Abstract

In Indonesian law, both individuals and legal entities such as corporations are recognized as legal subjects. Corporations, which are governed by civil law, are now increasingly associated with crime, particularly Corporate Crime. Although initially disputed, it is now accepted that legal entities can be involved in criminal acts and that corporations should be held accountable for their unlawful actions. Corporate Crime encompasses situations where corporations break the law for their benefit, often in disregard of applicable regulations and norms. This development marks a shift in criminal law from targeting individuals to also holding corporations accountable. Therefore, principles such as Vicarious Liability and Strict Liability become the basis for establishing legal liability for corporations. These principles ensure that corporations are responsible for their actions, similar to the liability imposed on individuals. Since the legal construction in Perma RI No. 13 Year 2016 is different from individuals, corporations require specific legal principles to regulate their liability. Concepts such as Vicarious Liability, Strict Liability, and others become important pillars in imposing responsibility on corporations. Recognizing corporations as perpetrators of criminal acts shows the evolution of the legal system to adjust to the complexity of modern business practices and uphold justice in an ever-changing society.

Abstract

For the application of renewable energy at the airport, the use of solar power requires certainty of the electricity produced. The certainty of electricity generated from solar power can be predicted using machine learning methods. Predictions made on PV electrical power output are based on historical data from direct measurements from solar PV parameters, including solar radiation and PV panel temperature. Various types of machine learning methods for predicting PV output power have been used in previous studies with different eval_uation values of prediction results. In this study, the author conducted a hybrid K-NN method with LSTM to predict the PV electrical power of solar PV output with solar radiation parameters and PV panel temperature. After making predictions using this method, excellent RSME results were obtained with a value of 0.015424830635781967. The results of the PV output power value graph in this prediction are also very good, where the predicted value is close to the value of the testing data or actual data.

Abstract

In the e-commerce sector, attaining customer loyalty is a formidable task that necessitates particular focus from firms to outdo their contenders. This study sought to comprehensively comprehend the impact of e-service quality (e-SQ), encompassing seven utilitarian and two hedonic aspects, on customer e-loyalty in the marketplace. Both e-satisfaction and perceived value were examined as moderators and mediators, respectively, to provide a more empirical perspective. The study distributed online questionnaires to 265 participants between the ages of 18 and 60 who made at least two purchases from the top five Indonesian marketplaces within the last three months and reside in Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek). The collected data underwent analysis using Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The findings indicated that e-S) has the potential to enhance customer e-satisfaction. Similarly, e-SQ can enhance customer loyalty both directly and indirectly by in-creasing e-satisfaction. Additionally, customer satisfaction with the electronic plat-form has a positive impact on e-loyalty. Notably, perceived value does not play a moderating role in the influence of both factors. This study indicates that businesses operating in the e-commerce sector could enhance e-SQ factors like enjoyment, system availability, fulfillment, and efficiency to maximize e-satisfaction and e-loyalty.
