Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy of PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Swadaya Anak Nagari in attracting people's interest in saving money in Bandarejo Hamlet 1, West Pasaman Regency. A qualitative approach was used through field method with interviews, observation, and documentation. Research results showed that PT BPR Swadaya Anak Nagari implements four main marketing strategies: product strategy, price, and documentation. four main marketing strategies: product, price, promotion, and location strategies. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of government spending, economic growth and inflation on poverty levels in North Sumatra Province during the 2014-2023 period. Using a quantitative approach with secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), this research applies multiple linear regression analysis to identify the variables that have the most influence on poverty. The results of the analysis show that increased government spending, recovered economic growth, and good inflation management contributed significantly to reducing poverty levels, with government spending increasing from 7,808.56 billion rupiah in 2014 to 14,323.52 billion rupiah in 2023. Model The regression shows that these variables influence poverty by 70.19%, while 29.81% is influenced by other factors. This research emphasizes the importance of monitoring and adjusting economic policies to achieve the goal of poverty alleviation more effectively.

Abstract

Every company, whether public or corporate, is established to achieve certain goals. To achieve success, the foundation of competence needs to be considered. Factors are useful to help organizations improve performance. To support the performance of an employee, employees are needed who have performance factors in accordance with the needs needed in a company. This study aims to determine the factors of employee performance seen from indicators of performance knowledge, motivation, organizational culture of the performance of employees of the advanced palm oil plantation cooperative Pirbun West Pasaman in carrying out their duties or work. The research motede used is a qualitative method, data collection techniques are interviews, observations, and document studies. The results of this study obtained the conclusion that the performance factors of employees in the advanced palm oil plantation cooperative (KPS) advanced pirbun pasaman barat are adequate. This can be seen based on indicators put forward by Spencer, namely performance knowledge, motivation, employee performance organizational culture. each of these indicators has been fulfilled in the employees of the advanced palm oil plantation cooperative (KPS) pirbun west pasaman.

Abstract

The effect of work motivation and compensation on employee loyalty. High work motivation and fair compensation have proven to play an important role in increasing employee loyalty. High employee loyalty, in turn, can encourage company sustainability in the midst of intense competition. In this research, the method used is a literature review that relies on data from various journals, books, and articles related to the topic. The results show that both work motivation and compensation have a positive and significant relationship with employee loyalty. This suggests that companies need to pay serious attention to both factors to create a supportive work environment. Therefore, companies are advised to strategically manage work motivation and compensation to improve employee productivity and business sustainability, as well as create stronger relationships between employees and organizations.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that many workplaces have followed technological developments so that many people cannot find work. This is also caused by the lack of improving the quality of human resources in Pulau Punjung District, Dharmasraya Regency so that they do not have new skills and education that does not match existing job qualifications, so unemployment fluctuations continue to rise. So researchers want to know how far the influence of technological developments and the quality of human resources is on unemployment fluctuations. The research method is Quantitative Research. Data calculated by distributing questionnaires. There were 100 respondents from this research taken from a population of 33,316 people. Data processing in this research uses SPSS 26. The results of this research show that the influence of technological developments and the quality of human resources significantly influences unemployment fluctuations. The results of this research are through the determinant coefficient test with a correlation coefficient value of 0.520 and an adjusted Rsquare value of 0.256, so the influence of X is 25.6%. The t test stated that Technological Development (X1) and Quality of Human Resources (X2) had a partial effect on Unemployment Fluctuations (y) with a calculated value of 1.968 sig value 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the uneven use of technology in coffee plantations, resulting in unstable harvests and poor quality. This is also caused by a lack of knowledge in processing coffee in Sangir District, South Solok Regency, so that the income obtained by farmers is less than optimal. So the researcher wants to analyze the impact of the use of technology and increased knowledge on the income of coffee farmers in Sangir District, South Solok Regency. The method in the study is Qualitative Research. Collecting data through interviews and in-depth observations with local coffee farmers. The study also uses secondary data from various sources such as data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), data analysis is carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the use of modern technology and increased knowledge have a very significant impact on the income of coffee farmers in Sangir District, South Solok Regency. The combination of the use of technology and increased knowledge is one solution to improve the welfare of coffee farmers, with the right support coffee farmers can increase their productivity, get better prices and ultimately improve their standard of living.

Abstract

The digital era has significantly transformed the business landscape, making digital-based communication and negotiation skills essential for human resources (HR) to enhance their competitiveness in the global market. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of a digital marketing-based communication and negotiation competency enhancement program for the community and MSME actors in Pondok Petir Village, Bojongsari District, Depok City. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with a participatory training method, this research evaluates the training's impact through pre-tests, post-tests, and participant feedback analysis. The findings indicate that the training significantly contributes to improving participants' digital skills, expanding access to technology-based training, and strengthening their business competitiveness. Furthermore, collaboration with various stakeholders, creativity in digital marketing, and sustainable strategies play a crucial role in ensuring the long-term effectiveness of the program. However, challenges such as limited internet access and resistance to change remain major obstacles to program implementation. Therefore, this study recommends the development of sustainable training strategies, increased digital literacy, and active involvement of the government and community in supporting the enhancement of digital-based human resources at the local level.

Abstract

PayLater services are increasingly popular as a payment method that offers ease of transactions and financial flexibility for its users. However, this convenience can also increase consumptive behavior that has the potential to affect individual financial stability. This study aims to analyze the impact of PayLater service on consumption interest and lifestyle of PT Tripatra employees. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to PT Tripatra employees who use PayLater services. Data analysis was performed with descriptive statistical tests and linear regression to measure the relationship between PayLater usage, consumption behavior, and financial stability. The results showed that the PayLater service provided significant benefits in the ease of transactions and increased employee purchasing power. However, there is a positive correlation between the use of this service and an increase in consumptive behavior, including impulse purchases. This has the potential to reduce individual financial stability in the long run, especially for those who lack good financial literacy. Uncontrolled use of PayLater services can increase financial risk. Therefore, awareness and good financial literacy are needed so that the benefits of this service can be optimized without causing negative impacts. As a recommendation, companies are advised to provide financial education to their customers.

Abstract

This study intends to find out the level of poverty in the Medan city area and how the government's efforts/solutions deal with it. The research method used is a qualitative approach which is a literature study. This study also uses secondary data, namely the results of the percentage of the population below the poverty line from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). Seen in 2017 the number of people below the poverty line in the city of Medan amounted to 204 thousand people, which is a fairly high number, In 2018, the number of poor people fell by 18,000, and in 2019 alone the number of people below the poverty line fell in the city of Medan around 183 thousand people but in 2020 the poverty rate in the city of Medan is still around 183,000 people, but in 2021 the poverty rate in the city of Medan will increase dramatically to around 193,000 people

Abstract

The existence of the SKB of three ministers of social, economic, political, cultural and national civilization and for Muslims the three ministerial SKB has meaning, first, the occurrence of social and vertical mobility of madrasa students which so far has been limited to traditional educational institutions (madrasas and Islamic boarding schools), and secondly, opening up opportunities for the possibility of santri children entering the area of ​​work in the modern sector. The existence of Islamic education policies during the New Order era brought changes to Islamic education and the life of the nation, especially Muslims. The birth of a three-ministerial SKB stating that madrasah alumni could continue their education in public schools both at home and abroad. And that was born from the process of modernizing Islamic education which began in the early 20th century. In line with the development of social and economic institutions, the Muslim modern elite mostly live in cities, are highly educated, have religious knowledge, work in the New Order bureaucracy and in various secular modern institutions, the social and religious position of the modern Muslim elite makes them have social access. and strong politics. And they spread a lot to membership in the DPR both through Islamic and nationalist parties such as Golkar and others.
