Abstract

Media social has been widely used as one of the effective digital marketing methods in marketing products through digital marketing. This is due to its simple use and great impact on increasing sales and profits for microenterprises. One of the top-list social media to be used as a digital marketing tool is Instagram. In Bulak Banteng and Kedung Cowek villages, micro-entrepreneurs are yet not using Instagram as a promotional tool. The reason is that they lack the understanding and skills to maximize Instagram as a promotion tool for their products. Hence, it leads to a lack of competitiveness of their goods or services products in the market. Therefore, counseling and discussion activities were held as a form of the initial analysis of the obstacles faced by micro-entrepreneurs. Through training and assistance, the micro-entrepreneurs were expected to be able to increase their knowledge about the importance of using Instagram as a product promotion tool. Then, monitoring and evaluation were conducted to analyze the changes after training and mentoring activities. The results of these activities reveal a change that micro-entrepreneurs realize that the use of Instagram as a marketing tool is able to provide some benefits, such as a marketing strategy without exceeding costs as well as an increasingly broad target market. Micro-entrepreneurs started to build their digital marketing links and began to actively use Instagram as a product promotion tool.

Abstract

Indonesia is a multicultural country with various arts and cultures in it. It is the responsibility of all parties to maintain this cultural heritage so that it remains sustainable. One of the proud heritages of the Indonesian people is batik. Batik is a characteristic that has become the identity of the Indonesian people. The increasingly sophisticated technology has made many people lose interest in Indonesian arts and culture. The lack of participation of the younger generation in the preservation of batik culture has led to the decline in the existence of batik, especially written batik, among the community. One of the areas that tries to maintain the existence of batik culture is Menanggal Village with the establishment of Sanggar Batik Modern Menanggal, but the lack of human resources is an obstacle to the realization of batik preservation. In response to this, UPN "Veteran" East Java students in the Real Work Lecture program conducted socialization activities and batik training for the local community as a form of community service. This paper aims to provide an overview of batik socialization and training activities with children as the target as a form of human resource development in an effort to preserve batik culture in Menanggal Village, Surabaya City. With the potential that Kelurahan Menanggal has, the human resource factor which is the main factor should be given more attention.

Abstract

In this day and age, many things are changing rapidly, such as the way in which product promotions are presented. In Indonesia, micro (small) business products tend to have started following the development of creative and innovative product promotions, especially on social media. In addition to promotion, micro-enterprises also use social media as a medium for transactions. However, the ability to manage promotions is still very rarely owned by micro business actors, especially micro business owners in Amansari Village, Rengasdengklok District, Karawang Regency. This is the reference for the team to carry out community activities in terms of "Photography and Design" using tools that are always available in every home, affordable and easy to find and produce photos and competitive product designs in a promotion. Education and training will begin with material or theory and then continue to practice directly with existing equipment so that the community is able to directly implement the new knowledge that has been obtained.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide an understanding of the importance of financial reports for MSME actors in Renteng Village. Provide training and assistance so that partners are able to compile financial reports based on applicable accounting standards, implement them in their daily business. Based on initial communication with partners, information was obtained about the problems encountered, namely not understanding the importance and benefits of financial statements, not compiling financial reports that match accounting rules correctly, so that business developments are difficult to detect profits and losses. The solution offered is to provide training and assistance in the preparation of accounting-based financial reports. The implementation method used: lectures to convey the concept of the material, the practice of completing an accounting cycle in the form of cases, and providing assistance in the field. The results of monitoring and evaluation showed that the participants were able to absorb more than 55% of the training material provided. The participants also felt satisfied and saw that this training was important and useful. The results of the assistance in the field showed that most of the partners already had the understanding to prepare financial reports based on accounting principles with the guidance of the dedication team of the accounting study program lecturer at Bumigora University.

Abstract

Branding is very important in starting a business. With the branding can increase sales and attractiveness to consumers. Branding by giving a logo that has meaning, developing social media, creating a website for SMEs in this way can be known by the public. The logo in MSMEs is also very important, the goal is for sellers to have their own brand or brand and also with the logo of the products being sold, they can be recognized by the public. In branding MSMEs, it is necessary to create content for MSMEs, create MSME social media, MSME websites and create a new logo for MSMEs, therefore MSMEs in Blitar Village can maximize sales and introduce these products.

Abstract

Currently, the central government and local governments offer a lot of assistance, in the form of reduced costs in business assistance and training for business behavior, thus requiring business owners to have a Business Identification Number. Business Identification Number or NIB is the identity of business actors issued by the government through the OSS institution after the entrepreneur registers. This identity replaces several previous permits and is one of the prerequisites for obtaining a SIUP (Trade Business License). The NIB consists of a thirteen-digit number in which there is a security and an electronic signature. This NIB is valid as a business identity used by Business Actors to obtain Business Permits and Commercial or Operational Permits including to fulfill the requirements for Business Permits and Commercial or Operational Permits. The mentoring method implemented by the researcher was (1) Survey, (2) Interview, and (3) Focused Discussion. Assistance in making NIB in Karangsari Village will be carried out on April 6, 2022 to April 14, 2022. It is hoped that this NIB assistance can help MSMEs in Karangsari Urban Village to obtain business legality in order to facilitate the processing of other business letters, and show that the business does exist, operates. and worth standing up. The target in this research is about 10 UMKM in Karangsari Urban Village.

Abstract

High intensity of social media usage in indonesia provides online interaction between people all around the world anytime. Social Media users can having some online interactions with which public figures they want to as long as they also use the social media. communication activity such as sending messages, likes, comment can be done. But, Indonesian netizen are often do some aggressive or rude act in online media. There are some factors like the anonymous and tons of comments all over the world makes them feel safe to comment as they please. They can do any hate speech or something offensive easily to other people that they even never know each other before. Especially for women, social media is whare any gender violances such as sexual harassment, gender justifications, or anything else can do even in online public spaces. According to those problems above, digital literacy is really important to women to makes they know how to use social media safely and in positive ways from how to access, how to understanding the message, and how to select good informations.

Abstract

One of the difficulties that are often experienced by students in learning English is reading. Reading is an activity that occurs every day at school, at home, or in public places. Students in Indonesia have difficulty understanding English reading, mainly due to lack of practice, lack of vocabulary they have, and lack of knowledge about strategies for understanding English reading text. This education service is done to address the problems in reading by using training methods. The approach used in this service is inquiry-based learning. The results of this education service can be concluded that students can understand English reading well after they are trained to cope with problems in reading comprehension through an inquiry-based learning approach by collaborating and consulting with the educator. Therefore, the inquiry-based learning approach is very effective to be applied in both formal and non-formal school environments

Abstract

Digital Marketing is a strategy that will help in increasing brand awareness for consumers. Indonesia, Tbk. The implementation of social media optimization within the company, it involves interns from Certified Independent Study Interns (MSIB) who will later be equipped with knowledge about Digital Marketing and there are also stages in the application of Digital Marketing starting from pre-preparation, content preparation, optimization implementation. social media Facebook, and Evaluation. The purpose of this activity is to prepare students who are ready to work with sufficient experience in the field of Digital Marketing assisted by PT. Sreeya Sewu Indonesia, Tbk. In the internship activities carried out by marketing, there are applications to support the optimization of Facebook's social media, namely utilizing the Meta Business Suite feature. Meta Business Suite is an application that businesses use in content management, scheduling posts, managing ads, and viewing insights. With this activity, the company's Facebook social media account PT. Sreeya Sewu Indonesia, Tbk experienced an increase in reach of 9.0% thousand, page views and profiles increased by 129.6%, and likes and follows only increased by 56.3%.

Abstract

Bank Sampah Matahari, KWT Sri Rejeki, and Peanut micro industry Mrs. Ida are micro industrys located in the Tanggung Village, Kepanjenkidul District, Blitar City. They have the same problem with other micro industrys, namely their lack of understanding of digitalization and the importance of identity for a business so that consumers can recognize their business, this causes their marketing to be limited on direct orders. Therefore, we created a branding socialization and training program for these micro industrys as a form of fulfilling our duty to serve the community. Branding is expected to be able to overcome the problems faced by micro industrys, especially in terms of digitalization. This community service implementation method is carried out through socialization and branding training, namely making logos, packaging labels using the Canva application. The evaluation was carried out by conducting interviews with the Bank Sampah Matahari, KWT Sri Rejeki, and micro industry Peanut Mrs. Ida to determine the level of participants' understanding of branding and the use of the Canva application. With this program, the micro industrys of Tanggung Village can have a business identity and packaging label to attract consumers to buy their products. The sustainability of this activity requires ongoing collaboration between the Head of Social Departement Tanggung Village, local community groups and the micro industry who take part in the training to introduce and love local products from the micro industry of Kelurahan Tanggung.
