<![CDATA[Today, the public's knowledge of recycling waste management is still lacking. In fact, if waste recycling is carried out optimally, it can reduce waste significantly. One of the urban household waste is eggshell waste. The purpose of this activity is to increase the understanding, knowledge, and insight of the residents of Lengkong Village about the benefits of eggshells. Activities carried out in the form of site surveys, interviews before and after counseling. The material consisted of an explanation of the content and benefits of eggshells, how to make eggshell powder, and how to fertilize plants, especially purple eggplant plants. After attending counseling, the community knows the content and benefits of egg shells. After that it is used as plant fertilizer. This can reduce eggshell waste and become a more useful product.]]>

<![CDATA[Since the pandemic two years ago, The schools have mostly conducted teaching and learning activities online. Students are provided with teaching materials in the form of documents or videos to follow the teaching materials. Of course, a cellphone is a basic requirement for students to be able to interact online with teachers. Most students as internet users use cell phones more than using laptops or internet cafes, but only for browsing, chatting with social media applications or playing online games so that it is time consuming, but not enabled for self-creativity. Therefore, an understanding is given to students so that cellphones are used optimally apart from being a formal learning medium, they are also enabled to develop their own creativity or educate themselves using digital technology by creating content that can be used as a business or online business. One of them is through the KUNCIE application, students can learn to start a business as beginners, learn from mentors who are experts in their respective fields to convey how digital-based hobbies can be used as self-potential for creativity.]]>

Today , as a teacher, it is necessary to utilize media or applications to improve the quality of learning. The development of information technology and computers is now taking place very quickly. Almost all fields of work and activities around us are always associated with systems connected to information technology and the use of computers. So that mastery of computer applications is absolutely necessary for anyone who wants to complete a field of work or activity more easily and quickly. The field of Engineering expertise is currently experiencing very rapid development, especially in the field of product design and design optimization. In the industrial world, the design process for a product no longer uses conventional methods, but uses a computer facility through a design and optimization software which is commonly referred to as CAD (Computer Aided Design). Multinational manufacturing companies have applied this technology and one of them is the AutoCAD application which can facilitate the creation of technical drawing learning. Mastery of the AutoCAD software application is very important for vocational students, especially to welcome global competition that can be used for engineering drawing. The current problem faced by teachers is how to install and run the AutoCAD application. AutoCAD is application software that is widely used in the domestic and foreign industrial world, so learning this application will provide many benefits for teachers and students, especially at SMK 5 Padang.]]>

<![CDATA[Anorganic waste is a type of waste that is very difficult to decompose and even takes a very long time, up to hundreds of years to fully decompose, especially cans and plastic which are difficult to biodegrade by nature. The purpose of this PkM activity is to overcome the problem of anorganic waste by reusing it. PkM activities are carried out by providing socialization to the community to increase knowledge in utilizing anorganic waste in the surrounding environment. The counseling material is an explanation of the recycling of anorganic waste into useful creative products, especially plastic and can bottles. The results of the socialization that has been carried out have increased public awareness of the use of anorganic waste which can be made into attractive and marketable products.]]>

Not only in industry and companies, but has penetrated the world of education, where the use of computer devices and applications is used by teachers and students. In the use of an online-based computer, a google account is needed that can be used to access email and other google media applications such as google classroom, google meet, google drive, google doc, google slides, google calendar, google form and so on. This training was conducted at SD Negeri 060856 Medan by utilizing a Google account as a digital-based learning medium. This training aims to increase teachers' knowledge and insight in making interesting learning and increase the effectiveness of digitalization-based learning. <![CDATA[Jakarta Islamic Center (JIC) is a local government institution that includes elements of local government and society with main tasks including human resources development, information and communication and business development. In the information and communication function, JIC requires a medium that can be used for broadcasting Islamic proselytizing optimally and managed professionally with an attractive and up to date appearance. Therefore, a team of lecturers from the Faculty of Information Technology, Nusa Mandiri University (FTI UNM) conducted community service in the form of training on how to design UI / UX with figma on mobile apps for JIC mosque teenagers. The training was held on October 15, 2022 at the Damai campus with 14 participants through presentations, demonstrations, discussions and questions and answers. <![CDATA[Vocation Senior Shcool students who are ready to penetrate industrial company must have hard skills. One of hard skills is being able to use the latest technology, especially network-based technology, namely Mikrotik. Mikrotik is a network devic that can perform as router or access point. With GUI-based application, learning Mikrotik was simple and easy to be applied. The purpose of this training is to equip students to be able to use Mikrotik independently on small-scale networks. This training was held four times, which was attended by 14 student participants and 2 teachers of SMK Pawiyatan Surabaya. The training was held in a computer network laboratory, which consisted of 16 computers as hosts and 16 microphones. Each participant operates Mikrotik independently, guided by the trainer. Training questionnaires were distributed to all participants as an indicator of the success this training. The questionnaire contains training materials, trainer performance, training facilities and training atmosphere. Based on the numbers that have been processed, the average questionnaire rating is 56% strongly agree, 42% agree, and 2% disagree. The assessment of these numbers shows that this PKM activity received a good response from the training participants.]]>
