Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of management information systems in the e-commerce business on Shopee. In the era of globalization, technological developments have had an impact on business progress, including e-commerce. Shopee as an online e-commerce application requires a strategy to increase customer loyalty and increase competitiveness in the e-commerce industry. This research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach and literature study methods. The research results show that technological developments have led to very efficient business growth, where businesses can now be launched through e-commerce. Shopee has its own unique features and advantages that enable the company to run smoothly and successfully. With increasingly rapid advances in technology, it is hoped that Shopee can utilize technology effectively and most importantly for its users, Shopee has the ability to update its applications or websites so as not to influence events that have occurred in the past.

Abstract

This quantitative research was conducted in the DKI Jakarta area and focuses on how digital marketing and the use of digital payments influence customers' decisions to buy espresso coffee at Kopi Tuku. The population of this research is Generation Z customers of Kopi Tuku in Jakarta, aged between 17 and 27 years. To measure the population, a Likert scale is used. This study used a purposive sampling method with 264 subjects surveyed. The research analysis method is the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The research results show that the use of digital marketing and digital payments significantly influences consumers' decisions to buy something.

Abstract

In an increasingly developing era, the use of the internet in marketing in Indonesia is the right choice for business people, because all circles use the internet. One of the internet developments in terms of improving business is using social media. This requires companies to be able to compete with other companies in expanding and accelerating their marketing activities, one of which is through creating content that is put into social media. In their marketing activities, many companies use Instagram social media, one of which is Erigo, because Instagram is one of the phenomenal social media among the public. Instagram social media in Indonesia is ranked as the second most users in 2022 with 84.8% of users. This study aims to see whether there is an influence between marketing content and product quality on Instagram social media on customer purchasing decisions in DKI Jakarta. This research uses a quantitative analysis method approach. This study applied purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 90 respondents. Data processing in this study used the SPSS (Statistical Program For Social Science) version 27.0 program. The results of this study indicate that marketing content has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, and marketing content and product quality have a positive effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of tax awareness and tax knowledge on taxpayer compliance of PT Surveyor Indonesia employees. This research uses quantitative methods with a sample of 98 respondents. The results of this research indicate that tax awareness has a significant influence on taxpayer compliance of PT Surveyor Indonesia employees. Tax knowledge has a significant positive influence on taxpayer compliance of PT Surveyor Indonesia employees. Tax awareness and tax knowledge, both together and individually, have a significant positive effect on taxpayer compliance of PT Surveyor Indonesia employees.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of field observations in building interest in family business through literature study research methods. Family businesses are a central pillar of the economy in many countries, and the interest and involvement of family members plays a crucial role in the continuity and growth of these businesses. Field observations, which include family members' direct experience in various aspects of the family business, are thought to have a significant influence in the formation of family business interests. The literature study research method was used to investigate previous studies relevant to this topic. Although there is no research that specifically examines the influence of field observations in building interest in family business, this literature review will present concepts and theories that can provide an understanding of the potential influence of field observations and their practical implications. The results of the literature review show that field observations have the potential to increase the understanding, skills and involvement of family members in the family business. Through direct experience in various aspects of the business, family members can gain a deeper understanding of the dynamics of the family business and increase their intrinsic motivation to be involved in the business.

Abstract

The pace of the cosmetics/beauty product industry in Indonesia increases every year. In Indonesia there are several beauty product brands such as: Wardah, Sariayu, MS Glow, Emina, Somethinc, Avoskin, Lacoco, Azarine, PS Glow, Dear Me Beauty, Y.O.U Beauty, Purbasari, Scarlett Whitening, Madame Gie, Make Over. This research aims to analyze celebrity endorsement and product quality on purchasing decisions for Wardah products. The data used is primary and secondary data. The data collection method uses a questionnaire via Google Form. The analysis technique uses the Structural Equation Modeling-Part Least Square (SEM-PLS) method. The sampling technique uses a non-probability technique with purposive sampling type. A sample of 97 respondents was obtained. The data processing technique uses the SmartPLS 4.1 program. The variables in this research are the independent variables, namely celebrity endorsement and product quality, and the dependent variable, namely purchasing decisions. The research results show that celebrity endorsement has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze whether job training, work experience and career development influence work productivity at the Class 1B Boyolali District Court. The population of this study were all employees at the District Court 1 Bpyplali class 1B. The number of samples used in this research was 40 respondents. The variables used in this research are job training, work experience, career development and work productivity. The method used is a quantitative method. Data analysis techniques use SEM-PLS and SmartPLS 4.0. The results of this research show that job training has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, work experience has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, career development has a positive and significant effect on work productivity.

Abstract

The method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The sampling technique used was Non Probability sampling with a sample size of 55 respondents. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of leadership and work stress on employee performance at PT Erafone Artaha Retailindo South Tangerang either partially or simultaneously. In collecting data using observation techniques and distributing questionnaires. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The research results show that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 11.839 + 0.805. Hypothesis testing obtained tcount > ttable or (4.488 > 0.266). Thus H01 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted. This means that there is a significant influence between leadership on employee performance. Job Stress has a significant effect on Employee Performance with the regression equation Y = 0.994 + 0.940 X2. The correlation value is 0.910. This means that the two of them have a very strong level of relationship with a coefficient of determination of 8.29%. Hypothesis testing obtained tcount > ttable or (16.017 > 0.266). Thus H02 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted. This means that there is a significant influence between Job Stress on Employee Performance. Leadership and Job Stress have a significant effect on Employee Performance with the regression equation Y = 1.567 + (-0.024) X1 + 0.949 X2. The correlation value is 0.900. This means that the independent variables and related variables have a very strong level of relationship with a coefficient of determination of 82.9% and the hypothesis test obtained an Fcount value of 125.999 > Ftable 3.17. Thus H03 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. This means that there is a significant simultaneous influence between Leadership and Job Stress on Employee Performance at PT. Erafone Artha Retailindo Tangsel.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the work environment, work discipline and work motivation on the performance of Brighton Real Estate Spazio Surabaya employees. This type of research is research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of Brighton Real Estate Spazio Surabaya. Determination of the sample in the study used non-probability sampling through saturated samples so that the number of samples in this study was 50 employees of Brighton Real Estate Spazio Surabaya. The data analysis method in this research uses SPSS analysis tools through validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, namely normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression, t test, F test and correlation and determination coefficients. The results of this research show that (1) Work Environment variables influence employee performance with a sig. < 0.05. By creating a good relationship between employees and leaders, good coordination will result in improving employee performance. (2) The work discipline variable has no effect on employee performance with a sig value. > 0.05. This means that employees can still maintain their performance even if they arrive late and leave early. (3) The work motivation variable influences employee performance with a sig value. < 0.05. By providing motivation, employees will be encouraged to try as hard as possible to give their best to the work assigned to them. (4) Work environment, work discipline and work motivation jointly influence employee performance and have an influence of 59.70%.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of profit growth, investment opportunity set and good corporate governance on earnings quality. This research uses multiple linear regression as a data analysis technique assisted by SPSS with the sample criteria being sub-pharmaceutical financial reports listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2018-2023. Based on these criteria, a sample of 10 companies was obtained over a 6 year financial reporting period. The research results show that profit growth (X1) does not have a significant effect on profit quality. Investment Opportunity Set (X2) has a positive and significant effect on earnings quality. Good Corporate Governance (X3) has no effect on quality
