Abstract

Social interaction is the relationship between individuals and other individuals and with groups that influence each other. Ideally in social interaction there will be cooperation, compromise, emotional control and immediate conflict resolution, but the phenomenon in the field is found by students who are less able to interact with others, close themselves and not have close friends. Therefore, this study aims to describe the social interactions of high achieving students: (1) forms of cooperation, (2) forms of competition, (3) forms of conflict, and (4) forms of accommodation, at Padang State High School 3. This type of research is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The study population amounted to 180 people and samples were taken using purposive random sampling technique. The number of samples is 80 students. The data collection tool used is a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data were analyzed using percentage techniques. The research findings show that: (1) the form of collaboration is in the good category (37.5%), (2) the form of competition is in the good category (38.8%), (3) the form of conflict is in the good category (42.5%), (4) the form of accommodation is in the fairly good category (36.3%), and in general the social interaction of high achieving students in Padang 3 Public High School is in the good category (42.5%).

Abstract

The purpose of the research was to describe the improvement of students’ learning outputs of “Tema 8” by implementing “Everyone is Teacher Here” model at Four Grade Students of SD Negeri 02 Aur Kuning Kota Bukittinggi. This research was a classrom actiion reasearch which used qualitatiive and quantitatiive approaches. It was implemented in two cycles, they were cycle one and cycle two. Cycle I was administered  during two meetings and cycle II was constructed in 1 meeting. The subjekt of the research was the teacher at the four grade as observer, researcher as practitioner, and the four grade students of elementarry school 02 Aur Kuning Kota Bukittinggi (31 students). The results of the research showed the improvement of students’ learning output, they were : a) observation results of the lesson plan (RPP) in cycle I 85,22%, it increased in cycle II became 93,18%. b) The result of teacher’s activities in cycle I : 85%, it increased into 92,5%. c) the result of students’ activities in cycle I : 86,25%, it increased in cylce II : 92,5%. d) Students’ learning assessment at cycle I is avaraged 79,06% with 64,51% furthermore it was increased in cycle II became 87,10%. Based on these results, it can be concluded that “Everyone is Teacher Here” model can improve students’ learning output of “Tema 8”.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the students’ narrative writing skill through the use of the I models in Grade V A of Elementary School Numbern 23 Marapalam, Padang. This is a classroom action research with qualitativeand quantitative approaches. The object of this study is the class teacher and 27 students of Grade V A of Elementary School Number 23 Marapalam, Padang. Student learning outcomes in the cycle I of the prewriting stage were 74,51% increasing in the cycle II to 86,64%. At the time of writing the cycle I 71,33% increased in the cycle II  to 83,25%. In the post-writing stage of the cycle I 70,83% increased in the cycle II  to 86,57%. The results of this study indicate that students’ narrative writing skills increased from the cycle I to obtain an average scre of 72,23% in th cycle II increased to 85,16%. Based on these result, it can be conclude that learning to write narrative using the Circuit Learning model can increase.

Abstract

AbstrackThis research is motivated by the low skill of students in reading comprehension in class IV Elementary.This research is a classroom action research (PTK) which uses qualitative and quantitative approach.This result of this study indicate an increase in : (a) pre-cycle stage of cycle I 66,2 (b) the reading stage 65. (c) the post-cycle60,cyle II (a) pre-cyle stage 85,5(b) the reading stage 90 (c) the post-cyle 79.Based on the results of this study can be concluded that by using the Talking Stick can improve the skills of reading comprehension of sixth grade students SDN 37 Koto Pulai. Keyword : Reading Comprehension, Talking Stick

Abstract

The research used was Classroom Action Research (CAR). The purpose of this study was to describe the increase in student learning outcomes in integrated thematic learning using the Role Playing learning model in class IV SD Negeri 32 Air Amo Sijunjung distrits. The research subjectswere teachers (practitioners) and 17 students. The research location is SD Negeri 32 Air Amo Sijunjung distrits . The results showed an increase in: a) RPP observation of the first cycle was 82,5%,(B)  the second cycle was 87.5% (B); b) Observation aspect of the first cycle teacher is 81,25%(C), the second cycle is 93, 75% (A); c) Observation aspects of the student's first cycle is 79,68% (C)and the second cycle is 93.75% (A); d) learning outcomes in the first cycle are 71,66 (D) and the second cycle is 77, 67 (C).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the improvement of student learning outcomes in learning Civics with type STAD cooperative approach in 13 fifth grade elementary school Sungai Aur. The approach used in this study is a qualitative and quantitative approach consisting of two cycles, and each cycle of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects were students of class V SDN 13 Sungai Aur. Civics learning outcomes using type STAD cooperative approach has increased. In planning an increase from the first cycle is 76.75% (enough) to 96.4% (very good) in the second cycle. On the implementation of aspects of teacher learning that the first cycle of 74.95% (average) to 91.7 (very good) in the second cycle. Then the student aspect of the first cycle, from 73.6% (enough) to 94.4% (very good) in the second cycle. Learning outcomes can be seen in the recapitulation of the second cycle of student learning outcomes is higher when compared with the first cycle is 71.8% (average) and the second cycle is 85.45% (both) seen an increase of about 13.65%. It can be concluded that the type STAD cooperative approach to improve student learning outcomes in the classroom V SD Negeri 13 Sungai Aur. Kata kunci: peningkatan; hasil; belajar; kooperatif; stad.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran IPS kelas IVA SD Negeri 29 Batang Anai Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan model Think Pair Share dalam pembelajaran IPS. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa kelas IVA SD Negeri 29 Batang Anai Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. Hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan hasil belajar siswa meningkat. Kesimpulannya, model Think Pair Share dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IVA SD Negeri 29 Batang Anai Kabupaten Padang Pariaman dalam pembelajaran IPS. Kata Kunci: hasil belajar IPS ; model TPS Abstract The background of this research was student’s achievement in learning social science of 4Ath grade at SD Negeri 29 Batang Anai Padang Pariaman Regency was still low. The aim of this research was to improve student’s achievement in learning social science by using Think Pair Share model. The subject of this research was the teacher and the student’s of 4Ath grade at SD Negeri 29 Batang Anai Padang Pariaman Regency. The results of the research shows that there is an improvement in planning, implementing and student’s achievement. Abstract

This research aims at finding out the effects of applying the NHT model toward the students’ learning outcomes of Civics subject at class V of SDN 09 Bandar Buat. The population of this quasi experiment research was all grade students of the school with the total number of 56 students. The samples were Class VA and VB. Data were obtained from a pretest and a posttest. They were analized by using the inferential statistics (t-test). The analysis shows that the score of tcount = 1.772 while P-Value = 0.082. Since the score P-Value is lower that α = 0.05, the H1 hypothesis is accepted. Keywords: the NHT Model, Learning Outcomes, effect, PKn

Abstract

This researchaims to determine the effect of cooperative learning model jigsaw on learning outcomes in the wake of material flat in the fourth grade primary school. This type of research is quasy experimental design. The design used Nonequivalent pretest-posttest control group design. The sampling technique is simple random sampling, where the population is Cluster II district. Lubuk Kilangan Padang. The study was conducted at SDN 01 IVA class Bandar Create as experimental class and class IVA SDN 09 Bandar Create a control class. The data were analyzed using t-test, with the results of the acquisition of t hitung > t table with 4.372> 2.002. It can be concluded that cooperative learning model jigsaw positive effect on the learning outcomes of students in the wake of material flat in the fourth grade primary school.Keywords: Model jigsaw cooperative learning, learning outcomes.

Abstract

This experiment based on the reality in the elementary school whis is learn dominated by teacher and used conventional method commonly as learning model. The purpose of this experiment to describe the increasing IPA subject by using model of experiment type around planing, doing and learning result. The approach that used is kualitative and kuantitative with containts of 4 steps that are planing, doing, monitoring and practicing. The experiment subject is fourth grade students of elementary school at  SDN 07 Sasak Ranah Pasisie Kab. Pasaman Barat. From analysis data can be resulted that method experiment can increase students marks in studying.   Kata kunci : hasil belajar ; pembelajaran IPA ; metode eksperimen
