In order to get a valid report card value. Analisys this reseach was supported by a case study method involving 30 respondents. 13 teacher responses, 15 students parents and 2 experts in the field of learning evaluation. Instrument in the form of an interview questionnaire. The result of the analisys responses of this research interview are; 1) Teachers, of the 13 respondents 64% gave the value of srudent report cards using the data of previous learning outcomes (in odd semester). And 36% used repeat scores from home. 2) Student ‘parents’ responses to the value of their children’s report cards during the co-pasndemic period -19. Of the 15 respondent 25% saw the assessment tecniques conducted by the teacher based on previous learning outcomes data (in odd semester). And 55% used repeat scores from home. 20% saw both and 3) Expert response, the assessment technique of student report cards in the pandemic Covid-19. Both experts are of the same opinion that it must be based on the CAP assessment (Cognitive, Affective, Psychomotor) equipped with instruments and LKPD.

Abstract

Character education is a process of transforming life values to be developed in a person's personality, so that it becomes a habit in that person's life behavior, one of which is the character of curiosity. The results of pre-observations conducted on third grade students at SD Negeri 3 Jabalsari showed low student curiosity with the following indicators: (1) students rarely asked questions, (2) students did not want to find answers, (3) students were not active in discussions. groups, (4) students are less enthusiastic in the learning process, (5) students do assignments as they please. This study aims to describe the results of the analysis of the curiosity character of third grade students at SD Negeri 3 Jabalsari on thematic learning theme 8. This study uses qualitative methods and uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection technique of this research used observation, interviews for teachers and students, and questionnaires for students. The results of this study indicate that the value of the curiosity character of students on theme 8 classically gets a score of 55%, this shows the curiosity of third grade students of SD Negeri 3 Jabalsari is quite good. In this study, the most prominent indicator is the indicator of attention to the object being observed with an average percentage score of 78%, while for indicators that are not prominent in this study are the indicators of asking for each activity step with an average percentage score of 35%.

Abstract

The function of information and communication technology has created a new learning method in the world of education, namely web-based learning media as an innovative learning method, one of which is Rumah Belajar applications. This study aims to describe the use of Rumah Belajar applications in supporting the learning process. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. This type of qualitative research with a phenomenological approach is expected to reveal the situation and problems faced. The stages in conducting this research are the pre-field stage, the implementation stage, the data analysis stage, and the evaluation or reporting stage. Collecting data in this study using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the Rumah Belajar application provides various features which are divided into main features and supporting features. Its main features include sumber belajar features, laboratorium maya features, bank soal features, and kelas digital features. Supporting features include a peta budaya feature, an buku sekolah elektronik feature, a wahana jelajah angkasa feature, a karya bahasa dan sastra feature, a pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan feature, a blog pena feature, an edugame feature, and an augmented reality feature that can be accessed and function by teachers and students in carry out learning activities.

Abstract

Pancasila Student profiles launched by the government through the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology were aimed at formulating the main goal of national education in disruptive era. The objective of this research was to describe the perspective of primary teacher education students on Pancasila Student Profiles. The research design used was descriptive research design with qualitative method. The study was conducted in a state university in Papua as the barometer of education quality in rural and border area. There were 50 students investigated and most of them are in the first year college. Questionnaire, interview, observation and documentation were used as the technique of data collection. The data were analyzed by employing data analysis techniques; data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusion. The results showed that Pancasila Student profiles are important for prospective teachers of primary education. However, most students have no knowledge and understanding about the profiles. All education policy making and practitioners must work together by hand-in-hand to socialize the profiles either at schools or at university.
