Abstract

This research is aimed at finding out the influence of Inquiry Learning Based Practice, to ward student’s study result in learning physic class X of SMAN 2 Gerung. The research was used experimental design. The population of the research was whole students class X which total number 123 students. Sample of the research was us random sampling technique and gotten class X1 and X3 as experimental and control group with sample 30 for experimental and 31 for control group. The data gathering was used objective test. Based on the results of the pre-test data analysis, the average value of the experimental class was 51.40 and that of the control class was 56.60. Post-testt results showed an average of 75.70 for the experimental class and 61.25 for the control class. The data analysis is used t-test formulation. Based on the data analysis is gotten that t-test is greater than t-table (6.49 greater than or equal to 2.019) with signification level 5%. It means that alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. Therefore, it taken conclusion that there is the influence of Inquiry Learning Based Practice, to ward student’s study result in learning physical class X of SMAN 2 Gerung.

Abstract

The development of technology makes gadget users not only come from adults but also children, who utilize gadgets in their daily activities. However, the use of gadgets among children without parental supervision has a negative influence on children, thus impacting their discipline, especially on children's learning discipline at school and home. This study aims to determine the discipline of student learning due to the use of gadgets in daily life and the role of parents in controlling the use of gadgets in grade IV students of Elementary School Cluster III, Susut District, Bangli Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The subjects in this study were as many as ten parents and grade IV elementary school students in Elementary School Cluster III, Susut District, Bangli Regency. Data collection uses non-test methods through questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use descriptive qualitative and statistical analysis techniques. The results of data analysis in this study showed a percentage of 38.58% in student learning disciplines with low categories. Meanwhile, the results of data analysis on the role of parents in controlling the use of gadgets showed a percentage of 39.37% where these results were categorized as low category.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the content and media for learning mathematics in woven fabrics of the Kedang community on Lembata Island, East Nusa Tenggara in order to form a profile of Pancasila students in elementary schools. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with an ethnographic approach. The object of research is Kedang woven fabric. Data collection is done through observation and documentation. Source triangulation technique is used to obtain data validity. The data analysis technique starts from the presentation, reduction and conclusion. The results of the exploration show that the mathematical content of the Kedang woven fabric is dominated by the concept of cardinal/count numbers, the concept of addition and the concept of multiplication. Apart from that, the motifs are dominated by primitive geometric shapes such as points, lines and angles, parallel lines, squares, rectangles, triangles and combinations of flat shapes. From the media side, the Kedang woven fabric motif can be used as a semi-concrete model for learning the concept of numbers, the concept of addition and multiplication, the concept of primitive geometry, the concept of parallel lines, the concept of symmetry and the concept of area. Through learning mathematics that explores the weaving in learning, students are expected to be able to maintain their noble culture, locality and identity, and remain open-minded in interacting with other cultures. Students are expected to be able to recognize and appreciate culture, intercultural communication skills in interacting with others, and reflect on and be responsible for the experience of diversity.

Abstract

This research aims to produce interactive media with puzzle media in collaboration with Macromedia Flash. This medium can increase students' enthusiasm for learning and help students in understanding the subject matter. Research is used using research and development methods (Research and Development). This research was conducted in the odd semester of the 2022-2023 school year. The subjects of this study were grade V students of SD Negeri Cacaban 6, Magelang Tengah District, Magelang City. The respondents of this study were 6 students of SD Negeri Cacaban 6. Data analysis in this study used validity tests and student response questionnaires. Macromedia Flash-Based Puzzle Media has been validated by 2 validators, namely expert lecturer validators and class V teacher validators. As a result of the validation that has been carried out, the media showed a score of 97.7% with a category very worthy of use. Student responses to this media showed a percentage of 97.5% obtained from the respondents' questionnaire. Thus, the Macromedia Flash-Based Puzzle media is declared suitable for use for the learning process.

Abstract

The research was conducted with the intention of analyzing students' Creative Thinking Ability (CBA) for the Elementary Mathematics Basic Concepts course. There are 3 divisions of CBA, namely high CBA, medium CBA and low CBA. The stages that the researcher has gone through are compiling a grid of questions, making questions, scoring guidelines, giving grades and categorizing the CBA. After grouping according to CBA, the students continued with determining the sample for each CBA to analyze the test results. All CBA indicators are met by high CBA student; CBA student is not yet fulfilling elaboration, sufficient in flexibility and fulfilling 2 indicators namely fluency as well as originality; and low CBA students meet the originality indicators.

Abstract

Students' high level of learning interest has a significant impact on how well they acquire new material. To accomplish this, instructors must be able to design lessons that will boost student engagement and promote quality learning. Teaching aids in the form of E-Modules are required to understand this. The goal of this research is to create a workable and useful Flipbook-based E-Module on the topic of developing fundamental natural scientific concepts at Musamus University's PGSD Department. This research used the ADDIE research and development paradigm, however it was only concerned with the development stage. One media expert and one material expert were the subjects of this study. The study's findings demonstrated that the PGSD Study Program at Musamus University could effectively use practicum-based E-modules in science basic concept development courses. This is evident from the material expert's conclusions, which were evaluated based on the adequacy of the presentation and substance and yielded a score of 4.1 with the proper criteria. According to the right criteria, the validation results from media specialists were given a score of 4.0. Thus, it is advised that students in the Elementary Science Basic Science Concept Development course use the practicum-based E-module as learning material.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve cognitive abilities through the use of digital learning media Baamboozle in group B at Kindergarten Aba Wasur II Merauke which will be held in the even semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. The subjects in this study were the children of Aba Wasur II Merauke Kindergarten, totaling 11 students consisting of 5 girls and 6 boys with an age range of 5-6 years. Based on the analysis of the teacher's teaching activity data in the first cycle, it reached 78.61%. Cycle one children's learning activities reached 71.47%. The learning outcomes of students in improving cognitive abilities through digital learning media Baamboozle in cycle one reached 54.58%. Cycle two shows that the analysis of teacher teaching activities has increased to 92.9%. The second cycle of children's learning activities experienced an increase of 92.9%. Based on the learning outcomes of students in improving cognitive abilities through digital learning media Baamboozle in cycle two it reached 90.9%. Thus it can be concluded that cognitive abilities can be improved through digital learning media Baamboozle in group B at TK Aba Wasur II Merauke.

Abstract

Teacher discipline is the key to the success of educational institutions. In improving teacher discipline, a brave and visionary principal is needed. This study describes the principal's strategy in improving teacher discipline. The location of this research was carried out at SDN 2 Badur, Cirenten Lebak District. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques in this study are through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Activities in data analysis are: data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions/verification. The results of the study show that there are 6 principal strategies in improving teacher discipline, namely: motivational strategies, setting an example, making rules, supervising, giving warnings or punishments, and giving rewards.

Abstract

One of the factors for the growth of entrepreneurship in a country lies in the role of higher education institutions through the provision of entrepreneurship education. Entrepreneurship education not only provides a theoretical basis for the concept of entrepreneurship, but can also shape the mindset, behavior and views of students about entrepreneurship. This study aims to determine the concept of entrepreneurship education, the implementation of entrepreneurship education in lectures to foster interest in entrepreneurship among students, factors that can foster student entrepreneurship interest, and the benefits of entrepreneurship lectures for students. This research is a type of qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Subject determination by purposive sampling. Data collection techniques with observation, documentation, interviews. Data validation technique is triagulation technique. The results of the research on the concept of entrepreneurship education that are applied from entrepreneurship education to students are entrepreneurship education integrated into entrepreneurship courses. (2) Implementation of entrepreneurship education in lectures to foster interest in entrepreneurship in students integrating it in the form of teaching in the form of material and practice (3) Factors that can foster interest in entrepreneurship consist of internal and external factors as well as supporting and inhibiting factors (4) the benefits of entrepreneurship lectures in fostering interest in entrepreneurship has a good impact on students by providing entrepreneurial skills, adding entrepreneurial insight, forming motivation, and mentally training when doing business.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the efforts of school principals face the challenges of globalization. This research is the result of field research conducted in several sub-districts in Tangerang Regency, this research is descriptive analysis using an empirical approach. Data collection techniques are taken as primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews and observation. With research steps: Data collection, classification and analysis, data processing, conclusions and reports. The informants in this study were 4 people consisting of 3 heads and 1 school supervisor in Tangerang district. The results of the research in the form of descriptive interviews and observations said that: schools must master IT in order to be able to keep up with globalization, school principals are required to have entrepreneurial competence, so that they can give birth to various creativity and innovations from teachers and students in schools, supervision or supervision, and provide training or workshops.
