Jurnal For Management Student (JFMS) is a Journal of Management Science published by the Faculty of Economics, Management Department of Singaperbangsa University Karawang. The journal is the result of research and study of conceptual ideas in the field of Management science on contemporary legal issues, conceptual ideas in the theory and practice and others. Jurnal For Management Student (JFMS) becomes a means of publication through articles of original research findings, as a forum for the publication of research results from outside the final assignment of Students of the Faculty of Economics Management Study Program at the University in Indonesia in general and specifically at singaperbangsa University Karawang which is an obligation for students to disseminate their scientific work. Jurnal For Management Student (JFMS) is also a journal that publishes research papers or opinions related to management science in general, both related to the Management Paradigm, and management theories, compiled by students of the Faculty of Economics, especially management programs. We are interested in topics related in general to economic issues, especially Bid.manajemen in Indonesia and around the world. The articles submitted can cover issues in Marketing Management, Human Resources, Finance, Operation, Creative Economy and MSMEs.

Abstract

Carrying out duties and obligations certainly creates some pressure on each individual. Of course, this pressure can be overcome or minimized in various ways, one of which is motivation. Within the company. Leaders play a role in encouraging their subordinates to be able to carry out their duties and obligations properly. With motivation from superiors, subordinates feel supported and pressure is gradually reduced. Motivation from superiors is certainly needed by every individual, including employees of Kemas Indah Maju Company where the majority of employees have pressure or stress levels at work. Therefore, this research focuses on studying the effect of motivation on employee performance. The method used in this research is the quantitative method. The sources taken in this study amounted to 5 informants with details of 3 permanent employees and 2 contract employees at Kemas Indah Maju Company. The result is that motivation greatly influences the performance of employees in carrying out their duties. Employees who receive motivation tend to try to provide the best results for the company.

Abstract

n this era of globalization, business competition is getting tougher, so companies must pay attention to oneimportant aspect in facing this very tight competition, namely marketing. Marketing is a process of planning anddeveloping business activities which includes pricing, promotion and distribution of a number of ideas, goods orservices directed at an exchange process that satisfies individual and organizational goals. By using a marketingstrategy in running a business, companies are expected to be able to face competition, retain customers, as wellas gain new customers for business development for a company.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of quality and price on product purchases (case study of seblak kuy consumers). This research was carried out using descriptive and verification methods, namely: collecting, presenting, analyzing and testing hypotheses, as well as making conclusions and suggestions. The sample in this study consisted of 90 respondents. The results of this research are that there is a strong correlation between service quality and price. Partially there is an influence of service quality on purchasing decisions. And there is an influence of price on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, simultaneously there is an influence of service quality and price on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Word of Mouth is also known as "mouth-to-mouth marketing" or word-of-mouth communication is a verbalcommunication between one person and another that can be done face-to-face or through electronic media. Productcompleteness is an important concept in supply chain management and marketing. Product completeness refers toall elements or features included in a product or service to meet customer needs, expectations, and satisfaction. Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of two crucial factors, namely store atmosphere and product quality, on customer loyalty in the culinary industry. Store atmosphere and product quality are identified as key factors influencing consumer behavior and shaping the level of customer loyalty. Store atmosphere encompasses visual, auditory, and olfactory elements such as Store Exterior, General Interior, Store Layout, and Interior Display, creating a unique shopping experience within the establishment. Meanwhile, product quality refers to the standards and customer satisfaction regarding features like Performance, Conformance, Features, Reliability, and Aesthetics. This study adopts a quantitative approach, utilizing an online questionnaire through Google Forms as the data collection tool from respondents who are customers of Cafe Notiz Hut in Bandar Lampung. The collected data will be analyzed using relevant statistical methods to examine the relationships between store atmosphere, product quality, and customer loyalty. Control variables such as pricing will also be considered in the analysis to ensure accurate and reliable results. The anticipated outcomes of this research are expected to provide in-depth insights into the extent to which store atmosphere and product quality can influence customer loyalty. The practical implications of these findings will assist stakeholders in the culinary industry in developing more effective marketing strategies and enhancing the overall customer experience. Additionally, this study may serve as a foundation for further research in different contexts or by considering additional variables that could impact customer loyalty.
