<![CDATA[The causes of stress that often occur in health workers include shift work, long working hours, ambiguous roles and role conflicts, and exposure of health workers to infection, one of which is the covid 19 virus which has an impact on stress by medical workers in the midst of the Covid-19 corona virus outbreak. 19 right now. This study aims to determine the relationship between workload and work stress levels of nurses in handling Covid 19 patients at Husada Utama Hospital in Surabaya. The design of this research is an analytic survey with a cross sectional approach. The research population was all nurses in the inpatient room with a sample of 26 nurses who were taken by random sampling. The results showed that most of the respondents had a heavy workload, namely 14 respondents (53.9%), while the work stress level of most respondents, namely 16 respondents (61.6%) experienced heavy work stress. The analysis statistic of the analysis test using the Spearman's rho statistical test showed that the P-value was 0.014 <0.05 and the direction of the relationship was positive 0.0321 so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between workload and work stress levels of nurses in handling Covid 19 patients at Husada Utama Hospital. Surabaya. The workload and work stress experienced by nurses in the COVID-19 room are quite heavy due to poor working conditions, work overload, high-risk work. If this workload problem is not handled, it is feared that the higher work stress will be experienced by the nurses in the COVID-19 room]]>

<![CDATA[Postpartum hemorrhagic is caused by improper uterine involution, therefore early ambulation with postpartum exercise is needed. Postpartum gymnastics is one way of early mobilization that is highly mandated for post partum mothers so that the involution process runs smoothly. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of postpartum exercise on uterine involution in post partum at the Prima Wiyata Husada clinic, Mancar Village, Peterongan District, Jombang Regency in 2020. The research method was pre-experimental with 30 post normal respondents. mothers giving birth at the Prima Wiyata Husada clinic in Mancar Village, Peterongan District, Jombang Regency consisting of 15 mothers who did postpartum exercises (experimental respondent group). And 15 mothers who did not do purperal exercises (control group). The data collection used observation while the formula used the dependent t-test, the results of research on the speed of uterine involution in mothers who did postpartum exercise were mostly in the fast category as many as 8 people (53.3%), the rest were in the normal category as many as 5 people (33.3%) %) %), whereas in the slow category it does not come out (0.00%). The uterine involution rate in postpartum women who did not do postpartum exercise was mostly in the slow category as many as 9 people (60.6%), the rest in the normal category were 4 people (26.6%), while in the fast category there were 2 people (13, 6%) 3%). <![CDATA[Chronic kidney disease is a disease where the body is not able to maintain metabolism and balance the fluid and electrolytes so which could increase the urea level in the blood. The number of patients with chronic kidney disease in Indonesiahas increased. The management of chronic kidney disease could be done in various ways, including diet, fluid restriction, drugs and renal replacement therapy. This study aims to determine the correlation of patient knowledge about chronic kidney disease with dietary compliance in the Hemodialysis room of RSUD Lawang. This study utilized a non-experimental method that is correlational analysis with a cross-sectional approach. The population of this research were patients with chronic kidney disease who routinely undergo hemodialysis at RSUD Lawang as many as 40 respondents. Data collection wa carried out on 25-30 July 2022 with interviews using a questionnaire and data analysis using the Spearman Rho statistical test. The results showed that almost all of them, namely as many as 34 respondents (85%) had good knowledged about chronic kidney disease and all respondents, namely 40 respondents (100%) were obedient to the chronic kidney disease diet. The test results obtained p-value = 0.000 (α<0.005), it can be concluded that there is a correlationship between patient knowledge about chronic kidney disease and dietary compliance in the Hemodialysis room of RSUD Lawang This research is expected to increase the knowledged and patient complaince in the Hemodialysis room of RSUD Lawang about the chronic kidney disease diet. For health workers, it is expected to further improve education so that patients become obedient to hemodialysis therapy and chronic kidney disease diet so that they can improve the patients quality of life.]]>

<![CDATA[The currently recommended Early Initiation (IMD) approach is the breast crawl method where as soon as the baby born it is is placed on the mother's stomach and left to crawl to find her own mother's nipples and finally suck them without help. Goverment number 33 article 6 . In a journal in pediatrics di Ghana showing 16 % of infant deaths can be prevented thrugh breastfeeding infants fromt the first day of birth,this figure rises to 22 % if IMD is applied . Know the relation mothers about IMD and midwifery room of Karel Sadsuitubun Langgur Regional General Hospital . relationship between Post Partum’s knowledge about IMD with breastfeeding in the Midwifery Room of the Karel Sadsutubun Langgur Regional General Hospital In this study the sampel population was 50 responden ,namely all Post Partum Mothers with healthy babies at the time of this study, with incidental sampling ressearch .The research method used was observational analytic (non-experimental). The analysis was computerized using SPSS version 22 for windows . The sampling technique that is all Post Partum Mothers with healthy babies born at the time of this study. From this test results obtained x2 = 0,033 with P value = 0,000 (PR <0.05) which means that there is a significant relationship between knowledge of pregnant women about IMD with breastfeeding in the delivery room of the Karel Sadsutubun Langgur Regional General Hospital. There is a significant (significant) relationship between mother's knowledge about IMD and breastfeeding in the Midwifery Room of the Karel Sadsutubun Langgur Regional General Hospital. IMD and ASI are very important because the first milk drups after childbirth called colostrum contain high antibodies and good nutritional concantration, hygienis and economical.]]>

<![CDATA[The first handler for emergency patient (PPGD) is one of the efforts that a person shouid immediately do if hef fids a victim who needs it ,therefore every individual , espec cially health workers must know it . The research design used was analitytic with the aim of tinding out the reration ship between the level of know ledge of nurses regarting the handling of the first emergency patients in the general hospitak in karel sadsaitubun langgur ,sout heast Maluku district.The population in this study were all nurses who performend nursing action in the general hospital karel sadsaitubun langgur general hospital namely in the IGD, TRIGGER,TRYGGER,and surgical room .While the sample taken was a total sample of 52 respondent .Primary data were obtained through questionnaires , while secondary data were obtained from the medical records of the general hospital in karel sadsaitubun langgur mall,south east Maluku and liferaturestudies .Data processing using a kumputer with descriptive univatiate statistical analysis and presentendin the from of a trequency descriptive table the resuts of this study indicate that know ledge of the first treamet of emergency patiets is 44 parsen will –informed 56 persen are lacking one thing that also became aphenomenon turnedout that most of the nurses studied were nurses who had just served in the general hospital karel sadsaitubun langgur neverreceived training or new theories about emergency ,emergencies. The conclusion of this study is the level of nurses knowledge about the first handling of emergency patients is still low and not as expected therefore yhe authors suggest to hospital management to make training.]]>

<![CDATA[Sports is a form of physical activity that has a good effect on the level of human physical ability if it is carried out correctly and with direction in the sense that its implementation has been calculated based on the limitations of the human body in facing physical workload and the excess of the human body in facing increasing stress (stress). The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge about sports and the interest in exercising among the elderly at the 'Aisyiyah Posyandu for the elderly in Sumengko Village, Sukomoro District, Nganjuk Regency. The design in this research is correlation with cross sectional approach. This research was conducted on September 12, 2020, with a population of 122 respondents, a sample of 30 respondents with a purposive sampling technique. The independent variables in this study are knowledge and the dependent variable interest in exercise in the elderly. Data collection using questionnaires, data analysis using the Spearman rank test with SPSS 17 at α = 0.05. The results of the study of 30 respondents, almost all respondents have good knowledge of sports, namely 27 respondents (90%). And the rest have enough interest in exercising, namely 3 respondents (10%). Based on the Spearman rank test, it was found that the p value = 0.000 at α = 0.05 and the value of r = 0.829. Because Ha ≤ α (0.05) then Ha is accepted Ho is rejected. There is a relationship between the level of knowledge and the interest in exercising among the elderly at the 'Aisyiyah Posyandu for the elderly in Sumengko Village, Sukomoro District, Nganjuk Regency, with a very close relationship. Increasing the knowledge of the elderly about the importance of exercising will certainly motivate the elderly to exercise regularly.]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRACT Midwifery services are a duty and responsibility of the practice of the midwifery profession in the health care system that aims to improve maternal and child health in order to realize family and community health. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the quality of midwifery services and the level of patient satisfaction at the Oepoi Health Center, Kupang City Health Office. The design used in this study is analytic with a correlation approach - cross sectional. The sample is all patients at the Oepoi Health Center, as many as 40 respondent patients. The sampling method used simple random sampling technique, with spearman rank's data analysis. The results of the research conducted showed that most of the respondents whose midwifery services were lacking were as many as 22 (55%) respondents and some of the respondents whose level of patient satisfaction was very dissatisfied were as many as 20 (50%) respondents. The results of the Spearman's rho statistical test from calculations using SPSS 16 for windows obtained a correlation coefficient of 0.744 this shows the level of closeness of the relationship between the midwifery service quality variable and the level of patient satisfaction at the Oepoi Public Health Center, Kupang City Health Office because it is located between 0.600 - 0.799 the relationship is strong while the level of the chance of error 0.01, which is smaller than the condition p < 0.05 so that it shows H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, there is a relationship between the quality of midwifery services and the level of patient satisfaction at the Oepoi Health Center, Kupang City Health Office. The opinion through this research is that there needs to be a routine evaluation of midwife services to patients in order to be able to improve the skills and competition of midwives in supporting patient satisfaction.]]>

<![CDATA[Hypertension is a world health issue that has been dubbed the silent killer disease. One of the factors that influence the incidence of hypertension is body weight. Body mass index is very influential on the incidence of hypertension, where excess body mass index can trigger the occurrence of hypertension risk factors that are higher than someone with a normal body mass index. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between body mass index and blood pressure in patients with hypertension The research design used analytic with cross sectional approach. The sample in this study was some hypertensive patients who visited the cardiac polyclinic of Husada Utama Hospital Surabaya during June-July 2022 who met the research criteria as many as 85 respondents. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling approach. The dependent variable in this study was body mass index. The independent variable in this study was blood pressure. The data collection instruments used in this study were questionnaire sheets and observation sheets. Test data analysis using the Spearman Rho rank test. From the results of the Spearman Rho rank correlation test, the value of sig (2-tailed) is 0.000 < (0.05), so the research hypothesis is accepted which means that there is a relationship between body mass index and blood pressure in patients with hypertension at the Cardiology Clinic of Husada Utama Hospital Surabaya with correlation strength in the strong category (0.629). Proper management of body mass index will prevent a person from the risk of an increase in blood pressure and avoid the risk of non-communicable diseases]]>

<![CDATA[Growth has a direct and indirect effect on the development of toddlers. Weight gain and loss must be considered at a young age. Increased body weight indicates a good nutritional status. Good nutritional status can be achieved when the body gets enough nutrients that are strong enough to allow physical growth to occur. Stimulation or stimulation in the form of touch therapy and massage also affects weight gain. Experts have proven that touch and massage therapy produces beneficial psychological changes in the form of increased growth, increased endurance, and better emotional intelligence. Baby massage is a fun way to relieve tension and fussiness. Because a gentle massage will help relax the muscles so that he becomes calm and falls asleep The design of this research is analytic with a pre-experimental approach, with sampling using the Purposive Sampling Technique, the number of respondents is 31 toddlers. Data analysis was performed univariate and bivariate with Wilcoxon test (ɑ = 0.05). From the analysis, the results of the Wilcoxcon sign rank test statistical test with an error rate of : 0.05 with the help of SPSS software showed that the p value (value) was 0.00 < (0.05). These results indicate that H0 is rejected, which means that there is an effect of baby massage on weight gain in toddlers aged 1-5 years. conducted at PMB Ny.S Surabaya in 2022.]]>

<![CDATA[According to the National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN) of East Java Province, the most widely chosen type of contraception is injection contraception, which is 68.10%. Meanwhile, in September 2019 the most injections were used (50.51%), followed by pills (18.61%), IUDs (11.97%), implants (11.77%), MOW (4.77%), condoms ( 1.97%) and MOP (0.40%). The most widely used injectable contraceptive is the Depo Medroxy Progesterone Acetate (DMPA) injectable contraceptive. Weight gain is one of the side effects that DMPA injection contraceptive acceptors often complain about. This research method is observational analytic using secondary data. While the analysis technique used is Spearman Rank correlation analysis. The results showed that there was a relationship between the duration of using injectable contraceptives for 3 months and the increase in body weight of the acceptors. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between duration of use of DMPA injectable contraceptives and changes in body weight at Aulia Clinic Jombang with p = 0.002.]]>
