<![CDATA[Seclusion from the crowd of men or being alone and remembering Allah, and his deeds are solely for God. 'Uzlah is also a means that can bridge to get closer to Allah. 'Uzlah is done with the provision of knowledge, because 'uzlah that is not accompanied by knowledge is a great damage. Because 'uzlah must be understood first, then it can be 'uzlah. 'Uzlah is to seclude oneself from the crowd of people or to be alone and remember Allah, and to do one's deeds solely for Allah. 'Uzlah is also a means that can bridge to get closer to Allah. The focus of the research in this study is: 1) What is the quality of the hadith about 'uzlah (self-exile) in the book Sunan Al-Nasa'i number 2569?, 2) How is the contextualization of the hadith of 'uzlah (self-exile) in the present?. The objectives of this study are: 1) To find out the quality of the hadith about 'uzlah (self-exile) in the book Sunan Al-Nasa'i number 2569. 2) To find out the contextualization of the hadith of 'uzlah (self-exile) in the present. This type of research is qualitative research, the data collection technique used is library research with ma'anil hadith. The conclusions obtained are: 1) The hadith of 'uzlah (self-exile) in the book of Sunan Al-Nasa'i number 2569 is included in the degree of hadith shahih. 2) The hadith of 'uzlah (self-exile) in the present day can help human beings in keeping up with the erosion of the current of globalization and other worldly traits that sometimes make people neglect the rights that should be given to Allah. However, the way to do 'uzlah does not have to be done in a cave, a lonely place that is very far from human civilization, but it can be done in a lonely place that is not too far from humans. And the period of time used for 'uzlah does not need to be days, months or even years, but it provides free time that is felt to be enough to worship or get closer to Allah. On the other hand, in addition to getting closer to Allah, humans who practice 'uzlah can still socialize, stay in touch with other human beings, and be responsible for their families.]]>

<![CDATA[Ragam cara sarjana muslim merespon pandangan pemikir orientalis, menunjukkan perhatian terhadap kajian hadis. Artikel ini meneliti gagasan Muṣṭafā al-Sibā’ī dalam karyanya al-Sunnah wa Makānatuhā fī al-Tasyrī’ al-Islamī. Terdapat beberapa fokus yang diungkap dalam artikel ini, yaitu gagasan beliau terhadap sunnah yang sekaligus menjawab statement dari beberapa tokoh (Abu Rayyah, Taufiq Sidqi, dan Ahmad Amin); serta mengungkap wacana kajian hadis sebagai pengembangan gagasan al-Sibā’ī. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kualitatif dengan sumber kepustakaan (library research). Hasinya diketahui bahwa pentingnya menganalisis historis dalam mengetahui konteks dan ketersambungan sanad (kritik sanad), dan pentingnya integrasi keilmuan dalam menyingkap kebenaran suatu hadis (kritik matan). Maka tidak berhenti memahami gagasannya saja, sehingga perlu adanya pengembangan gagasan, dalam hal ini dapat ditemukan wacana kajian hadis seperti penerapan ma’anil hadis Muṣṭafā al-Sibā’ī, dan kajian historiografi hadis dalam beberapa bidang (ilmu mustalah al-hadis dan ilmu rijal al-hadis). Pengembangan hadis tersebut memberikan sinyal betapa besar kontribusi beliau dalam bidang hadis.]]>

<![CDATA[Free sex or in Islam it is called Zina is a social phenomenon that refers to sexual behavior in which individuals engage in sex without long-term commitments, such as marriage or exclusive monogamous relationships. This phenomenon has become a controversial topic in modern culture and has given rise to different views, approaches and impacts depending on the societal perspective. This study uses a qualitative approach with thematic methods. The urgency of this research is the rampant cases of free sex in Indonesia where the majority of the population is Muslim. The formal object of this study is the understanding and view of Islam on free sex which is formulated based on the hadith themes. The results of this study aim to find out how Islam views free sex behavior. The discussion of this study explains that free sex is strictly prohibited in Islam, free sex is one of the signs of the coming of the apocalypse, and punishment for those who commit adultery. Overall, the hadith perspective teaches that free sex or adultery is an act that is condemned and not permissible in Islam. These hadiths emphasize the importance of maintaining honor, marrying as a legal means of having sexual relations, and stipulating harsh punishments for those involved in such acts. Islam encourages individuals to live a legal and responsible sexual life in a legal marriage. The conclusion of this study is that the act of free sex has many negative impacts on the perpetrator, it is easy to contract a disease and free sex is one of the prohibited acts and is a big sin.]]>

<![CDATA[Ilmu al-Jar ḥ wa Ta'dīl semakin penting untuk menjaga keutuhan dan kebenaran sunnah Nabi Muhammad SAW, terlebih dengan maraknya beredarnya hadis-hadis yang dhaif atau palsu melalui berbagai media. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji relevansi al-Jar ḥ wa Ta'dīl dalam konteks modern dan menganalisis metodologinya secara sederhana sebagai alat untuk menilai perawi hadis berdasarkan kelemahan (jar ḥ) dan keutamaan (ta'dīl). Metode yang digunakan adalah kajian pustaka yang membahas tentang teknik, metode, dan kriteria yang diterapkan para ulama dalam menilai perawi hadis. Hasil kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa ilmu al-Jar ḥ wa Ta'dīl telah berkembang sejak masa para sahabat dan merupakan suatu seni dalam menentukan diterima atau ditolaknya suatu periwayatan. Meskipun para ulama terdahulu telah melakukan kajian yang luas, namun penyebaran hadis-hadis palsu masih terus terjadi hingga saat ini, termasuk yang belum diteliti. Oleh karena itu, penelitian terhadap al-Jar ḥ wa Ta'dīl tetap relevan dan diperlukan untuk menjamin keautentikan hadis-hadis yang beredar. Kesimpulannya, kajian alJar ḥ wa Ta'dīl akan terus dilakukan sebagai upaya melestarikan kebenaran Sunnah Nabi SAW, mengingat pentingnya evaluasi para perawi hadis di era modern.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini mengkaji pemahaman masyarakat Dusun Pasir Malang terhadap etika memilih pemimpin dalam perspektif hadis. Etika memilih pemimpin merupakan hal yang krusial karena berpengaruh besar terhadap keberlangsungan kehidupan masyarakat. Namun, realitanya, masih banyak sekali masyarakat yang memilih pemimpin berdasarkan kepentingan pribadi atau kelompok tanpa memperhatikan nilai-nilai etis yang diajarkan oleh Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Temuan mengimdikasikan bahwa masyarakat Dusun Pasir Malang memiliki tingkat kesadaran yang rendah terhadap penerapan hadis dalam memilih pemimpin. Pemahaman hadis mengenai kriteria pemimpin, seperti sifat amanah, kejujuran, dan tanggung jawab, masih belum diaplikasikan secara optimal. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya memilih pemimpin berdasarkan nilai-nilai etika Islam.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to explain how the tradition of Tasyakuran khataman Al-Qur'an in the community, especially in the Nuzhatul Muttaqien foundation. And also analyze what hadiths related to the tasyakuran khataman and the process of implementation, as well as analyzing the values contained therein such as religious values, friendship, charity and so on. This research uses a case study method, such as how the tasyakuran khatmil Qur'an is used in the community, as well as the hadith analysis method to find out the teachings of the Prophet about the appreciation of the Qur'an and its practice. The result is that each region's interpretation of the hadith reading is different, not fixed to just one feast. The most important thing is that the Muslim community can appreciate the Qur'an more because it is a gathering witnessed by thousands of angels and also the descent of Allah's Grace.]]>

<![CDATA[Tradisi Kenduri Rasulan di Desa Ngampo merupakan sebuah perayaan budaya yang kaya akan nilai-nilai sosial dan religius, yang menggabungkan unsur-unsur budaya Jawa dengan ajaran Islam. Meskipun berakar pada kebudayaan lokal, fungsi tradisi tidak hanya sebuah acara sosial, namun sebagai sarana memperkuat hubungan sosial antar warga dan meningkatkan pemahaman agama. Masyarakat Desa Ngampo mengamalkan ajaran Islam melalui kegiatan ini, yang tercermin dalam sikap saling membantu, berbagi, serta sebagai rasa ungkapan syukur dari segala nikmat dari Allah Swt. Kenduri Rasulan menjadi momentum bagi masyarakat untuk berkumpul, mempererat hubungan antar individu, dan memperkuat rasa kebersamaan dalam komunitas. Selain itu, tradisi ini juga menjadi wujud tindakan pengamalan ajaran islam untuk kehidupan sehari hari yang mengajarkan pentingnya hubungan baik antar sesama, serta kesadaran akan tanggung jawab sosial. Dengan demikian, Kenduri Rasulan di Desa Ngampo bukan hanya sebuah ritual budaya, melainkan juga sebagai sarana untuk mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai agama dalam kehidupan sosial. Hal ini menunjukkan bagaimana budaya lokal dapat dipertahankan sekaligus diharmoniskan dengan ajaran agama, berdampak positif dalam kehidupan sosial dan nilai spiritual masyarakat.]]>

<![CDATA[The various ways in which Muslim scholars have responded to the views of orientalist thinkers show their attention to hadith studies. This article examines Mustafa Siba'i ideas in his work al-Sunnah wa Maknatuh fii al-Tasyri' al-Islam. There are several focuses revealed in this article, namely his ideas on the sunnah which also answer statements from several figures (Abu Rayyah, Taufiq Sidqi, and Ahmad Amin); as well as revealing the discourse of hadith studies as a development of al-Siba'i ideas. This research uses qualitative analysis with library research sources. It is known that the importance of historical analysis in knowing the context and continuity of the sanad (sanad criticism), and the importance of scientific integration in revealing the truth of a hadith (matan criticism). Therefore, it does not stop at understanding the idea, so it is necessary to develop the idea, in this case it can be found the discourse of hadith studies such as the application of Mustafa Siba'i ma'anil hadis, and the study of hadith historiography in several fields (mustalah al-hadis science and rijal al-hadis science). The development of the hadith signals how much he contributed to the field of hadith.]]>
