Abstract

Consumption of foodstuffs such as meat, milk and other products of agrarian societies reduces consumption of fish. In 2019 Indonesia Indonesia was in 62nd position in terms of food security, even though fish itself has a long shelf-life and Indonesia itself has caught a lot of fish, this makes fishermen in Indonesia lose the market and it is even difficult to make a living, on the basis of this problem, the Aruna startup is here to make an application as a movement to overcome this problem, Aruna is a fisheries startup that helps fishermen to help fishermen compete globally. The theory applied in this research is the Diffusion of Innovation Theory. This research is a qualitative research and collects data through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this study are that the process of diffusion of innovations using the Aruna application in the Muara Angke coastal area has been going well with several obstacles experienced by fishermen. Abstract

This study aims to predict potential bankruptcy. The samples in this study were six Transportation and Logistics companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2021. This study uses a quantitative descriptive research design and uses the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The results of this study indicate a significant difference between the Altman Z-Score and Zmijewski methods. The Zmijewski method has the highest calculation accuracy rate, which is 100%. Therefore, the Zmijewski method is the most effective method for predicting potential bankruptcy in Transportation and Logistics sector companies.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the effect of Product Quality, Promotion, and BrandImage on Purchasing Decisions of Batik at the Rumag Batik Danar Hadi Melawai. Thepopulation in this study were all consumers of Rumah Batik Danar Hadi Melawai. The samplein this study amounted to 100 respondents. The design of this study used a casual design andquantitative methods. The data analysis method in this study is multiple linear regressionanalysis, F test, t test and coefficient of determination using SPSS 24.0 software.Simultaneously (F test) shows that there is a significant effect between Product Quality (X1),Promotion (X2), Brand Image (X3) variables on Purchase Decision (Y). The results of thisstudy indicate that partially (t test) Product Quality (X1) has a significant effect on PurchaseDecisions (Y), while Promotion (X2) and Brand Image have no and no significant effect onPurchase Decisions (Y).

Abstract

Threats and attacks that can result in leaks of personal or sensitive data or reduced business performance have a significant impact on the security of networks and information systems. Insider attacks, eavesdropping, misconfiguration, missing functionality, confusion, man-in- attacks, virus attacks, denial of service attacks are some of the dangers that threaten your network security or threaten the security of your network. Attacks are possible. Influencing information systems. Companies risk losing information appropriate security measures, such as network and information system security. You can implement the right security solutions to predict and prevent various security risks and attacks. Confidentiality, integrity, and availability are three characteristics of security, and to determine which security technology best suits your organization's needs, you must first compare the various threats and attacks with the security technologies in use. Recommended security technologies intrusion detection systems (IDS), antivirus programs, and encryption systems. This is because this technology relies on predicting and protecting networks and information systems in many security elements.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how students who work part time manage their time. This research uses a descriptive-qualitative method that focuses problems on the basis of facts. The subjects of this research were students at the Raden Mas Said State Islamic University, Surakarta, semester 1 of the Sharia Business Management study program. The data collection technique is structured interviews. Data analysis used interactive modeling techniques. The results of this research show that students work part time at night, on holidays, and in their free time when there are no lecture hours. Time effectiveness is done to balance study and work hours.

Abstract

Nowadays, shopping centers are not only for shopping, but also as places for culinary hunting. In the Solo Grand Mal shopping center there is a culinary outlet, namely Pempek Farina. This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the development and marketing strategy of Pempek Farina MSMEs in the Solo Grand Mall. The method used by researchers is a qualitative method to gain in-depth understanding. The subjects of this research are MSMEs in Solo Grand Mall. This research data was obtained through interviews with MSME Pempek Farina employees, direct observation at the location, and analysis of consumer satisfaction with services at Pempek Farina. Researchers analyzed data using an interactive analysis approach. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that the development and marketing of Pempek Farina MSMEs at its inception in 1994, started from using carts and now has at least 40 outlets in Indonesia. The marketing strategy for Pempek Farina is usually carried out by the Marketing Team by holding promotions every month.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of sustainable marketing strategies implemented by PT Unilever on consumer acceptance of environmentally friendly products. PT Unilever, as a leading multinational company, has taken a serious commitment to producing products that prioritize environmental sustainability. The study explores how Unilever's marketing strategies have influenced consumer awareness of sustainable products, whether consumers are more likely to choose Unilever's sustainable products, and other impacts on the company's image and business sustainability. The results of this research provide a better scientific understanding of how companies can achieve success in marketing sustainable products and contribute to positive changes in consumer behavior.

Abstract

The aim of the research was to observe and analyze the role of managers in banking financial reports. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive research model with PT. Bank Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation NISP or PT. Bank OCBC NISP Tbk. as a research object. The sample is the financial report of PT. Bank OCBC NISP Tbk. from 2018 to 2022. The research results concluded that PT. Bank OCBC NISP Tbk. included in the category of "healthy" banking companies assessed by ROA, ROE and NIM, but BOPO is considered "unhealthy". The research recommendation is that directors and managers must increase operational monitoring and operational expenses incurred to run operational businesses to reduce the BOPO ratio in order to achieve "healthy" standards in accordance with the standards of the Indonesian Banking Statistics Agency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of CR, DER, ROE, and DPR on Stock Returns on businesses. The sample consists of 17 businesses in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2021, selected through purposive sampling method. Data analysis involves descriptive approaches and multiple linear regression. The data used is secondary. partial test results state that the variables Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Equity (ROE) partially affect Stock Returns, and Dividend Policy (DPR) has no effect on Stock Returns. And the overall test results prove that variables such current ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Equity (ROE), and Dividend Policy (DPR) all influence Stock Returns.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, price, and location on customer satisfaction at Palem V tutoring simultaneously or partially. The data used is primary data collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 100 respondents who joined the Palem V Tutoring. The quantitative method and the results of this study are based on the answers of respondents using a Likert scale. The analytical method used in this research is Instrument Test (Validity and reliability), Basic Normality Test, Classical Assumption Test (Normality, Multicollinearity, Autocorrelation, Heteroscedasticity), Hypothesis Test (Multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test and Coefficient of Determination) . The results of this study indicate that Service Quality, Price, and Location by F Test (simultaneous) have an effect on and significant to Customer Satisfaction, and the results of the t-test (partial) Service Quality (X1) and Price (X2) have an effect and significant to Customer Satisfaction (Y ) while Location (X3) has no effect and is not significant on Customer Satisfaction (Y).
