Abstract

Conflicts in senior high schools (SMA) and vocational high schools (SMK) in West Sumatra often arise from differences in academic policies and organizational pressures, but the lack of a specific collaborative leadership model is a major research gap. This study aims to develop a conceptual model of collaborative leadership in conflict management. Using a systematic literature review (SLR) with the PRISMA protocol, the population included publications from 2015–2025 in Scopus, Google Scholar, and national journals; the sample was purposively selected based on relevance to Indonesian secondary schools. The search protocol, using keywords such as "collaborative leadership" and "conflict management," was analyzed through thematic synthesis and content analysis. The results identified a five-dimensional model: collaborative leadership, principal competency, conflict process, supportive culture, and organizational impact. The conclusions confirm that this model fills a local gap with implications for principal training and education policy in West Sumatra.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has encouraged the transformation of payment systems from cash transactions to non-cash transactions. One of the digital payment innovations in Indonesia is the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) developed by Bank Indonesia to facilitate standardized digital payment transactions. This study aims to analyze the behavior of Muslim traders toward the use of QRIS by developing the Technology Acceptance Model / TAM introduced by Fred Davis. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method conducted among Muslim traders at Pasar Sangkumpal Bonang in Padangsidimpuan City. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique. The collected data were analyzed using statistical analysis to determine the relationship between the variables of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude toward technology use, and behavioral intention to use the technology. The results indicate that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have a positive influence on traders’ attitudes toward using QRIS. These attitudes subsequently influence traders’ intentions to use digital payment technology in their trading activities. The findings of this study show that the perceived benefits and ease of use of technology are the main factors influencing the acceptance of QRIS among Muslim traders. This research is expected to contribute to the development of technology acceptance studies in the context of the digital economy and serve as a reference for stakeholders in increasing the adoption of QRIS among business actors.

Abstract

Voltage drop at the feeder end is one of the problems that often occur in electrical power distributionsystems, especially in networks with increasing loads. This study aims to analyze the power lossesand the relationship between load conditions, network length, and the ability of the substation tomaintain the voltage profile at the AE005 Substation of Golewa Feeder, ULP Bajawa. The analysismethod used technical calculation of power losses, evaluation of load currents, and simulation ofvoltage profiles under several operating conditions to identify the dominant factors causing voltagedrops. Based on the measurement results, the AE005 substation experienced a transformer load of127.99% and a voltage drop of up to 22.9%, exceeding the standard limit of SPLN No.72:1987 whichallows a maximum drop of 4%. To overcome this, a load breakage strategy was carried out to theAE023 substation with a capacity of 25 kVA. The results of the analysis showed that after the loadbreak, the load of the AE005 transformer dropped to 67.62% and the AE023 increased to 81.88%,while the maximum voltage drop value dropped to below 5%. Thus, load breakage has proven to beeffective in reducing power losses and improving voltage quality in the distribution network.

Abstract

The construction of the Intan Hotel in Masohi City, Central Maluku Regency is one of the strategic efforts to support the growth of the tourism sector and improve the regional economy. As government, economic activity, and tourist visits in Masohi City increase, the need for adequate accommodation facilities has become increasingly important. However, the amount of funds needed in the construction of hotels requires an investment feasibility analysis so that the project can provide optimal financial benefits and minimize the risk of losses in the future. This study aims to analyze the feasibility of investment in the Masohi City Intan Hotel Development Project from a financial aspect. The research method used is a quantitative approach with Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), and Payback Period (PP) analysis methods. The data used consisted of primary data obtained through direct observation at the research site, interviews with related parties, and surveys, and secondary data in the form of Cost Budget Plan (RAB), banking interest rates, and investment age. The analysis was carried out taking into account the investment life of 10 years and the prevailing average bank interest rate. In addition, this study also uses several Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) scenarios, namely high, normal, low, and actual scenarios, to describe different hotel operational conditions. The results of the study show that in all scenarios analyzed, the Net Present Value (NPV) value is positive, the Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) is greater than one, and the Payback Period (PP) is smaller than the set investment life. This shows that the Masohi City Intan Hotel construction project is financially feasible to be implemented and developed. This investment is expected to be able to provide sustainable profits and contribute to the development of the hotel sector and the economy of the Central Maluku Regency.

Abstract

The increasing use of digital images in communication, healthcare, and information systems has raised the need for effective image security mechanisms. Conventional encryption methods are often less suitable for image data because of its large size and high correlation among adjacent pixels. Therefore, chaos-based cryptography has gained attention due to its sensitivity to initial conditions and ability to generate highly random sequences. This study aims to develop and evaluate a desktop-based digital image encryption application using the Lorenz System Chaotic Map to ensure image confidentiality and accurate reconstruction. This study employed a quantitative experimental approach in the form of a computational experiment. Data were collected through direct testing using RGB and grayscale images with different dimensions and formats, including .jpg, .png, and .bmp. The system was implemented in a desktop environment and evaluated using processing time, histogram analysis, Mean Squared Error (MSE), Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio (PSNR), and key sensitivity analysis. The results show that the proposed system successfully transformed original images into visually unrecognizable encrypted images and reconstructed them perfectly during decryption. The encrypted images exhibited more uniform histogram distributions and low PSNR values, while the decrypted images showed zero MSE and infinite PSNR, indicating lossless recovery. The system also demonstrated high sensitivity to small key changes. These findings imply that the proposed method is effective for digital image protection in practical applications. The originality of this study lies in integrating a Lorenz-based encryption algorithm into a user-oriented desktop application equipped with built-in evaluation features.
