Abstract

This service was carried out at the Tulangan Sidoarjo Ta'lim Council. The aim is to improve managerial knowledge and skills, transform the organization into an organization with professional management, and good employee performance, and increase social benefits. The training and mentoring approach with activity stages is one of the methods used to carry out activities. The stages are; A. How to implement, carry out, and manage organizational activities, b. training in making a good vision and mission, c and creating pamphlets to distribute on social media, such as organizational training and support activities. The benefit of this activity is that it can improve the managerial knowledge and work ethic of staff so they can manage the organization efficiently.

Abstract

This research aims to develop an entrepreneurial-oriented approach at Pondok Pesantren As-Syafiiyah Sidoarjo. The main problem faced is the lack of understanding and implementation of entrepreneurial concepts in the pesantren environment. The objective of this research is to enhance the understanding and implementation of entrepreneurial principles at Pondok Pesantren As-Syafiiyah. The research method employed is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and document analysis. The main respondents are pesantren administrators, teachers, and students involved in entrepreneurial activities. The collected data are analyzed using an inductive approach to identify key findings. The results show an improvement in the understanding of entrepreneurial concepts among pesantren administrators, teachers, and students. The implementation of entrepreneurial principles has yielded positive impacts, such as increased creativity, innovation, and economic self-reliance within the pesantren community. Although there are still some challenges, concrete steps have been taken to overcome these obstacles.

Abstract

Article on the Development of Umkm Products in Seaweed Cultivation in Panda Village, Palibelo District, Bima Regency in processing seaweed into a new product innovation in the form of seaweed sticks. The aim of this service activity is to help create product innovations from local potential to help increase the income of the Panda Village community. Seaweed itself is one of the superior products of the local area which still lacks processing and knowledge of the benefits of seaweed itself. Seeing the existing opportunities, we developed seaweed such as seaweed sticks and conducted training in making attractive packaging with the aim of helping develop regional potential and increasing community creative businesses. collaborate with various parties. The method used is skills training, knowledge, coaching, mentoring, and technology diffusion, namely direct involvement of residents in the process of processing the grass until it becomes a seaweed stick product that is ready to be marketed. The impact of this development is that grass stick MSMEs will add to the long list of MSMEs in the Panda Village area.

Abstract

This research aims to develop an effective marketing strategy for a salted egg Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) center in Jenggot Village, Krembung District. The problems faced by these MSMEs involve limited market access and the lack of utilization of digital marketing to increase the visibility of their products. The research methods used were market situation analysis, identification of target consumers, and implementation of digital marketing strategies. The research involved interviews with MSME owners, consumer surveys, and analysis of related market data. The results showed that the adoption of digital marketing strategies significantly increased the product exposure of salted egg MSMEs. Through the utilization of social media, websites, and e-commerce platforms, the MSMEs managed to reach a wider market and increase their product sales.

Abstract

This research discusses the vital role of leadership in the transformation of the IPPNU (Ikatan Putra - Putri Nahdlatul Ulama) organization in Durung Bedug Village, Sidoarjo, which aims for sustainable organizational development. The research method used is qualitative analysis through observation, interviews, and document analysis to explore the impact and effectiveness of leadership in driving positive changes in organizational structure and work culture. The findings show that the vital role of leadership becomes a key factor in facilitating collaboration, innovation, and commitment of members to achieve organizational goals. Adaptive and inclusive leadership has driven significant transformation within IPPNU, creating an enabling environment for sustainable growth. This research provides insight into the importance of the vital role of leadership in steering the organization toward sustainable development. The implications of this research involve the need for further recognition of the type of leadership that supports positive and sustainable change in the context of religious organizations such as IPPNU. In conclusion, the vital role of leadership is essential in stimulating the growth of an organization that is adaptive and relevant amidst the changing times.

Abstract

This research aims to explore and explain efforts to optimize public policy by strengthening micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) through the implementation of special service initiatives. Research methods include field surveys, interviews, and data analysis to gain comprehensive insight into the impact of service initiatives on MSMEs and local communities. The research results show that significant improvements in public policy and strengthening MSMEs can be achieved through special service strategies. Active support from stakeholders such as local governments, financial institutions, and local communities is key to the success of this initiative. In addition, community participation in the development and implementation of special service programs creates opportunities for increased cooperation and active participation in joint efforts to achieve common goals. These results are an important contribution for stakeholders, especially local governments and related institutions, in developing more effective policies to support public policy and strengthen MSMEs. It is hoped that the results of this research will produce practical guidelines for implementing specific service initiatives that can be adopted by various stakeholders to achieve sustainable development at the local level.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and enhance the financial management of the Sabilul Abid Mosque through the application of financial management principles. As a religious institution, the mosque has a significant responsibility in managing funds received from the community. The research methodology involves financial analysis, interviews, and observations to evaluate the existing financial system. The results indicate potential improvements in mosque financial management. The implementation of effective financial management can enhance the efficiency of fund utilization and support the sustainability of religious activities. This research provides valuable insights for mosques and similar religious institutions in improving their finances.

Abstract

Hypertension is a systolic blood pressure of more than 130 mmHg and/or a diastolic blood pressure of more than 80 mmHg. Hypertension is one of the most common chronic diseases characterized by a persistent increase in arterial pressure. More than 1 billion adults worldwide suffer from hypertension, and up to 45% of the adult population is affected by hypertension. Objective: This activity aims to increase public understanding regarding hypertension. Method: Activities with outreach and education using leaflet media. Evaluation using a questionnaire both before counseling and after delivering the material.

Abstract

Elderly people suffer deterioration in body function that can cause bodily disorders primarily in the brain and may cause strokes. The 2018 data for basic health research explains that the above 75 years of age are the largest scarring of all stroke patients diagnosed by medical personnel and the lowest in age 15-24. Other ailments that can cause strokes are hypertension, heart disease, diabetes mellitus and obesity. Physiotherapy is one of the best nonpharmacological efforts to treat stroke patients and to improve the quality of life of older people such as maintenance, restoration, and restoration of limb. The promotive and preventive effort of people living in villages, source rw 16 surakarta, has been established as part of the preliminary screening of strokes, followed by the correction of strokes, calisthenics and recent evaluations of the post test to assess the knowledge of strokes and the resulting increased knowledge of participants.

Abstract

Product innovation is one way for UMKM to win the competition. Skin care is the most sought after product lately. Therefore, the innovation of skin care facial masks from starfruit is the choice of the fostered UMKM. This UMKM development was carried out in South Rabangodu Subdistrict in the UMKM group. The implementation method is by introducing innovation, producing face masks using abundant local materials in locations, then marketing them through online social media and offline sales. The innovation of using starfruit to make organic facial masks is quite popular with the public. Promotion via online and offline social media supports accelerated product development and adoption. The innovation of the starfruit mask has become a new business option for UMKM in the South Rabangodu Region
