Differences are things that often occur between people, both differences of opinion due to different understandings, differences can lead to conflicts within them and can even lead to demonstrations or movements carried out by the masses. . Functional conflict theory assesses the problem of differences in religious values having negative and positive functions. The problem related to the caricature of the Prophet Muhammad is an international conflict because it involves religion and belief. Social action is behavior carried out by individuals by considering interpretive situations, interactions and social relations that are associated with value preferences, beliefs, interests, emotions, power, authority, culture, agreements, ideas, habits or others that are owned by individuals. The research method is a literature study method that describes the results of the analysis of people's writings or observed behavior. The results of the study show that Islamiphobia is an attitude that can be said to be discriminatory by some French people towards Muslim immigrants. The purpose of this social mapping study is to find and obtain comprehensive information and data regarding the condition of Community Development in the education sector in the villages surrounding the mine, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The research method is descriptive quantitative by combining narrative and calculation. The results showed that for the community around the mine there were problems related to the availability of learning facilities and infrastructure. The average school in the study area of social mapping still lacks teachers, so each school recruits honorary staff who are still educated at the same high school level and are continuing their undergraduate education at the Open University for the Primary School Teacher Education Study program. Also APK and APM in the villages around the mine there are still school-age children who are not in school. It is hoped that the research can be input for the government and the community as well as the mining industry in advancing the education sector in rural areas.

The purpose of this study was to determine the National Health Insurance (JKN) facilities throughout Indonesia, and to determine the level of hospital service by comparing patients using BPJS health facilities and general patients. This research method uses literature review / journal data collection from several authors and the results of research between one author and another have the same results in one case. Justice and the right to obtain proper health and welfare in the perspective of human rights are still not felt by the entire population, discriminatory services against BPJS patients, until the treatment rooms for BPJS health care service users are still limited, making poor people have to pay for medical expenses and BPJS health facilities cannot be used. Here there is a need for improvements from the Government in implementing classless hospitals and an increase in the number of specialist doctors, especially so that they are available in Hospitals in Rural Areas. It is hoped that the role of the Government in corrective actions towards Health Services will be in accordance with as stated in the 1945 Constitution (UUD'45) article 28 H paragraph (1) which states that everyone has the right to obtain health services, then in Article 34 paragraph (3 ) stated that the State is responsible for the provision of adequate health service facilities and public service facilities.

This research aims to find out how the perception of the people of Kedi Village towards the needs of clean water services and to find out why there is no direct conflict between the people of Kedi Atas and the people of Kedi Bawa (Medo RT 1) in meeting the needs of clean water, this research was conducted in Kedi Village, South Loloda District, West Halmahera Regency. The research method used is qualitative research by collecting observation data and in-person interviews with several informants. The results of research in general show that clean water is the most important and important need for the people of Kedi Village but the people of Kedi Atas are very difficult to access clean water and still rent vehicles and power to get water. while the people of Kedi Bawa (Medo RT 1) are very easy to get clean water. The people of Kedi Atas and Kedi Bawa do not conflict directly in meeting the needs of clean water located in Kedi Bawa because there are factors that become binders in the social life of the people of Kedi Village, namely family between kedi Atas and Kedi Bawa people working together and please help if there are families who experience shortages.

Teenagers are found to often engage in deviant behavior, such as brawls or fights between students, abuse of narcotics, illegal drugs, and some teenagers are often found drinking alcohol. The purpose of this study was to determine the social environment of adolescents in SMP Negeri 13 West Halmahera, namely the family environment, school environment and community environment. The method in this study uses a qualitative approach to understand the phenomenon of what is experienced by the research subject descriptively. Data analysis Miles and Huberman that activities in qualitative data analysis are carried out interactively and take place continuously until they are completed. The results of this study are that parents whose children attend SMP Negeri 13 West Halmahera, especially grades VIII and IX do not pay much attention to their children's learning, children's attitudes towards their school are strongly influenced by the level of attention from their parents, and the low economic situation of the family causes parents to focuses more on earning a living and the large number of children makes parents pay less attention to their children's education

This study aims to determine the challenges of the chili farming community in Parepei Village, in meeting the need for chili harvesting laborers so that the chili farmers in Parepei Village hire or seek harvest workers from outside the village, in fulfilling the needs of chili harvesting from farmers. The research method used is qualitative research by collecting observation data and direct interviews with several informants. The general results of the study show that the challenges of chili farmers in finding harvest laborers are because there are still many people who have the prestige to work as chili labor farmers, there are still many people who are embarrassed to work as chili labor farmers, many people prefer to work outside the village, lack of trust chili farmers to young people

This study aims to describe how scaffolding learning strategies are implemented in the classroom and what steps can be carried out by teachers and students in order to form their maximum abilities in studying sociology material, especially in social research material based on social problem solving. The approach used in this research method is qualitative with a phenomenological type and data collection is done naturally (natural setting). The results showed that there were stages of implementing the scaffolding strategy to help students understand social research material, including apperception stages, core activities and closing activities, while at the stage of improving students' abilities the teacher gave students the opportunity to choose their own research material, creating a class atmosphere that comfortable, setting shared goals, establishing a structure to achieve goals, considering student backgrounds, fostering independence and varying learning models.

This study aims to get an overview of the strengthening of the character of integrity in SMA N 1 Moronge, where the strengthening of the character of integrity in the school environment and outside the school environment has differences. So what happens is that there are still some students who have not applied the character of integrity that exists in these students. Such as still violating school rules, not respecting the differences between fellow friends, acting rudely to both friends and teachers and not respecting every direction given by the teacher. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation with school principals, Civics subject teachers and students in the Moronge 1 State High School environment. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers, it has been seen that the principal and Civics subject teachers have made various efforts to strengthen the character of integrity to students in the school environment. This study aims to find out how the behavior of alcohol users in Watulambot Village, West Tondano District and what causes users to fall into liquor. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach with data collection techniques, observation and direct interviews with informants. The results of the study showed that the behavior of liquor users in the Watulambot sub-district, Tondano Barat sub-district, was when the users had drunk or the deviant behavior was carried out, namely fighting, assaulting, and committing domestic violence. The aim of the research is to find out the causes of child neglect and to find out the protection of Law Number 35 of 2014 against the problems of abandoned children in Indonesia. The research method is normative legal research or library law research. This is done by examining literature or legal materials that contain normative rules. The results of the study show that legal protection is a mandatory thing that must be done by parents, families, communities, government and the state in protecting and protecting children so they do not become neglected children. The form of legal protection that must be given to abandoned children is that parents have an obligation to maintain and protect children's rights
