Data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The informants of this research are regulators and the public who use the SAMBARA Application. The theory used is Campbell's theory with five indicators: Program Success, Goal Success, Program Satisfaction, Input and Output Levels, Overall Goal Achievement. The success of the SAMBARA Application program in paying Motor Vehicle Tax is influenced by practicality and efficiency, providing solutions for users by avoiding queues at service offices. Abstract

In Islamic jurisprudence tajdidu an Nikah is carried out for several reasons, namely because the husband wants to return to the wife who was divorced in a condition where she has not been intimated, the husband refers to the wife who was divorced by raj'i when her idah period has expired, the husband refers to the wife who asks for khuluk, and then there are doubts. whether or not the marriage contract is valid. An interesting thing is the phenomenon that occurs in the community in Kebumen district, where tajdidu and nikah are used as a resolution to conflicts between husband and wife who are constantly fighting. This phenomenon is interesting to discuss, it is known that in Islam husband and wife conflicts are resolved through tahkim, while tajdidu and nikah as previously adhered to are only intended for four things. Therefore, this article will try to discuss how tajdidu an nikah is practiced in Islamic law, what is the practice of tajdidu an nikah in Kebumen society, and how optimal tajdidu an nikah is as a way to resolve household conflicts. This research is empirical research using a normative approach, where the phenomenon of tajdidu and nikah in Kebumen society will be analyzed for its effectiveness and how the provisions of Islamic law in muamalah fiqh relate to the resolution of husband and wife disputes in the household.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how law enforcement is applied in Indonesia's sociological context. The results of the investigation indicate that community involvement is necessary for the application of law enforcement in the sociological sphere. It is believed that the community's participation and involvement in law enforcement can be used as a controlling factor when making decisions about the appropriateness of punishment for lawbreakers. The community can play a major role in reducing the number of legal infractions and deviations from unlawful acts that have become sociological phenomena by actively participating in the monitoring, supervision, and evaluation of the law enforcement practices in this nation.

Abstract

One of the indicators of a company's achievement is the presentation of financial reports. It becomes a problem that is detrimental to the state and the company itself while the company modifies its financial reports to attract investors. This research is aimed at exploring the relationship between fraud triangle theory (stimulus/stability, opportunity, rationalization) which influences financial report fraud (f-score) with audit committee moderation variables which are still inconsistent, as well as reminding investors to be more careful in investing funds. Additionally, it aims to caution investors to be more careful in investing their funds. A total of 165 manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2019-2022 research period were used as the population and sample data was obtained using a purposive sampling technique of 52 units (208 observation data) in this research. The research data analysis method is processed in the SmartPLS application in processing sample data. Testing the validity of the research model was carried out using convergent validity & discriminant validity and research hypothesis testing was used by bootstrapping. The research results showed that only the stimulus/stability variable had significant implications for fraudulent statements. However, the opportunity and rationalization variables have no influence and are not significant. Then the audit committee as a moderating variable succeeded in strengthening the influence of opportunity on fraudulent statements. Meanwhile, the audit committee has not been able to strengthen or weaken the relationship between stimulus/stability and rationalization variables in the tendency for fraudulent financial statements to occur.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of economic variables on mudharabah savings in an Islamic financial environment. The main focus of this study is on three key factors: people's income, profit sharing rate, and inflation rate. The approach applied is quantitative as continuous data or time series.  The sources collected are secondary data from various Islamic banking institutions obtained in the financial statements released by the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan from 2017 to 2022, so that a sample of 7 Islamic commercial banks was obtained by purposive sampling processed and analyzed using SPSS 25 software. Overall, this study explores the variables of public income, profit sharing rate, and inflation on mudharabah savings. Based on the explanation of the findings of this study, it is revealed that partially the variables of public income and profit sharing rate have a significant influence on mudharabah savings, while in this context there is no evidence to suggest that inflation has an effect on mudharabah savings.

Abstract

This study analyzes the relationship between product innovation, E-Commerce, and marketing performance in Cirebon Regency's batik business actors. This study uses a quantitative research design with a Correlational Design to evaluate the relationships between variables. The results show that the majority of respondents in this study were consumers aged between 31-40 years (48%), followed by ages 41-50 years (28%), and ages 20-30 years (15%). However, it can be concluded that product innovation does not have a significant effect on marketing performance. It supports sustainable product purchasing through improved access, recommendation systems, and environmentally friendly packaging. It also helps batik businesses to improve their feasibility, cultivate strategic partnerships and increase their contacts with customers and suppliers. Therefore, it is becoming very important for business owners to improve marketing performance and understand how E-commerce works as a communication tool, marketing and how they can significantly grow their business.

Abstract

Tax debt collection is an important element for optimizing state revenue, but until now it has not run optimally. The process of collecting tax debts in Indonesia is often long and complicated. Tax collection faces obstacles such as short billing expirations, regulatory complexity, and unwieldy sanctions. The solution to this challenge involves improving regulations, increasing taxpayer awareness, strengthening institutions, and mitigating external factors affecting tax payment. This research is expected to provide an evaluation of the effectiveness of institutional mechanisms in enhancing tax debt collection for state revenue in Indonesia and an analysis of the current institutional regulations governing tax debt collections, providing insights into potential areas for reform and improvement.
