Abstract

Purpose of this research is to find the significant effect of PBL model for learning outcomes on social studies’s part theme 3 sub theme 2 grade IV in 09 Belakang Balok Primary school. Type of this reseach is experimental with Quasy Experimental design and non eqivalendt control group design for form. Sampling technique that I used is total sampling technique and than the sample are two group, they are IVA as experimen group that used PBL model and IVB as conventional group that used conventional mode with 28 member for each group. Result of this research used t-test showing us that average score on group that used PBL is 76,25 and group that used conventional is 70,10. T-test obtained tcount 1,8524> 1.67356 ttable on a 0,05 level. Its mean we can concluse there is significant effect of PBL for the learning result.Keywords: PBL, conventional, learnig outcomes

Abstract

This research is conducted by the low learning outcomes in social science of the fifth grade students of  SD Negeri 14 Bayang. This is cavsed by the learning still use “teacher centre” in the classroom. The purpose of this study is to improve learning outcomes by using cooperative model “Course Review Horay” type in social science learning. The type of reserch is a classroom action research with teacher and students as subjects of research. The finding showesd that the implementation of teacher activity in 1th sycle, the average is 76%, in 2nd cyle the average 95%. The assessment of implementation of students activity in 1st cycle, the average is 71% and in 2nd cycle, the average is 82%. This it can be concluded that the application of cooperatif model Course Review Horay type in social science learning can improve students learning outcomes. Keywords: Learning Outcomes, Cooperative Model CRH

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to improve the student learning outcomes in the Civics learning  used Everyone Is Teacher Here. The type of research is PTK by using qualitative and quantitative approach. Subject of this research were teacher and students of V grades were 20. Research conducted in two cycles. The research procedure includes planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The result of this research I to II cycle. (a) Lesson plan. The cycle of I was 67,9% increased to 100% in the II cycle. (b) Implementation, teacher’s activity of I cycle was 77,5% increased to 96,7%. Students activity of I cycle had averaged was 75% increased in the cycle was 95%. (c) The students learning outcomes in the I cycle was 74,0% increased to II cycle wa 85,6%.  Keywords: Learning outcome, PKn, Everyone is Teacher Here

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use Jigsaw Cooperative Learning Model on civics learning result of class V elementary school students in cluster III in payakumbuh subdistrict. this research is a quantitative research with the type of experimental research and quas experimental research design. sampling data is done by using cluster random sampling technique. the sample of this study was 32 students. the instruments used in collecting data are objective test with multiple choice forms. that is 1.815 > 1.69726 with α = 0.05. there is an effect of the use of Jigsaw cooperative learning model on Civics III learning outcomes of Class III Elementary School students in Payakumbuh Subdistrict.Keywords  : Jigsaw Cooperative, Student Learning Outcomes, PKn

Abstract

AbstrackThis research was conducted due to the fourth grade student`s low learning achievement at SD Negeri 14 Gadut Kecamatan Tilatang Kamang. The aim of this research was to describe the improvement of the student`s learning achievement in Natural Scince by using inquiry model in the fourth grade of SD 14 Gadut Kecamatan Tilatang Kamang. This was a classroom action research  which applied qualitative and quantitative approaches. The result of the research indicated that the student`s learning achievement improved from 75,94% in the first cycle into 87,78%  in the second cycle . Hence, the use of inquiry model could improve the student’s learning achievement in Natural Science in the fourth grade of SD 14 Gadut Kecamatan Tilatang Kamang.keyword : Learning Outcomes, Science Studies, Inquiry Model

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the improvement of skills in changing poetry into prose using the Hypnoteaching method in the sixth grade of elementary school. This type of research is PTK using qualitative and quantitative approaches. This research was carried out at SD Negeri 35 Parak Karakah, Padang City with a total of 23 students consisting of 12 male students and 11 female students. In Pre-Writing Cycle I obtained an average score of 48.9 (K), increasing in cycle II to obtain an average score of 89 (SB), at the writing stage of the first cycle, the average value of 49 (K) was increased in the second cycle to obtain a score on average 83 (B), in the post-writing phase of cycle I, the average value of 49 (K) increases in cycle II, obtaining an average score of 83 (SB). Keywords: Increased, changing poetry into prose, hypnoteaching method.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to find out the effect of using the strategy of directed reading thinking activity (DRTA) on the reading comprehension ability of 5th grade students in an elementary school. The type of research used in this study is in the form of   quasi-experimental design. The research design of this study is the non-equivalent posttest-only control group design. The research was conducted at SDN 15 Padang Sarai, Kota Padang. Based on the post-test results, the average value of reading comprehension ability of the control class is 71,18. The control class was treated with a conventional learning method. Through the implementation of the Directed Reading Thinking Activity (DRTA) strategy, the average value of reading comprehension ability in the experimental class is 80,30. Based on the hypothesis test and by using the t- test with significant level   it was obtained that the =  and   and with the    the H1 is therefore, accepted and  H0 is rejected.. thus, it is concluded that the directed reading thinking activity (DRTA) strategy significantly affects the reading comprehension ability the 5th grade students  Keyword: Strategy DRTA, Reading comprehension Ability

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to describe planning, implementation, and learning results IPS with the model cooperative learning tiype NHT in the class V SD Negeri 22 Lubuk Minturun Kota Padang. The research approachused was qualitative and quantitative approach.This type of research was ptk which consist 0f 4 procedures, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The results of the study showed thaton the average  cycle I of the research RPP was 75% with goodqualifications in cycle if it became 92,9 % with very good qualification from implementation, cycle I aspect of the teacher on average 72,5 % with good qualification cycle II has 92,5 % with very good qualification. Aspects of student cycle I average 70 % with good qualification. Cycle II has increated to 87,5 % with very good qualification. The evarage value of students learning results in cycle I was 72,6 and cycle II 83,3.There fore,this learning model can improve students learning the results IPS in elementary school

Abstract

This study was aimed to determine the effects of the application of the Inquiry model on student learning outcomes in social studies learning class V at SDN Gugus I Kec. Canduang Kab. Agam in the even semester 2018/2019 academic year. This study was a quantitative research using True Experimental Design. The population of this study was fifth grade students of SDN Gugus I Kec. Canduang Kab. Agam. The sampling technique was Probability Sampling with Simple Random Sampling. The selected samples were class V SDN 14 V Suku Ateh and class V SDN 05 Suku Bawah, each of class consisted of 16 and 21 students.  Based on the conducted research, it was found that tcount>ttable is 6.09 >2.03 with α = 0.05, so it can be concluded that there were significant effects of applying the Inquiry model on student learning outcomes in social studies learning class V in SDN Gugus I  Kec. Abstract

The objective of this study is to find out the effect of quantum reading strategy on the intensive reading ability of 4th-grade students of state-owned Elementary School No.10 Bandar Buat, Padang. This study used a quantitative approach in the form of a quasi-experimental design. The research design of this study is the non-equivalent posttest-only control group design and the sampling technique is saturation sampling. Based on the analysis results of the hypothesis test with the significance level of 5%, it was found that tcalculation > ttable (2,95995 > 1,67155). It is concluded that the quantum reading strategy has a significant effect on the intensive reading ability of 4th-grade students at state-owned Elementary School No.10 Bandar Buat, Padang.Keywords: quantum reading, intensive reading, elementary school students
