Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the manufacturing process on PT XYZ's primary and secondary machines using the Linear Programming method. This causes that in each period, the company experiences excess and decrease in production so that the company's profit is not optimal and results in large holding costs. This situation occurs because the company has been implementing production planning based on core. The method used as a solution is Linear Programming. The research method used is qualitative and descriptive methods and data collection techniques for library studies through various literature such as journals, books, magazines, articles obtained through Google Scholar with the keywords used namely manufacturing keywords, primary and secondary machines, and linear programming methods. so as to obtain accurate and in-depth data regarding the manufacturing process with the linear programming method. The results showed that the manufacturing process on PT XYZ's primary and secondary machines using the linear programming method could be more efficient in the use of existing resources and the policies implemented. So that feelings related to product combinations and changes related to profit per product with the loss of resources.

Abstract

This activity is covered by the phenomenon of understanding of SAK EMKM by MSME actors which is still minimal due to the lack of socialization of understanding these policies and rules and their benefits for the MSME community. The Faculty of Economics and Business, Bung Karno University (hereinafter referred to as FEB UBK) plans and facilitates lecturers who wish to carry out community service activities. Abstract

The world of health cannot be separated from medical devices. This study aims to obtain an overview of interest in the use of domestic medical devices. Eleven resource persons came from users of medical devices (hospitals, health centers, dental clinics), the purchasing department of medical devices at hospitals, medical equipment technicians who repair and maintain medical devices in hospitals, domestic distributors of medical devices, and distributors of medical devices. imports were observed and interviewed in depth. This research uses grounded theory method. The study found 79 codings which were then grouped into 15 categories and grouped again into 4 themes, namely product quality, service, price, and government regulations. This study recommends the development of medical devices in terms of quality, service and price in order to compete with imported medical devices.

Abstract

The more technology develops, the more cell phone users will also be from teenagers to the elderly. People utilize various features or applications available on their cellphones for the interests they want too, one of which is the tinder application. The tinder application as a dating app is very much loved by teenagers or adults to find acquaintances such as new friends or even looking for a partner, where they use the application to be able to describe themselves to attract the attention of the opposite sex called self-disclosure. Self-disclosure in the tinder app will show an increase in a person's use of information and communication technology, especially for interpersonal communication. So the formation of self-disclosure in this tinder application is very important to get to know each other. This research uses self-disclosure theory with the Johari Window model which has four panels in self-disclosure. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive analysis approach with two sources who are 24 years old and 22 years old. There are two discussions, namely about how the formation of self-disclosure to find a life partner and also how the application of the Johari Window model in using the tinder application.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, every university carried out a distance learning system or known as PJJ. Learning that was originally carried out in the classroom face-to-face must now be done online through applications such as zoom or microsoft teams. With the help of the application, teachers and students can still carry out the learning process. Self-compassion is key in app-based distance learning because not all individuals can adapt quickly to using an app. The purpose of this study is to find out how the dynamics or attitudes of new student self-compassion in undergoing PJJ based on the zoom application or Microsoft Teams. This research is qualitative using phenomenological study methods. The data collection technique was carried out by interviewing through Zoom meetings to five new students. The results showed that overall students have good self-compassion so that they do not interfere with the application-based online learning process. They can quickly adjust to changes and are able to operate every application used.

Abstract

So far, productive zakat has not been fully understood correctly by the people of Indonesia, this is because there is not much understanding of productive zakat. This is due to the view of society, especially the Muzakki that zakat fitrah is the most important zakat. In Islam zakat is known as a way of empowering the people with management funds coming from people's funds, productive zakat was born due to the encouragement of the times where technology is moving forward so that the movement of collecting zakat is flexible and covers any space. Productive zakat and consumptive zakat have a big impact on the welfare of the people, but it needs to be emphasized that productive zakat has a greater value for the benefit of mustahik and has the potential to become productive zakat in society. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the positive and significant influence of transformational leadership and the work environment on the job satisfaction of regional secretariat employees in Magelang City. The research method uses quantitative research with multiple regression analysis and data collection techniques carried out online through questionnaires. The results of the study revealed that transformational leadership had a significant effect on the job satisfaction of regional secretariat employees in the city of Magelang with a count of 2.300 > t table of 1.660. Second, the work environment has a significant effect on the job satisfaction of regional secretariat employees in Magelang City with a t count of 9.337 > t table of 1.660. Third, transformational leadership and the work environment significantly influence the job satisfaction of regional secretariat employees in Magelang City with an f count of 71.908 > f table of 3.09. The conclusion of this study is that there is a positive and significant effect of transformational leadership and the work environment on the job satisfaction of regional secretariat employees in Magelang City.

Abstract

Indigenous peoples are a group of people in an area who have their own wealth and can manage their wealth independently. A traditional forest is a state forest that is in the area of ​​indigenous peoples which is managed and utilized by the indigenous peoples themselves. One example of the existence of indigenous peoples and traditional forests is Kasepuhan Ciptagelar in Sukabumi Regency, West Java. These people already have customary laws that they have used for generations. Among these customary laws, one of them regulates illegal logging activities. According to this customary law, someone who violates customary forest provisions will be given sanctions sequentially, from replanting as many as 1,000 tree seeds, to submitting laws to state law if the customary law given does not create a deterrent effect on the perpetrators.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine and understand how zakat funds are managed for the people in Palembang City through a house renovation program implemented by the Palembang City Government and BAZNAS. This study uses qualitative data types, with secondary data sources taken from the official BPS (Central Statistics Agency) website documents such as data on population size, population density, poverty rate, and library research or literature that is relevant to the subject under study, such as books. libraries that are relevant to the problem under discussion. While the collection technique is observation, and some of the data is obtained from a number of articles and news. The results of this study indicate that the role of zakat management organizations such as BAZNAS and Palembang City Government in empowering communities in Palembang City is to prosper and make people become independent and creative through programs such as this house renovation.

Abstract

Currenct technological developments support humans to be able to carry out economic activities without regional boundaries problems. One of the impacts is the Non-Fungible Token (NFT) technology that supports security in investement activites of copyrighted works that are converted into digital assets on digital platforms. However, the platform is also used by the irresponsible parties as a medium for copyright infringement, such as in the case of unauthorized sale of Reini Wirahadikusumah’s potrait as Chancellor of ITB on the OpenSea platform. This study aims to understand the legal protection related to the rights of Reini Wirahadikusumah as the person in the potret work and the appropriate legal action taken by Reini Wirahadikusumah for the illegal sale of the potrait work.
