Abstract

This research is motivated by the teacher's ineffectiveness in using instructional media and is only based on the accuracy in selecting it for each lesson carried out in class. The aims of the study were, 1) To find out the listening skills of class XI students of SMA N 1 Kisaran, 2) To find out the use of audio-visual media in Indonesian language learning students, class XI SMA N 1 Kisaran 3) To find out the improvement in listening skills of students of class XI SMA N 1 Kisaran in learning Indonesian after using audio-visual media. The research approach uses qualitative methods with Classroom Action Research which consists of three cycles (Pre-Cycle, Cycle 1, Cycle 2). The instruments used were observation sheets, test questions (test and re-test), interview guidelines, and documentation studies. The sample size of the study was 35 students of class XI SMA N 1 Kisaran. The results showed an increase in the average score of the final listening test after receiving treatment on the effectiveness of the use of audiovisual media from each cycle. The results of the study were also taken from the results of the partner teacher's assessment (observer) that the research found good results from pre-cycle to cycle 2 and there was no need to continue research into the next cycle. Teacher creativity in terms of improving learning outcomes needs to be considered in every use of learning media, especially the use of audiovisual media in learning to listen to Indonesian language education subjects.

Abstract

Background: The Covid 19 pandemic situation has hurt many sectors, including in the health sector, especially in maternal and infant health services. On the other hand, during Antenatal Care, pregnant women are afraid to come to health facilities because they are so scared of contracting them not to have their pregnancy checked. It can endanger the pregnancy of the mother or the fetus during pregnancy because it cannot detect the dangerous signs of pregnancy early. Objectives: The study aims to analyze the relationship between the protocols for implementing health protocols on ANC visits to pregnant women during the Covid-19 pandemic in the PMB area of Mojokerto Regency in 2020.Research Methods: This research method is to use an analytical design using a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique used accident sampling, a total of 60 pregnant women. Results: The results of the study using Chi-Square analysis showed that there was no relationship between educational variables and ANC visits (ρ-value = 0.087> 0.05); there was a relationship between work variables and ANC visits (ρ-value = 0.001 <0.05), and there was no relationship. The adherence variable applied the Health Protocol with ANC visits (ρ-value = 0.457> 0.05).Conclusion: This study concludes that there is no relationship between compliance with implementing the Health Protocol with ANC visits to pregnant women during the Covid 19 period.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on the performance of KFC Pettarani employees either partially or simultaneously. The number of respondents in this study were 44 KFC Pettarani employees. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling technique. The collection of data used is a questionnaire, documentation, and observation. The analytical method in this study used multiple linear regression analysis which previously carried out validity tests, reliability tests, classic assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), coefficient of determination test, t test, and f test. The results showed that partially financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a sig value of 0.005 (<0.05). While non-financial compensation partially has no positive and significant effect on employee performance with a sig value of 0.295 (> 0.05). As for simultaneously, financial compensation and non-financial compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a sig value of 0.000.

Abstract

Stunting is a nutritional issue that has persisted for a long enough time to affect children who are shorter or lower than the average for their age in terms of height. The case control method is being used in this retrospective research design. the dependent variable of stunting and the independent variables of gestational anemia and pregnant women's nutritional condition. Mothers of toddlers between the ages of 2 and 5 make up the demographic. A case group of 25 people and a control group of 50 people were created from the sample. MCH books and observation sheets are both used in this study. Chi-square test and Odd Ratio test analysis Using the findings of Chi-square statistical tests on the variable anemia of pregnancy, Given that it has a value of 0.000, 0.05, or 6.682 (95% CI: 2.239–19.939), it is possible to draw the conclusion that anemia during pregnancy and stunting in toddlers between the ages of 2 and 5 have a causal link. With a confidence interval of 2.239-19.939, mothers who have a history of anemia during pregnancy run a 6.682-times greater chance of having children who are stunted. It was determined that there was a relationship between the nutritional status of pregnant women and the incidence of stunting in toddlers 2–5 years old based on the statistical test results for the variable nutritional status of pregnant women using Chi-square, which showed a value of :0.016 :0.05 OR 3.58 (95% CI; 1.228–10.431). With a confidence interval of, moms who have a history of poor nutrition are at an increased risk of 3.58 times having toddlers who are stunted. 228-10.431 . ANC K4 . It is hoped that health professionals can collaborate with community members and cadres to empower people in order to stop stunting.

Abstract

Especially if the mother receives general anesthetic during the delivery procedure Sectio Caesarea (SC), the mother frequently isn't able to breastfeed the newborn in the first few hours after birth. The process of breastfeeding is slightly impeded by the state of the abdominal surgery wound. According to the early study's findings, 1 nursing respondent was fluent whereas 4 breastfeeding respondents did not come out of the closet. Therefore, it can be said that certain SC postpartum mothers still have erratic milk production. This study compared the smoothness of milk produced by postpartum SC women after receiving back massages and endorphin massages. Quasy Experiment pretest posttest design group is the study methodology used. The dependent variable is the smoothness of breast milk production, while the independent variable is endorphin massage. There are 17 respondents in the general population, and 10 postpartum SC mothers were selected as samples. The research instrument is an observation sheet, and the sample method is incidental sampling. Wilcoxon test statistical analysis with (0.05). The ethical viability of this study has been evaluated by KEPK RSUD dr. Mohammad Zyn Sampang No.445/561/434.203.100/2022. With a p-value of 0.0083 0.05, the Wilcoxon test results from the study revealed that there were changes in the smoothness of milk production before and after receiving an endorphin massage. Teaching back massage techniques and endorphin massage as an extra therapy to boost the smooth production of breast milk is believed to help health professionals provide better services regarding the production of breast milk without interruption.
