Abstract

The Dharma Bhakti Muslim Indonesia Foundation is a foundation that runs in social and religious fields. When researched, YDBMI did not yet have an identity and promotional media to support the promotion of the Foundation. Therefore, Researcher wants to introduce YDBMI to the community. Researchers do promotional media design approach to introduce YDBMI to society, because promotional media is considered mass media the effects can be felt immediately. Promotional media used by researchers include: foundation identity. The selection of promotional media refers to STP analysis. Researchers hope that alternative solutions designed by researchers can make YDBMI more advanced and developed.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the self-service technology and service quality factors of customer satisfaction at Masalalu Cafe, Rawa Domba, Jakarta. The sample used in this study uses primary data collected through questionnaires distributed to 94 respondents. Data analysis techniques use quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the research are self-service technology and quality of service-generating data that have a positive combined and significant impact on customer satisfaction at Masalalu Cafe

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the significant influence of BOPO on ROE at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk. This research is associative type using secondary data. The research instrument used is a list of tables containing data on operational expenses, operating income, net profit and total equity at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk for 10 years, namely from 2013 to 2022. The population in this research is all financial reports of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk has been listed on the IDX from 1996 to 2022, which is 26 years. The sample in this research is the financial report of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk for 10 years, namely from 2013 to 2022. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling. Data collection techniques use documentation and literature study. The data analysis technique in this research is to use component analysis of the ratio of BOPO (X) to ROE (Y) and statistical analysis consisting of simple linear regression analysis, simple correlation coefficient, determination test and t test. The research results show that there is a significant influence of Operational Costs on Operational Income (BOPO) on Return On Equity (ROE) at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk with a strong level of relationship.

Abstract

Abstract. The global economy has faced a decline during the pandemic, leading to substantial barriers in international trade. Governments in various countries have implemented policies to protect their domestic markets, including measures to avoid dumping practices. Indonesia experienced instances of dumping practices during the pandemic. Therefore, it is crucial to review government policies as regulators to safeguard domestic products and promote economic growth post-pandemic while avoiding dumping accusations. This research adopts a normative approach with a legal research method of literature. The study employs a statutory approach and a conceptual approach to analyze the subject matter. The findings of this research indicate that antidumping policies are enshrined in various provisions, including Laws and Government Regulations governing the imposition of Antidumping Duties. To foster economic growth in the post-pandemic era, post-pandemic antidumping policies need to consider several aspects. The government should conduct a thorough analysis and evaluate the synchronization of international trade institutions with WTO and other countries oriented towards economic growth. Additionally, enhancing cooperation between stakeholders and institutions related to international trade, such as the KADI, is essential. The government can also take preventive measures by engaging in effective communication with exporters and importers to improve product quality and enhance their understanding of international trade, particularly concerning dumping practices. Keywords: International Trade Policy, Dumping Practices, Economic Growth, Post-Pandemic Era Abstrak. Ekonomi global telah mengalami penurunan selama pandemi, yang mengakibatkan hambatan substansial dalam perdagangan internasional. Pemerintah di berbagai negara telah menerapkan kebijakan untuk melindungi pasar domestik mereka, termasuk langkah-langkah untuk menghindari praktik dumping. Indonesia mengalami beberapa praktik dumping selama pandemi. Oleh karena itu, sangat penting untuk meninjau kebijakan pemerintah sebagai regulator untuk melindungi produk dalam negeri dan mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi pascapandemi sambil menghindari tuduhan dumping. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan normatif dengan metode penelitian hukum berbasis literatur. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan undang-undang dan pendekatan konseptual untuk menganalisis pokok permasalahan. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan antidumping diatur dalam berbagai ketentuan, termasuk Undang-Undang dan Peraturan Pemerintah yang mengatur pengenaan Bea Masuk Antidumping. Untuk mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi di era pascapandemi, kebijakan antidumping pascapandemi perlu mempertimbangkan beberapa aspek. Pemerintah harus melakukan analisis mendalam dan mengevaluasi sinkronisasi lembaga perdagangan internasional dengan WTO dan negara-negara lain yang berorientasi pada pertumbuhan ekonomi. Selain itu, meningkatkan kerjasama antara pemangku kepentingan dan lembaga terkait perdagangan internasional, seperti KADI, sangat penting. Pemerintah juga dapat mengambil langkah-langkah preventif dengan berkomunikasi efektif dengan eksportir dan importir untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk dan pemahaman mereka tentang perdagangan internasional, terutama mengenai praktik dumping. Abstract

Designing the layout is an important key in ensuring company operations run efficiently in the long term. Several problems have been identified at Sejahtera Mart, especially regarding the layout of frozen food and chillers, as well as shopping baskets that are less efficient. A layout that is not optimal can make it difficult for customers to find the items they need, thereby affecting customer satisfaction. This research uses the Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) method to analyze the relationship between facilities, and Total Closeness Rating (TCR) to evaluate the benefits of a layout that suits the product material flow and the shortest material flow distance that can be achieved. The research results show that the placement of the chiller and shopping basket layout in the layout solution has changed. Based on TCR analysis, the display rack shows the highest score with a TCR of 330, followed by the cashier with a score of 217. This research aims to redesign the layout of the facilities at Sejahtera Mart to be more efficient and effective in placing products and organizing space. It is hoped that these changes will improve sales, customer experience and maximize space use.

Abstract

Abstract: Behavioristic theory is important to study in the learning process, because this theory is easy to apply in educational learning in Indonesia. Learning theory is a combination of interconnected principles and explanations of a number of facts and discoveries related to learning events. This research reviews behavioristic theory and its application in learning. The aim of this research is that it can be applied in PAI learning, apart from educating cognitively, psychomotorically, it can also guide students' behavior in a better direction. The method used by the author is descriptive qualitative which attempts to explain the application of behavioristic theory so that it is able to produce changes in behavior towards students. Through this research, the author tries to reveal the application of behavioristic theory in PAI learning at SDIT Cahaya Hati Bukittinggi as well as changes in behavior that occur in students using a behavioristic theory approach. Based on the research results, it was found that the application of behavioristic learning theory to PAI learning was carried out in several stages, namely, stimulus (encouragement for the delivery of material/motivation from the teacher), response (response from students), while reinforcement/reinforcement was carried out by the teacher using the reward method, punishment, and reinforcement.
