Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of optimism and hope on the performance of nurses through satisfaction at Pondok Indah Hospital. The research methodology is a survey with quantitative analysis techniques and path analysis applied in hypothesis testing. The study was conducted on 226 nurses as a simple random sample. The results of the analysis and interpretation of the data show that: (1) optimism has a direct and significant effect on job satisfaction, (2) expectations have a direct and significant effect on job satisfaction, (3) optimism has a direct and significant effect on nurse performance, (4) expectations have a direct effect on performance. nurses, (5) satisfaction has a direct effect on nurse performance, (6) optimism has an indirect effect on nurse performance and (7) hope has an indirect effect on nurse performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Product Quality, Price, amd Brand Equity on customers’ Purchase Interest of private label product on super indo supermarket kelapa dua simultaneously or partially. The data used is primary data, collected through distributing questionnaires to 120 customers of Superindo Kelapa Dua’s customers buying private labels’ snacks. The method used in this study is a quantitive method and the results of the study are based on respondents’ answers using a Likert scale. Data analysis method used in this research are Multiple Linear Regression Test, F test, t Test, and Coefficient of Determine.Based on the result of this study Product Quality, Price, and Brand Image simultaneously have an effect on Purchase Interest, Product Quality has an effect on Purchase Interest, Price has no effect on Purchase Interest, and Brand Image has an effect on Purchase Interest.

Abstract

The development of the coffee shop business in Ponorogo is currently increasing, almost all over the city we can find coffee shops. The existence of a coffee shop for young people is an alternative to take advantage of free time, study or other purposes. The existence of a coffee shop or coffee shop that continues to increase makes the competition in this business market even tighter. The purpose of this study was to determine and examine the effect of Relationship Marketing, Service Quality and Facilities on Customer Loyalty (a case study at Sor Sawo Ponorogo coffee shop). The research used is quantitative research. Data collection in this study is primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires. The number of samples consisted of 100 people, using accidental sampling technique. The results showed that: (1) Relationship Marketing had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at the Sor Sawo Ponorogo coffee shop. The research used is quantitative research. Data collection in this study is primary data. (2) Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at the Sor Sawo Ponorogo coffee shop. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance using the Profitability ratio (ROA), then the Interest Rate (BI Rate) and the World Gold Price either simultaneously or partially on the Stock Price. This study uses Metal & Mineral Mining Subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015 -2020 period. The sample in this study used purposive sampling technique. This study uses secondary data in the form of annual financial reports which are accessed through www.idx.co.id. The data analysis method used in this study used the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination test (R Square). The data processing in this study uses the SPSS version 24 software program. The results obtained from the F test results are Profitability, Interest Rate (BI Rate) and World Gold Prices simultaneously affect Stock Prices in Metal & Mineral Mining Subsector Companies listed on the Exchange Indonesian Securities for the 2015-2020 period. Based on the results of the t-test Profitability and Interest Rate (BI Rate) there is no effect on Share Prices in Metal & Mineral Mining Subsector Companies but World Gold Prices have an effect on Share Prices in Metal & Mineral Mining Subsector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015 -2020

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price, facilities and service quality on customer satisfaction at PT.Bersih Sehat Puri Kencana simultaneously or partially. The number of respondents in this study were 100 people. This research is a descriptive study with a causal associative approach. Sampling using non-probability sampling technique. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis accompanied by the F test (simultaneous), t test (partial), and the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) with the help of SPSS 20 software. The results of this study show simultaneously (F test) Price, Facilities and Service quality has a significant and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Partially (t test) shows that price, facilities and service quality, while price and service quality have a significant effect on Purchase Decisions. With a coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) of 41%, it means that customer satisfaction cannot be explained by price, facilities and service quality, while 59% of purchasing decisions are influenced by variables not explained in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Store Atmosphere, Brand Image, Product Variety on Consumer Satisfaction (Survey on Consumers of Warunk WOW KWB Ponorogo). The sample in this study was 100 respondents who met the criteria determined by the researcher. The testing phase used includes instrument testing, coefficient of determination test and hypothesis testing and classical assumption testing. The analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Store Atmosphere partially has a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction, (2) Brand Image partially has a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction, (3) Variety Product partially has a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Shopping Lifestyle, Hedonic Shopping Value, and Shopping Emotion on Impulse Buying of Shopee Consumers (study of the community in Ponorogo). The analytical technique used in this research is quantitative analysis technique using SPSS version 16 statistical program. This study involved 100 people ini Ponorogo as respondents. The result particially show that Shopping Lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on Impulse Buying, Hedonic Shopping Value has a positive and significant effect on Impulse Buying, and Shopping Emotion has a significant and negative effect on Impulse Buying. While the result of study simultaneously show that three independent variable have a positive and significant effect on Impulse Buying.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there are differences in financial performance before and after the rights issue on the variables Current ratio, Total assets Turnover, Debt to Equity Ratio and Net Profit Margin in retail companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2021. The sample selection method used purposive sampling. The population in this study were 7 retail companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2021. The data analysis method used in this study used descriptive statistical analysis, normality test and different test. The results of the study using the paired sample T-test showed that the current ratio variable was 0.175, the total assets turnover was 0.199, the debt to equity ratio was 0.421 and the net profit margin was 0.168 indicating that the significance level for the observed data was higher than the significance level (0.05).  Overall, there is no difference between these results before and after the rights issue for retail companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2021.
