Abstract

This study aims to find out information related to the implementation of Marketing Audit in the Yotta beverage business in Makassar. In a marketing audit examination it can be said as a mechanism with the aim of being able to carry out the process of collecting information and being able to analyze data related to the external and internal environment, which is inseparable from several indicators including economic conditions, the level of market competition and the level of business operations. The application of marketing audits is a type of functional marketing audit in the Yotta beverage business with components including marketing environment audits, marketing strategy audits, marketing organization audits, marketing system audits, marketing productivity audits, marketing function audits. The method used in this research uses quantitative research methods with the data used obtained using questionnaires and library data. The results of this study indicate that the marketing audit components of Yotta's beverage business consist of marketing environment audits, marketing strategy audits, marketing organization audits, marketing system audits, marketing productivity audits, marketing function audits play a very important role.

Abstract

This study aims to assess and analyze whether the marketing strategy STP (Segmentation, targets, and position) to the level of sales has been implemented by Upnormal Coffee Beach in Palu which has reached more than one year (2021- 2022). This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study were all employees of Upnormal Coffee while the sample of this research is all employees of Upnormal Coffee as many as 36 employees as respondents using saturation sampling, the sampling technique when all members of the population were used as a sample. The data collection techniques were performed by means of a questionnaire conducted interviews and questionnaires. Based on the results of this study with multiple linear regression analysis, regression equation Y = 8,944+ 0.164 X1 + 0.061 X2 + 0,032 X3 + e. Basedonn statistical analysis data, the indicators in this study is valid and the variables are reliable. In the classical assumption, in said that indicator otherwise normal distribution and correlation Linear in significance between each independent variable and the dependent variable, to the amount of influence Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning are all having a positive direction and not significant in their influence on the level of sales in Upnormal Coffee in the city of Palu

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the solvency ratio has an influence on the ratio at PT. Unilever Tbk for the 2014-2022 quarter, the data in this study are secondary data for 32 samples. The methods used to analyze the relationship between variables are descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The findings in this study show that partially the solvency ratio has no effect on the solvency ratio. It is also known that the solvency ratio does not have a significant effect on changes in earnings

Abstract

Measuring portfolio performance cannot only be seen from the returns, but also must pay attention to the risks that investors will bear. Measuring the performance of a stock portfolio can be facilitated by using a proxy, namely LQ 45 shares, which are liquid stocks with high market capitalization, have high trading frequency, have good growth prospects and financial conditions, are not volatile and have been objectively selected by the IDX and are stocks. which is safe to own because the fundamental performance of these stocks is good, so that from a risk perspective the LQ 45 stock group has the lowest risk compared to other stocks. The research objective was to determine portfolio performance assessment using the Jensen method, a case study of the LQ45 index on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2019-2022 period. The population in this study is LQ45 index shares on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2019-2022 period based on a purposive sampling technique. Data collection is documentation and literature study. The data analysis that will be used in this study is by using the Microsoft Excel 2010 application program to form an optimal portfolio using the Single index model and to assess the performance of a stock portfolio using the Jensen index method. the results of portfolio performance analysis of Jensen's Alpha LQ45 index optimal stocks and obtaining an average RVOR value of 0.0207 or 2.07%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the direct and indirect relationship between green perceived quality, green perceived value, green perceived risk, green purchase intention, and green purchase behavior. This study examines the mediating role of green purchase intention in the relationship between the orientation of green perceived quality, green perceived value, green perceived risk, and green purchase behavior. This research is included in the mixed method research where both quantitative and qualitative are used. The research method used in this research is an unbalanced mixed method (concurrent embedded design) conducted on farmers in Mulyoagung Village. The research sample was taken using the quota sampling method with the sample size calculator as the method for determining the number of samples. Data collection was carried out online through a questionnaire form for 2 months on 219 farmers in Mulyoagung Village. Data analysis in this study used SEM-PLS assisted by SmartPLS 3.3.3 software. as well as for qualitative research using documentation and interviews. The results of the study show that there is a direct and indirect relationship between green perceived quality, green perceived value, green perceived risk, green purchase intention, and green purchase behavior. Not only that, there is a mediating role of green purchase intention in the relationship between the orientation of green perceived quality, green perceived value, green perceived risk, and green purchase behavior. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work environment on employee performance at the Department of Trade and Industry of Gowa Regency. The population in this study were all employees at the Department of Trade and Industry of Gowa Regency, totaling 40 people. The number of samples used is the entire population because there are less than 100 people, namely the type of saturated cover, with this type of quantitative research. The data used are primary data and secondary data obtained using a questionnaire distribution technique.The results of the research after being processed with SPSS. 21 Based on the results of the research it shows that motivation (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. work environment (X2) has an effect on employee performance, and in terms of positive influence it also has a significant impact. And together motivation and work environment affect employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the comparison of financial statements of two leading food companies in Indonesia, PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk and PT. Siantar Top, Tbk. This research uses financial statements from PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk and PT. Siantar Top, Tbk from 2022. The results of the data analysis show that PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk and PT. Siantar Top, Tbk has an excellent liquidity ratio and the ability to settle debts. On the contrary, PT. Siantar Top has a better solvency ratio than PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk. Activity ratio of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk and PT. Siantar Top, Tbk shows that both companies in terms of optimizing their assets, PT. Indofood is not good because the results are below industry standards. In addition, the profitability ratio of PT. Indofood showed better profit achievement performance than PT. Siantar Top, Tbk

Abstract

Advances in technology such as the presence of social media require companies to be able to adjust in carrying out their activities such as marketing using influencer marketing. This study aims to determine the effect of influencer marketing on purchasing decisions for the Makassar branch of Chaca Burgo. This research uses qualitative methods by conducting observations, questionnaires, and interviews. Data were analyzed using a simple linear regression analysis method that used SPSS data processing results to prove the hypothesis. The results showed that the influencer marketing variable had a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision variable. So that the better influencer marketing is in carrying out promotions, the purchasing decisions by consumers will increase.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to ascertain how the level of service at Cafe Banua Coffee in Makassar City affects customer satisfaction. The research method utilized in this file is a quantitative research approach with an associative research type. This study found that service quality has an impact on customer satisfaction at Café Banua Coffee in Makassar city. Quantitative research is a research method based on the positivist philosophy, used to examine specific populations or samples. Data collection uses research instruments, and data analysis is quantitative in nature with the aim of testing predetermined hypotheses. This suggests that the business might raise client happiness by enhancing the caliber of services offered.

Abstract

As it expands, modern retailing must always be able to adapt to the lifestyle trends in society and understand the aspects that influence consumers' shopping behavior by implementing a unique store concept. Shopping has become a habit for some people, including women, who are becoming more numerous and financially empowered. This research was conducted to test and analyze the effect of shopping lifestyle and in-store displays on impulse buying among female consumers who use and buy branded fashion products at the UNIQLO store in Makassar City. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive method. The data collection method used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis, which was processed using SPSS version 25. The results showed that shopping lifestyle had a significant effect on impulse buying and in-store displays had a significant effect on impulse buying.
