Abstract

ABSTRACT In an economic area such as Jabodetabekjur, these areas interact with each other, both in terms of the movement of production factors and the exchange of commodities. Spatial disparities between regions can occur due to disparities in productivity levels between regions triggered by the misery of concentration or concentration of economic activities. As a result, economic growth arises that is not parallel between regions within one region. The gap in economic growth between regions in the Greater Jakarta area can be seen in the following table. The research model is formulated recursively in a tiered regression analysis used to study the Cobb-Douglas linear function from panel data through the EViews-10 application. The results of the analysis show that: The results show that per capita income, population, and regional investment simultaneously have a significant effect on retribution area. The JABODETABEK government needs to pay attention to the conditions that occur, especially those related to the quality of per capita income, population, and regional investment in the JABODETABEK area because these three variables have a close relationship with economic growth and are a source of economic growth in regional retribution to promote regional development. The research is expected to provide input for the JABODETABEK Government in implementing regional financial management to further increase regional fees.

In 2022, Brebes Regency will carry out the 3rd stage of Simultaneous Village Head Elections, including in Bangsri Village, which involves the participation of Beginner Voters. Political participation is a form of citizen participation in the political process. In a democracy, the people are expected to actively participate in politics. The political participation of the Bangsri Village novice voters can be seen in various forms, including Pre-Election, During Election and Post-Election. Judging from the three forms of participation, the participation of novice voters in the Bangsri Village head election looks low. This study uses the theory of Political Participation (Gabriel Almond), namely the Conventional Political Participation Form, which is a normal and legal form of participation as a research analysis knife and as an instrument to conduct in-depth studies to determine the political participation of the Bangsri Village community. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Descriptive analysis method is used to obtain a systematic, factual and accurate description of the facts, characteristics and relationships between the phenomena being investigated. The results of this study indicate that the Political Participation of Beginner Voters in the Election of the Bangsri Village Head, Bulakamba District in participation in the KPPS Committee and Officer, knowing DPT information, seeing the determination and taking of the serial number of the village head candidate, participating in the Timses of one of the candidates, participating in the campaign agenda , voting, and watching the vote count is still considered low. There are several factors that cause the political participation of novice voters is still low, namely the heavy factor in work, heavy on school, wandering, and lack of experience. So that the political participation of novice voters in Bangsri Village is still not maximized.

Abstract

This study discusses social development based on religiosity and programmatic politics. Both are discussed in depth in this research so that readers can find descriptions and analysis points from various points of view. The urgency in this research is to find out that social development must be accompanied by innovation, citizen participation and the central role of the creator, namely the Tanjung Village Government. The construction of the Islamic Center in the village of Tanjung is a trigger for increasing religiosity, ease of access to educational facilities and in the long term will give birth to social piety and improve the quality of human resources in the surrounding community. The results of the research show that social development innovations involving external partners will produce optimal results but with the condition that there is active participation of its citizens. Good development starts from the aspirations of the residents and has been programmed, therefore the Head of the Tanjung Er Suwardi village is trying to make it happen, a good image as the figure behind the success of development will stick with him so that he will be able to be re-elected in the next Pilkades. This research has deficiencies that can be refined through further research by focusing more on the negative impacts of social development in order to further enrich the reader's knowledge that social development can also have undesirable impacts.

Abstract

Criminal law policy on the release of convicts during the Covid 19 pandemic in the ius constititum , namely carrying out criminal law policies through spending for convicts and children through assimilation . As well as release for convicts and children through integration in the form of parole, parole and leave before being free) . This policy is carried out by applying certain conditions so that it does not maximally reduce the number of inmates in correctional institutions to reduce the risk of spreading Covid-19. Whereas the criminal law policy regarding the release of convicts during the Covid 19 pandemic in the ius constituendum, namely in the Corrections Bill, there is the concept of restorative justice as a means of social integration, but the formulation of this concept has not been clearly implemented, so it is necessary to use the concept of restorative justice at the post-adjudication stage as a means to reduce correctional inmates as well as recovery of victims and their original condition. As well as in the RKUHP implicitly there is a concept of conversion of the sanction system but it has not been clearly formulated, so there is a need for the concept of conversion of the sanction system as an alternative in an effort to reduce correctional inmates to prevent prison overcapacity.
