Abstract

The problem of Green Open Space (RTH) in Bandar Lampung City has not reached its optimal state, which is less than 20%. So that it causes instability in the city's health environment, affecting city regulations to be affected. The purpose of this article is to examine how cooperation in collaborative management of the Bandar Lampung City Government and the Bandar Lampung City DPRD in managing green open spaces in Bandar Lampung City. With the analysis of management theory in this study, the author uses George R. Terry's Theory, with stages of planning, organising, implementing and monitoring. This study uses a descriptive qualitative analysis methodology with data sources derived from previous literature studies or literature reviews, which are used as references in compiling this article. The results of the research findings show that there are still obstacles in the development space in the field of cooperation between the DPRD and the Environmental Service in terms of organising, implementing and supervising RTH. Program priorities and political obstacles are two things that prevent the program from achieving its goals. So, the principle of management collaboration that is shown is still not optimal, considering that the management process between institutions is still not strong enough to integrate, causing problems in strengthening the unification of the vision for organising green open spaces in Bandar Lampung City.

This study aims to examine the effect of work environment, organisational culture, and work discipline on performance mediated by organisational commitment. A quantitative approach with hypothesis testing techniques was used in this study. There were 77 samples with the saturated sample technique, namely, all employees at the Youth and Sports Office of West Sumatra Province. Data were collected through distributing questionnaires online and processed using SmartPLS 3.0 software with structural equation modelling techniques. The results showed that work environment, organisational culture, and work discipline each had a positive and significant effect on organisational commitment. Work discipline and organisational commitment each have a positive and significant effect on performance, but an insignificant effect was found by the work environment and organisational culture. The effect of organisational culture and work discipline on performance through the mediation of organisational commitment was found to be positive and significant, but insignificant mediation by organisational commitment on the relationship between work environment and performance was found. The implications of the research emphasise the importance of maintaining the commitment and loyalty of employees in government agencies in order to provide the best empowerment to the community.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the Village Financial System (SISKEUDES) in supporting the realisation of e-government in Kehonagung Village, Sukodono District, Sidoarjo Regency. SISKEUDES is an application designed to enhance transparency, accountability, and efficiency in village financial management, as per the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 20 of 2018. The informant selection technique used in the following research is purposive sampling, namely technique. The results of the study indicate that the effectiveness of the Family Hope program in Wadungasih Village, Buduran District, Sidoarjo Regency has not fully achieved its goals because, in the implementation of the Family Hope Program, the Apparatus is still unable to implement the program properly in understanding the program inaccuracy of targets in receiving PKH assistance. Abstract

This research aims to analyse and describe the effectiveness of the Sembako Program in Entalsewu Village, Buduran Subdistrict, Sidoarjo Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques including interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis employs the Miles and Huberman model, which consists of data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The research findings are reviewed based on five indicators. First, the program success indicator shows that the program was implemented on time with the support of active and responsive officers. Second, the target achievement indicator reveals that the program's recipients were selected based on outdated data and community proposals, with issues resolved through coordination with the Social Services Department. Third, the satisfaction indicator indicates that the community was fairly satisfied with the information and assistance received, although there were variations in the timing of aid disbursement. Fourth, the input and output indicator shows that officers have conducted technical training on the SIKS-NG application, but the outcomes of these efforts still need improvement. Fifth, the overall goal achievement indicator demonstrates that the village government has been responsive in addressing challenges through cross-sector coordination.

Abstract

This study focuses on the implementation of the smart city concept in South Solok Regency, which is part of the 100 Smart City program in Indonesia. Using the stakeholder analysis concept proposed by Ackermann & Eden (2011) and the penta-helix model by Vani et al. (2020; Yesayabela et al., 2024), this research aims to reveal strategies for adapting the smart city concept in small cities in developing countries. This study employs a qualitative method, with data collected through Focus Group Discussions (FGD) and in-depth interviews with key stakeholders, namely local government, industry players, academics, and community members. The results show that the government plays a key role as the policy maker and facilitator, while the private sector provides technological infrastructure. Academics contribute research-based data to support decision-making, though their contributions are still limited. The community actively participates as end users and beneficiaries. The mass media serve as an important tool to spread information and raise public awareness. The study concludes that the success of implementing the Smart City concept in South Solok depends heavily on the synergistic collaboration among the government, private sector, academics, the community, and the mass media. The local government, as the main player, needs to optimise its role as a policymaker to ensure that all elements can contribute optimally to the development of the smart city.
