Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis konsep dan mekanisme penghentian penyidikan dalam perkara tindak pidana perpajakan melalui penerapan restorative justice di Indonesia. Keadilan restoratif merupakan bentuk penegakan hukum yang berangkat dari prinsip ultimum remedium, yaitu menempatkan sanksi pidana sebagai upaya terakhir ketika sanksi administratif tidak efektif. Korban dalam hal ini adalah negara yang dirugikan dan berhak mendapatkan pemulihan berupa pelunasan kewajiban perpajakan dari wajib pajak. Metode penelitian menggunakan yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan konseptual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penghentian penyidikan terhadap wajib pajak dapat dilakukan ketika kerugian negara telah dipulihkan sepenuhnya, perkara belum dilimpahkan ke pengadilan, dan tidak ditemukan keterkaitan dengan tindak pidana lain seperti korupsi atau pencucian uang. Penerapan restorative justice memberikan kontribusi dalam penyelesaian perkara yang efisien dan efektif serta langkah tegas pemerintah dalam meningkatkan pengawasan pajak dan penegakan hukum. Implementasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kepatuhan wajib pajak dalam melaporkan pajak secara benar, lengkap, dan jelas, sehingga kerugian negara dapat segera dipulihkan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh digitalisasi terhadap peningkatan kualitas pelayanan penumpang di Terminal Penumpang Pelabuhan Murhum Baubau. Kualitas pelayanan diukur menggunakan lima dimensi SERVQUAL, yaitu bukti fisik (tangibles), keandalan (reliability), daya tanggap (responsiveness), jaminan (assurance), dan empati (empathy). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei terhadap 100 responden yang merupakan pengguna jasa terminal. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan uji chi-square untuk mengetahui hubungan antara digitalisasi dengan masing-masing dimensi kualitas pelayanan. Dengan menggunakan uji Chi-Square, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi ada atau tidaknya hubungan yang signifikan variabel digitalisasi terhadap variabel kualitas pelayanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap dimensi bukti fisik, keandalan, dan jaminan, dengan nilai signifikansi < 0,05. Namun, digitalisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap dimensi daya tanggap dan empati, yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi > 0,05. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun digitalisasi mampu meningkatkan aspek fisik dan kepercayaan terhadap pelayanan, namun belum mampu meningkatkan aspek interaksi dan kepedulian petugas terhadap penumpang secara personal. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi bagi peningkatan pelayanan publik berbasis digital agar tidak hanya fokus pada efisiensi sistem, tetapi juga pada pendekatan yang lebih humanis.

Abstract

Digital transformation in the workplace has become a key factor in enhancing organizational effectiveness and operational efficiency, including in the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) sector. PT XYZ, an EPC company established in 2019, has implemented digital transformation through the use of a project management application, Asana. This study aims to analyze the implementation of digital work system transformation at PT XYZ and its impact on employee performance. The research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. Informants consist of six categories: Shareholders, Board of Directors (BoD), General Manager, Manager, Supervisor, and Functional Staff. The results show that the implementation of a digital work system via Asana has had a positive impact on work transparency, communication efficiency, inter-unit collaboration, and task progress tracking. Employee performance indicators such as timeliness, productivity, and adaptability have also improved. However, the implementation is not yet optimal due to challenges such as unequal utilization of Asana across departments, lack of role-based digital training, and the absence of an integrated performance evaluation system linked to Asana. This research recommends enhancing role-based digital training, providing selective premium access for strategic-level roles, standardizing the use of Asana across units, and developing a digital performance evaluation system. Additionally, adaptive leadership and a strengthened digital work culture are essential to support the overall success of digital transformation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara psychological capital dan work engagement pada karyawan PT Jadi Jaya Nabati, sebuah perusahaan manufaktur di Jakarta. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan desain korelasional, penelitian melibatkan 90 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Psychological Capital Questionnaire (PCQ) dan Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES), yang telah terbukti valid dan reliabel. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa psychological capital memiliki korelasi positif yang kuat dan signifikan dengan work engagement (r = 0,742, p < 0,001). Selain itu, uji asumsi menunjukkan bahwa data berdistribusi normal dan hubungan antar variabel bersifat linear, yang memperkuat validitas hasil analisis. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penguatan modal psikologis karyawanmeliputi self-efficacy, hope, resilience, dan optimism merupakan strategi efektif untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan kerja. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi empiris bagi pengembangan intervensi berbasis psikologi positif dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis peran guru dalam menumbuhkan karakter tanggung jawab pada siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar di era digital yang menghadapi tantangan moral. Fenomena yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini adalah menurunnya kesadaran dan rasa tanggung jawab siswa akibat dampak negatif kemajuan teknologi, seperti ketergantungan pada gadget dan berkurangnya semangat belajar. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data mengacu pada model Miles & Huberman yang meliputi tahap pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data diuji melalui triangulasi teknik dengan memverifikasi data menggunakan metode yang berbeda. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru memiliki peran penting sebagai role model, motivator, dan pembimbing dalam proses pendidikan dan pengembangan karakter siswa, terutama dalam menanamkan nilai tanggung jawab melalui integrasi nilai karakter dalam pembelajaran dan contoh perilaku sehari-hari. Namun, tantangan eksternal seperti pengaruh lingkungan keluarga dan masyarakat serta keterbatasan kontrol guru terhadap penggunaan teknologi siswa menjadi hambatan yang perlu diatasi bersama.Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya kerja sama antara sekolah, keluarga, dan masyarakat untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang kondusif dalam pembentukan karakter tanggung jawab siswa di era digital.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of price, service quality, and brand image on the purchasing decisions of AC service at Tunas Toyota Latumenten Workshop. Using a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis on 200 respondents, the results reveal that all three variables significantly influence purchasing decisions simultaneously, with brand image exerting the strongest impact, followed by service quality and price. Service quality is a key factor in building customer loyalty through SERVQUAL dimensions such as reliability, responsiveness, and empathy. Toyota's strong brand image provides a competitive advantage by fostering trust and reputation among consumers. Meanwhile, price has the smallest impact, although perceived price fairness remains essential for customer satisfaction. The findings suggest managerial implications in the form of an integrative strategy involving brand reinforcement, service quality enhancement, and the application of value-based pricing. Further research is recommended using longitudinal approaches, mediating variables, and mixed-methods to deepen the analysis of consumer behavior in the automotive industry.

Abstract

Dalam era digital, penyebaran informasi melalui berita daring berkembang pesat, tetapi ancaman disinformasi atau berita palsu menjadi tantangan signifikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan dataset yang mencakup berita hoaks dan fakta dari sumber-sumber terpercaya seperti Turnbackhoax dan Cek Fakta, untuk mengembangkan sistem klasifikasi sentimen kebohongan berita menggunakan algoritma Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers (BERT) yang disesuaikan untuk bahasa Indonesia, yaitu IndoBERT. Tahapan penelitian meliputi imputasi data, pengolahan data atau pre-processing, yang meliputi pembersihan data untuk menangani masalah data yang tidak bersih, penyeimbangan data menggunakan random oversampler dan random undersampler, pembagian data (80% data latih, 20% data uji). Hasil menunjukan bahwa model IndoBERT dengan random oversampler dan random undersampler menunjukan akurasi yang cukup tinggi dalam klasifikasi berita palsu yaitu sebesar 99.35% berdasarkan atribut yang digunakan pada data. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan sistem deteksi hoaks yang efektif, mendukung validasi informasi, dan mencegah dampak negatif dari penyebaran berita palsu.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy of PT XYZ's vannamei shrimp in facing market competition and to formulate effective strategies to increase sales in the domestic market. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach using interviews, observations, and internal company documents. External environment analysis is conducted using the PESTLE framework and Porter’s Five Forces to identify opportunities and threats, while internal analysis applies Segmenting, Targeting, and Positioning (STP) and the 7P marketing mix to identify strengths and weaknesses. The findings are integrated through SWOT analysis and the QSPM matrix to generate strategic recommendations. The results indicate that PT XYZ still faces weaknesses in market reach and STP implementation, while global competition and oversupply pose significant external threats. The recommended strategies include strengthening domestic distribution and marketing channels, utilizing IoT technology to improve farming efficiency, and diversifying processed shrimp products. This research contributes theoretically to the development of marketing strategies for fishery commodities and provides practical recommendations for PT XYZ to enhance competitiveness and increase sales in local markets.

Abstract

The process of forming a judge's decision involves what is known as legal reasoning, which ultimately determines the direction of the judge's perspective in the verdict rendered. Differences in judges' perspectives in murabahah dispute rulings become important to examine further in order to understand why judges can reach different decisions in similar cases. Based on these differing rulings, the study also explores how the principle of justice is applied in judicial decisions. This research employs a normative juridical method using statutory and case comparison approaches. The study concludes that the variation in judges' approaches in considering justice in disputes, both at the first instance and appellate levels, is the reason behind the differing judicial perspectives. This reality indicates that the application of sharia principles in legal practice can vary depending on the judge's focus—whether on substantive or procedural aspects of justice.

Abstract

Cryptogenic cirrhosis poses a diagnostic dilemma because its underlying cause remains unidentified. Emerging research indicates a two-way association between thyroid disorders—especially hypothyroidism—and liver disease. On one hand, liver dysfunction can impair thyroid hormone metabolism; on the other, hypothyroidism may play a role in advancing non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and the development of cirrhosis. We report a case of a 48-year-old woman presenting with chronic diarrhea, cold intolerance, fatigue, jaundice, and easy bruising. There was no history of alcohol use, viral hepatitis, or other known causes of liver disease. Physical examination revealed bradycardia, psychomotor slowing, dry skin, and signs of liver dysfunction. Laboratory findings showed pancytopenia, elevated liver enzymes, hypoalbuminemia, and a thyroid profile consistent with overt hypothyroidism (low fT4 and elevated TSH). Imaging supported diagnoses of hepatic cirrhosis and benign thyroid nodules. The patient was treated with levothyroxine 100 mcg/day alongside supportive care. Within a few days, notable clinical improvement occurred, including cessation of diarrhea and better hematologic findings.. This case demonstrates that hypothyroidism may be overlooked as contributor to liver dysfunction, especially in cryptogenic cases. Considering the shared clinical manifestations and biochemical interplay between the liver and thyroid, it is important for clinicians to assess thyroid function in patients presenting with unexplained liver disease. Treating hypothyroidism in such contexts may lead to significant clinical improvement and may alter the course of hepatic deterioration.
