Abstract

The purpose of this research is to ascertain how the Independent Board of Commissioners, Company Size, and Dividend Policy affect Company Value. Companies that are Kompas100 Index members that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020 make up the population. 46 busnesses were used as samples in this research, which used the Purposive Sampling method. Analytic method used is multiple linear regression by using SPSS 25. The results of this study state that the results of simultaneous testing of the Independent Board of Commissioners, Company Size, and Dividend Policy Affect the Company's Value. The Independent Board of Commissioners and the Dividend Policy affects the Value of the Company, the Size of the Company does not affect the Value of the Company.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Product Design, Brand Image, and Lifestyle on the Purchasing Decision of Adidas brand sports shoes on Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Satya Negara University Indonesia. The data used is primary data collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 110 students who use Adidas brand sports shoes. The method used in this study used quantitative methods with causal design and research results based on respondents' answers using the Likert scale. The data analysis methods used in this study are the Multiple Linear Regression Test, F Test, t Test, and Coefficient of Determination.The results of this study show that simultaneously (test F) Product Design, Brand Image, and Lifestyle affect Purchasing Decisions. Partially (test t) Product Design does not affect the Purchase Decision, Brand Image affects the Purchase Decision, and Lifestyle affects the Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Every company has a goal to gain profit growth in its business. This research was conducted to examine the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) on Profit Growth partially or simultaneously with data collection methods using secondary data in the form of financial reports on food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study were 33 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2020 period. The sample in this study were 13 companies using purposive sampling technique. The analytical methods used in this research are Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Coefficient of Determination Analysis, and Multiple Linear Analysis. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) have an effect on Profit Growth. Partially Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) has an effect on profit growth, Total Asset Turnover (TATO) has no effect on profit growth, and Net Profit Margin (NPM) has an effect on profit growth

Abstract

Currently, the era of the digital economy has become a momentum for businessmen to compete in creating innovative and sustainable business strategies. Advances in digital technology have also had a significant impact on various aspects of the global economy, one of the units that contribute to national income is Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). nowadays, the number of MSMEs that have gone digital is still around 12% of the total MSMEs in Indonesia. This research method uses qualitative methods, through investigation, description, and explanation of the quality or importance of digitizing MSMEs through e-commerce on national income which cannot be explained, measured, and described through a quantitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the digitization of MSMEs has a significant influence on increasing national income.

Abstract

Human resources is one of the keys to the success of an organization, this is because human resources makes company work properly. Good employee performance will support the achievement of organizational goals and one of the triggers is the level of employee job satisfaction. Many factors can affect job satisfaction, some of them are leadership, work environment, and job stress. This research aims to find out and analyze the effect of leadership and work environment on job satisfaction with job stress as an intervening variable. The sample used in this research is all employees at PT Wasteforchange Alam Indonesia. The method used in this research is Path Analysis with SPSS 2.4 software as a tool for data processing. The results showed that leadership had a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction, work environment has significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction, and job stress has significant negative effect on job satisfaction. Leadership has significant negative effect on work stress and work environment has significant negative effect on work stress. Leadership has a direct effect on employee job satisfaction without going through work stress, and work environment has a direct effect on employee job satisfaction without going through work stress.

Abstract

ABSTRACTSince the Russian invasion of Ukraine caused a shift in stock prices and sales levels, this is the reason researchers conduct research related to differences in stock prices. Observations were made 30 days before and 30 days after the announcement of the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Sampling used a purposive sampling technique, the sample in this study consisted of 73 energy companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The Wilxocon sign test was used in this study. From the results of the study, it was found that the stock price and sales volume did not change before and after the Russian invasion of Ukraine. There is no difference in stock prices and sales volume as evidenced by the fact that usually abnormal returns and trading volume did not increase or decrease significantly either from the beginning or after the attack from Russia on UkraineKeywords: Announcement of the Russian Invasion of Ukraine, Corporate Actions, Average Abnormal Return, Trading Volume Activity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether Consumer Purchase Interest (Y), E-Marketing Strategy (X1), Brand Awareness (X2), Online Marketing (Z) Social Media TikTok has a positive, significant effect on Cafe Coffee Iseff in Tangerang Regency. The research methodology uses quantitative methods, on primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who wish and who have visited, and the research results are obtained from the answers of respondents using a Likert scale. Using the path analysis test tool in the SPSS application version 25.0 2022. The results of the study stated that the E-Marketing Strategy had no direct effect on Online Marketing. Brand Awareness has a direct, significant effect on Online Marketing. The E-Marketing Strategy has a positive, significant direct effect on Consumer Purchase Interest. Brand Awareness has no direct effect on Consumer Purchase Interest. Online Marketing has a direct effect on Consumer Purchase Interest. The E-Marketing Strategy has no indirect effect on Consumer Purchase Interest through Online Marketing. Brand Awareness has an indirect effect on Consumer Purchase Interest through Online Marketing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepercayaan, persepsi kemudahandan persepsi risiko terhadap minat menggunakan m-banking pada nasabah Bank BTN KCBintaro Jaya. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah Bank BTN KCBintaro Jaya dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesisyang dilakukan dengan menggunakan Uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabelkepercayaan, persepsi kemudahan dan persepsi risiko berpengaruh positif dan signifikanterhadap kepuasan kerja. Sedangkan hasil uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan Uji t menunjukkanbahwa variabel kepercayaan, persepsi kemudahan dan persepsi risiko berpengaruh positif dansignifikan terhadap minat menggunakan m-banking. Besarnya persentase sumbangan pengaruhvariabel kepercayaan, persepsi kemudahan dan persepsi risiko terhadap minat menggunakan mbanking pada nasabah Bank BTN KC Bintaro Jaya adalah sebesar 98,10% dan sisanya 10,90% dipengaruhi variabelyang tidak digunakan dalam penelitian ini

Abstract

ABSTRACT This exploration was controlled on Fried Chicken D’Kriuk Terogong West Cilandak consumer. The spirit of this study was to decide the performance of brand image, price and location on buy compromise of Fried Chicken D’Kriuk Terogong Cilandak Barat. The sample used within this study make to 100 a respondents. This type of exploration is a casual test an whichever appoint the relationship or control between one or even other independent variables on the dependent variable. The exploration method use collaborative linear regression analysis beside the help of data processing using SPSS software version 26. The results of this study signify that brand image and price to have a significant reaction on purchase decision, while location has no significant reaction on purchase decision.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of Accrual Reliability, Operating Cash Flow, Sales Volatility, and Company Size on the Profit Persistence of the company. The sample consists of 29 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2020 – 2021 period, selected using a purposive sampling method. Data analysis involved a descriptive approach and multiple linear regression. The data used is secondary. The results of the partial test show that Accrual Reliability, Operating Cash Flow and Sales Volatility affect Earnings Persistence, while Company Size has no significant effect. Overall, the test results state that Accrual Reliability, Operating Cash Flow, Sales Volatility, and Company Size simultaneously affect Earnings Persistence.
