Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the role of the Synthetic Strategy on the development of mathematical creative thinking skills. The study sample consisted of (46) eighth-grade female students who were divided into two groups: an experimental group of (24) students taught linear equations using the Synthetic strategy, and a control group of (22) students taught using the traditional method. An experimental approach was employed, and a test for mathematical creative thinking was prepared. A pre-test and post-test were administered to both study groups, and their validity and reliability were confirmed. The Synthetic strategy was applied to teach solving linear equations. The results revealed a difference in the level of mathematical creative thinking in favor of the experimental group, and statistically significant differences were found between the mean scores of the two groups in mathematical creative thinking skills, which were attributed to the teaching strategy and in favor of the Synthetic strategy. Finally, the study recommended using the Synthetic strategy to teach linear equation and diversifying teaching strategies. It also suggested conducting further studies and research to explore the impact of different teaching strategies on the development of mathematical creative thinking skills.

Abstract

Houses are the primary needs of everyone other than clothing and food needs. When consumers choose a house criteria that are used such as facilities, payment methods, type of house, land area, number of rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, models, prices, developers and housing names. Sometimes choosing a house is difficult because of the many criteria that you always want to meet in accordance with consumer standards. The existence of a system is expected to help consumers provide alternatives in accordance with the choice of criteria as input and output systems in the form of alternative sequences of results from the system. The use of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method solves a complex situation that is not structured into several components in a hierarchical arrangement, by giving subjective values ??about the relative importance of each variable, and determining which variables have the highest priority to influence the results. Data collection methods used are literature studies, interviews and observations. The test method is a test for interface functionality and application questionnaire. The results obtained by this system are in the form of a decision support system that can provide an alternative selection of houses that can be used as a comparison with the choice of criteria according to consumer

Abstract

Scientific publications in the form of scientific journals are one way for researchers to share information related to the results of research that has been done, besides that scientific publications can also be used to build the reputation of researchers both in the academic and research fields. However, there is a danger of publication which until now has not been known by novice researchers who have just entered the world of scientific publications, namely publication in predatory journals. This is an important thing that needs to be known well and also must be watched out for by novice researchers. This is because predatory journals are scientific journals that are not of good quality, where the journals that are managed are only for financial gain through expensive publication fees and do not pay attention to aspects of research quality and also a good peer review process in good governance. scientific journals. In researching and writing this journal, researchers discuss some of the dangers associated with publishing predatory journals for researchers in terms of decreasing academic reputation, publication costs and also falsification of research data published in a predatory journal. In addition, researchers also look at the specific and clear characteristics of journals that can be categorized as predatory journals.

Abstract

Connecting Multimodal AI and Edge computing for better real-time decision making: a paper on their synergy Edge computing is a solution that allows to overcome latency issue and processing data closer to the source, Multimodal AI on the other hand integrates and analyzes different types of data (images, audio, sensor data, etc.) to provide richer insights. Such a combination has a strong significance in autonomous vehicles and healthcare monitoring applications which require timely decision making with informed decisions. However, there are some inherent limitations to edge devices in computational power, energy expense, and data confidentiality. The paper examines several optimization methods such as model pruning that reduces model size, quantization that decreases the limit of precision, and domain specific AI accelerators to increase the processing speed to counteract these difficulties. The purpose of these strategies is to get a complex AI model to deploy on an edge device with limited computing resources at the cost of minimum performance. Combining Multimodal AI with edge computing can potentially transform data driven real-time decision-making applications across various fields. As Development of hardware and software never stops, formulated boundaries continue to expand, enabling more intelligent and responsive systems.
