Abstract

This study aims to find out how the flow of house buying and selling transactions is implemented by the Ahsana Property Sharia Developer in Tuban Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research using data collection methods by conducting interviews, observation notes, and documents related to solving existing problems. The results of this study are that the contract used is an istishna’ contract free from usury or interest, also adheres to the concept of no fines, no confiscations, no bank mortgages (KPR), no BI Checking and no vanity contracts but pure deliberation. There is a guarantee and an installment system according to the agreement between the seller and the buyer.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the level of understanding of Digital Business Study Program student regarding Marketing Management. Using a qualitative method using a case study approach. The samples taken were two student of the Megarezky University Digital Business Study Program with a research time of approximately six months or one semester. An adequate understanding of this material is very important so that students are able to design and implement effective marketing strategies in today’s business environment. The results of observations show that there arev students who have a good understanding of the concepts and examples of the application of Marketing Management, and there are students who lack understanding of the concepts and examplesof the application of digital marketing management.

Abstract

Student development in recent years has shown a state of improfement. Howefer, event though there has been an incrause, future predictions need to be made to find out the number of students in the following year. This aim is to find out how lacturers and student compare in terms of numbers, provide space for the lecture process and other supporting facilities. In this research, the sampels taken were students from the faculty of economics and digital business from 2019 to 2024. Academic year is the independent variable, and the estimated number of new students is the dependent variable. Furthermore, student data from the faculty of economics and digital business was used. These students are divided into two study programs, namely entrepreneurship and digital business. The results of this research show that the prediction for entrepreneurship study program students is 4.52, and the digital business study is 7.76, which allows us to identify new students in the future.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of analyze and exploring the extent to which entrepreneurship study program students understand the importance of studying organizational behavior and how students can apply their understanding in the future to the importance of understanding organizational behavior in the future. The method used in this research is a qualitative method. The results of this research confirm the importance of students understance and studyng organizational behavior. Organizational behavior is a behavior or way of someone in an organizational group. In a business, organizational behavior is very necessary, because establishing relationships within an organization, both between individuals and groups, requires behavior. In a company or organization, one important aspect that must be considered is organizational behavior, where a company must know every behavior or characteristic between individuals and groups within the organization.

Abstract

This research was raised from concerns regarding the lack of entrepreneurship education among students. This research is qualitative in nature with the aim of introducing the implementation of entrepreneurship education and its influence on student creativity. The discussion in this journal is 1. What students gain after studying entrepreneurship, 2. What impact on student creativity after studying entrepreneurship 3. What problems must be faced in introducing entrepreneurship to students. The method used in the research is a descriptive approach, namely focusing on explanations, and is carried out by means of interviews, observational data collection, and questionnaires.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of implementing Internal Control on Fraud Prevention in the Procurement of Goods and Services at Telkom Corporate University, which is one of the Units at PT Telkom Indonesia. This Research was conducted on 60 people implementing goods and services procurement activities at Telkom Corporate University. The research was carried out using quantitative methods with a descriptive and verification approach using survey methods. Research data from the results of distributing questionnaires is in the form of ordinal data which is then transformed into interval data using the Method of Successive Interval (MSI). The analysis technique used in this research by verification analysis in the form of correlation coefficient analysis, simple liner regression test, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis test (t- test). The results of the research show that the implementation of Internal Control positive and significant has effect on Fraud Prevention in the Procurement of Goods and Services at Telkom Corporate University by 43.6% and 56,3% by other factors.

Abstract

Company sustainability occurs not only because it maintains the quality of goods but also requires quality resources. If employees have high commitment to the company, good performance will be achieved. Not only commitment, company culture also has an influence on employee performance. If a company or organization has a great culture, it can create good performance for a long time. Employees are not only influenced by commitment and culture but are also influenced by self-efficacy. Employees who carry out their duties with great self-efficacy means they have a sense of confidence and self-confidence in their own abilities. The purpose of this research is so that we can see the simultaneous and partial influence of Organizational Commitment, Company Culture, and Self-Efficacy on Employee Performance. This research was conducted for PT. Duta Intika Gianyar is located at Jl. Bypas Dharma Giri No. 888 New Temple Neighborhood Gianyar. The sample in this study was all employees at PT. Gianyar Intika Ambassador.  The population of this research is all employees at PT. There are a total of 31 Intitika Gianyar ambassadors. The type of analysis applied in this method is quantitative research. This sample determination procedure applies a saturated sampling method and an information analysis system implemented, namely observation, direct question and answer, and questionnaires. This research observation states that Organizational Commitment produces an absolute and important impact on Employee Performance. Company culture also has an absolute and important impact on employee performance. Self Efficacy has an absolute and important impact on employee performance. And Organizational Commitment, Company Culture, and Self-Efficacy partially have an absolute and important influence on Employee Performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berorientasi untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat Financial Distress pada perusahaan subsektor makanan dan minuman yang terindeks di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dengan mengimplementasikan pendekatan Altman Z-Score dan Springate S-Score. Penelitian ini mengimplementasikan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian mencakup 24 perusahaan subsektor makanan dan minuman yang terindeks di BEI sepanjang periode 2019–2022, menghasilkan total 44 data observasi sebagai sampel. Hasil analisis dengan pendekatan Altman Z-Score menampilkan jika dari total sampel, 14 perusahaan menempati situasi distress, 6 perusahaan menempati di grey area, dan 24 perusahaan tidak menghadapi Financial Distress. Sementara itu, analisis mengimplementasikan pendekatan Springate S-Score menampilkan 13 perusahaan menempati situasi distress, sementara 31 perusahaan tidak menghadapi Financial Distress.

Abstract

Perusahaan komersial makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Indonesia dari tahun 2019 hingga 2023 adalah fokus dari penelitian ini, yang bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi secara eksperimental hipotesis bahwa leverage, perkembangan penjualan, dan profitabilitas berdampak pada nilai perusahaan. Dengan menggunakan teknik pemilihan purposive, penelitian ini menggunakan sumber-sumber sekunder dan meneliti bisnis ritel yang terdaftar di pasar saham Indonesia antara tahun 2019 hingga 2023. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel 28 perusahaan dari total 95 perusahaan yang terdaftar di pasar saham Indonesia. E-Views12 adalah alat analisis data yang digunakan. Temuan penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa nilai perusahaan dipengaruhi oleh profitabilitas dan leverage, tetapi tidak dipengaruhi oleh pertumbuhan penjualan. Dengan temuan studi ini sebagai panduan, investor akan lebih mudah memilih harga saham yang menguntungkan dengan mempelajari variabel-variabel apa saja yang mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan, yang pada gilirannya mempengaruhi harga saham.

Abstract

Untuk meningkatkan inklusi keuangan dan meningkatkan efisiensi sistem pembayaran, Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) adalah inovasi keuangan digital. Studi ini mengevaluasi tren penelitian global mengenai CBDC menggunakan analisis bibliometrik. Ini mencakup 996 dokumen dari 546 sumber yang diterbitkan dari tahun 1997 hingga 2024. Dengan kolaborasi internasional pada 18,27% dokumen, data menunjukkan peningkatan publikasi yang signifikan sejak 2018. Amerika Serikat dan China memiliki jumlah publikasi dan sitasi tertinggi, didukung oleh kontribusi dari universitas penelitian terkemuka seperti Seoul National University. Dengan menggunakan perangkat VOSviewer, analisis dapat menunjukkan tema utama penelitian seperti blockchain, cryptocurrency, fintech, dan privasi, serta menunjukkan bagaimana topik-topik yang relevan berhubungan satu sama lain. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi bagaimana analisis bibliometrik berfungsi untuk menggambarkan tren multidisipliner dan kolaborasi ilmiah di bidang CBDC. Hasilnya memberi pembuat kebijakan wawasan strategis untuk memahami dinamika CBDC di seluruh dunia, menemukan peluang kerja sama, dan merancang kebijakan yang berbasis data untuk implementasi yang optimal. Implementasi CBDC memerlukan pendekatan yang matang untuk mengatasi risiko seperti keamanan siber dan regulasi yang belum stabil, karena ada potensi besar untuk mengubah sistem keuangan.
