Abstract

Concrete material is one of the most widely used construction materials in Indonesia due to its high compressive strength and adaptability to various construction needs. Despite its benefits, concrete has limitations, notably its weakness in tension and tendency to crack under tensile stress. This research focuses on High-Performance Concrete (HPC) with compressive strength exceeding 80 MPa, reinforced with 3D Dramix steel fibers to enhance both compressive and tensile strength. The study aimed to evaluate the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of HPC mixed with varying percentages (0%, 3%, 6%, and 9%) of Dramix 3D steel fibers. Additionally, the methodology involved microstructure analysis using Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and mechanical testing on HPC samples cured at 7, 14, and 28 days. Results indicate that the compressive strength reached a maximum of 94.776 MPa, and tensile strength reached 6.599 MPa with a 9% fiber addition at 28 days, highlighting the material's potential application in high-performance structural elements. The findings suggest that 3D Dramix steel fibers significantly enhance the mechanical properties of HPC, making it a viable option for durable construction.

Abstract

In the modern era, the banking industry is one of the key sectors that make a significant contribution to the economy of a country, including Indonesia. With the enactment of Law No. 10 of 1998 on banking which was later updated into Law No. 21 of 2008 on Islamic banking, the Indonesian banking industry has received a positive response. This study aims to examine the contribution of several factors to the financial performance of banks. These factors are Third Party Deposits (DPK), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non-Performing Financing (NPF), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), and Operating Expenses Operating Income (BOPO). The descriptive statistical analysis method is used in this study, involving the incorporation of each variable with the average value, minimum value, maximum, and standard deviation. The results of the analysis show that deposits have a negative impact on profitability, CAR has a positive and significant impact on profitability, NPF has a positive and significant impact on profitability, FDR has a negative and significant impact on profitability, and BOPO has a negative and significant impact on profitability. Using Signal Theory, this study highlights the importance of management actions in conveying information to investors to reduce information inequality between management and external parties. This study has limitations such as the use of secondary data that has been published with time series data for only five years (2018-2022), and only involves five independent variables.

Abstract

Technological advancements, particularly in the field of Financial Technology (Fintech), play a significant role in the sustainability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This study aims to assess the level of Fintech utilization in MSME operations in Magelang Regency, with a focus on Micro Enterprises. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method, combining a literature review with interviews and observations of several MSME business actors. The findings reveal that while Fintech holds potential for supporting MSME growth, its adoption among micro-businesses in Magelang remains limited. Fintech is largely used as a supplementary tool rather than a core component of business operations. To fully maximize the utilization and benefits of Fintech in the Micro business sector, MSMEs require guidance and outreach programs on digital literacy and the practical application of Financial Technology. Additionally, infrastructure support, such as reliable internet connectivity, is essential to ensure access to information across various regions.

Abstract

Web-log design is a work of web-based computer programs that can be protected in terms of coding and display. In the competition of businesses to market their products/services, web-logs are a powerful mainstay to win the competition. With the sophistication of web 3.0 technology, it can make a website a dynamic and attractive digital platform. However, in some cases of copyright infringement, the existence of web applications is still underestimated and even considered only an unprotected concept. The purpose of this study is to analyze illegal acts for alleged copyright infringement of the Online Ojek Pioneer web-log. The research methods used are normative-prescriptive with a legal, case and conceptual approach. Data processing from primary, secondary and tertiary legal sources through literature studies. The analysis was carried out with deductive syllogism. From the results of the study, it can be explained that web-logs are one of the digital works that should be protected. It fulfills the elements of fixed, form, and originality, where the invisible side of the source code is a work of literate work while the appearance is art work. Documentation of the authenticity of each work is important to be prepared early, because it will be a strong evidence when stumbling upon copyright disputes. Suggestions to the DJKI to develop systematic General Data on Creations as a reference for creators to anticipate no copyright infringement and for judges to explore legal findings related to the diversity of computer programs in order to more accurately determine decisions related to the copyright of web-based computer programs.
